Online course is expected to fulfill the information needs of students from the lecturer related to lecture material and the occurrence of effective communication between lecturers and students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of information systems online course towards interest of lecturer in teaching and its implications on the quality of the lecturer‟s teaching at the Universitas Komputer Indonesia of Bandung. The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data by observation, interviews and questionnaire. The unit analysis in this research are UNIKOM permanent lecturers numbering 100 people with students numbering 500 people as the sample. Statistical testing using path analysis with an application program SPSS17.0 for windows. The results showed that the implementation of information systems online lecture in UNIKOM Bandung as a whole is included in good criteria, but the infrastructure indicators still show the less good criteria due to lack of facilities of personal computers and slow internet access for lecturers. Also supported by the bandwidth limitations that have not been sufficient to access simultaneously. As for the variables of lecturer‟s interest included in the moderate category. While the variable quality of the lecturer‟s teaching included in the high category, unless the attraction indicator is less to respond, it is caused by the less interesting material design or materials which uploaded by the lecturer to student. The result of analysis showed that the implementation of online course have a positive and significant impact on the interest and quality of the lecturer‟s teaching. The largest contribution to the quality of lecturer‟s teaching come from lecturer‟s interest. But then the simultaneous influence is more than partial. This means the existence of an online course information system should indeed align with the lecturer‟s desire to create interest as well as lecturer‟s teaching quality. Keywords :Information System, Online Course, Lecturer‟s Interest, Lecturer‟s Teaching Quality

Abstract

This study explores some empirical validity of the fear of the Covid-19 scale. The study intends to examine potential validity when the scale is used for young people attending higher education institutions in Indonesia. Researchers invited undergraduate students from five universities in Indonesia. Four hundred fourty five participants fully completed the survey within six weeks of data collection. The study was conducted online through an online survey platform where most participants completed the survey within 20 minutes. Two measures were employed, the fear of Covid-19 and the perceived stress scale. The results supported the theoretical measurement model in which fear of Covid-19 and perceived stress scale each represented a unidimensional construct. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) also found that the fear of the Covid-19 scale generated positive loading factors for its items with an average variance extracted (AVE) higher than 50%. The Pearson's correlation's predictive validity study observed a positive and significant association between fear of Covid-19 and perceived stress. This study has provided initial empirical support for the use of fear of Covid-19 for young people who attend higher education institutions. The fear of the Covid-19 measure was also in line with several studies and the Conservation of Resource theory. People who perceive crisis will experience threats to their resources, and they will be more likely to experience stress if they do not have enough resources to cope with the threats.

Abstract

Indonesian nonstar hotel offers guest satisfaction, especially in terms of rooms and food. The hotel level competition is also getting higher. Guests will be more likely to choose the cheaper promotional price offered by the new hotel. However, hotels can improve the quality of their services, so prices will no longer affect guests. Hotel competitors will not always be able to provide cheap prices, because they also have to be able to cover increasingly expensive operational costs. As well as establishing business relationships with travel agents. It is recommended that employees always build a good information system and be able to solve any problems based on existing information systems. The speed of processing data in providing information and the level of ability to store data must be increased. In establishing familiarity with tourists (customer intimacy), Indonesian nonstar hotels are asked to improve the quality of service to match the expectations of tourists. In this study, we examine how CRM and competitive advantage will later increase tourist confidence in the post-Indonesian tourism destinations and industry Covid-19. Non-star hotels in the city of Bandung need reliable communication actors, both from industry the tourism sector as well as the local government that can convince and guarantee that the tourism can be relied on to improve people's welfare and increase national economy.

Abstract

It is undeniable that one of the causes of changes in consumer behavior in this digital era is the internet and smartphones. Before the advancement of the digital age all activities were carried out manually. For example, before the internet, ticket purchases must come to an agent or station or airport, for shopping daily necessities must come to the store, then return home or to the office, very draining our time. Not a bad thing but wasting time and productivity is not optimal. The internet revolution has been going through generations. Each generation has different behaviors in making purchasing decisions over the internet. Consumer behavior in this generation relies on social media to get information and product reviews. The generation that is very close to the speed of the internet is generation Z, compared to the previous generation. (generation X dan generation Y). According to Stilman Stillman (2018) in (Astuti & Kaligis, 2004, p. 31) It is said that generation Z has figital characteristics that see the real world and the virtual world overlap each other. The information and review is called advocacy in customer path 5A. Customer path 5A itself is a stage of purchasing decisions consisting of (aware, appeal, ask, act, and advocate). The review referred to in this article is the advocate stage, where Instagram customers voluntarily provide recommendations for products and/or brands that have been purchased. Every generation; X, Y and Z, have a relationship in each stage of customer path 5A before making a decision on purchase. The approach in this study uses a literatute review approach.. According (Hariyanti & Wirapraja, 2018, p. 141), Literature review contains reviews, summaries, and thoughts of authors about several library sources (articles, books, slides, information from the internet, image and graph data and others) on the topics discussed.
