(Title: The Importance Of Parents In The Family As The Basis Of Establishment Of Japanese Community Characters(An Ethical Review)) Japan including developed countries in various fields, but the people still maintain tradition. This study aimed to describe parenting in families in Japan. Then the researchers interpreted the importance of parental exemplary in the formation of Japanese society. This research is a literature research on the lives of Japanese society. The method used by researchers is a description and interpretation. The result of this study is described as follows: the example of parents is imperative because parents are a figure for the children. Exemplary is applied in all aspects of live. Family education is the basis for forming individual character. Ethical values are always the basis for behaving. Parenting in the family brings logical consequences to the pattern of individual behavior to the social environment. Ethical values as a basic principle that is applied a close manner in the family environment have formed general awareness. These methods are able to shape Japanese society with a strong character.

(Title: Value Of Justice In Japanese Community Management). The Japanese Revolution brought the glory of the country into a just and prosperous country. The success of several companies in this country has been recognized worldwide. The key to the success of these companies is because they have managed to integrate traditional and modern management. Traditional management that is rooted in a culture that is lived and carried out in daily life in the form of family principles is fully implemented. While to catch up, they are open and adopt modern management. This combination of management in turn provides the place, roles and responsibilities of each family member so that a sense of justice is achieved for all members and companies. Employee loyalty to the company can be accounted for and the stability of the company as a condition of the company's progress is fulfilled so that the company is ready to develop rapidly. The values of justice reflected in Japanese management are individuals who carry out obligations in the interest of groups as a form of commutative justice. Whereas groups that provide justice to individuals are a form of distributive justice. The balance between rights and obligations is a form of legal justice.

This study focuses on the family education system in Japan. Family education is very important because it becomes the basis for the formation of children's character. The purpose of this study is to describe the family education system in Japan and interpret it to find the nature of values in the system. This research is qualitative research related to the family education system in Japan. The family in this regard is a family that still instills values in the five basic relationships in the family. The method used is description and interpretation. The results achieved: traditional family education in Japan is able to shape the character of children who have strong personalities. A tough personality is a personality that is coveted by society and the state like the personality of a knight who always acts according to the norm. The values that are instilled are rooted in the customs and instincts of the community. This value underlies the five principles of relationship norms, namely the norm of the relationship between master and servant, father and son, husband and wife, brother and sister, and friends. These values are the values of obedience, honesty, loyalty, discipline, and responsibility. The values contained in the five relationships are moral values. Five principles of relationships that are carried out consistently will achieve harmony.

ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini focus pada pendampingan edukasi pemberdayaan kapasitas kewirausahaan warga terdampak pandemic Covid-19. Tujuannya memberi layanan edukasi melalui sosialisasi dan penguatan kemampuan individu warga untuk menggali potensi diri dan mengembangkannya sehingga memiliki kemandirian dalam mengatasi segala persoalan sendiri. Metode dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini menggunakan strategi pembelajaran problem based learning dengan model pemecahan masalah problem solving. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan, melalui kegiatan pendampingan edukasi pemberdayaan kapasitas kewirausahaan ini selama tiga minggu dapat terlihat ; (a) antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini sangat tinggi; (b) perubahan pola pikir peserta lebih rasional dalam memahami kehidupannya dengan segala persoalan yang dihadapi; (c) mampu mengkonsepsikan strategi dan cara penyelesaian masalah hidup yang dihadapi.Kata kunci : Pendampingan edukasi, pemberdayaan kapasitas, kewirausahaan. ABSTRACTThis community service focuses on providing educational assistance to empower the entrepreneurial capacity of residents affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The goal is to provide educational services through socialization and strengthening the ability of individual citizens to explore their potential and develop them so that they have independence in overcoming all problems on their own. The method in this mentoring activity uses problem based learning learning strategies with problem solving problem solving models. The results of community service activities show, through this educational assistance activity to empower entrepreneurial capacity for three weeks it can be seen; (a) the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in this activity; (b) changing the mindset of participants to be more rational in understanding their lives with all the problems they face; (c) able to conceptualize strategies and ways of solving life problems faced.Keywords : Educational assistance, capacity building, entrepreneurship, problem based learning, problem solving

ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan pendampingan sosial membangun kesadaran tanggap darurat bencana penyebaran Covid 19 sebagai budaya gotong royong pada warga masyarakat perumahan Ketileng Indah Sendangmulyo Semarang. Tujuannya, menjaga kelangsungan budaya gotong royong tanggap darurat bencana terhadap warga terdampak pandemic Covid 19 di lingkungan warga perumahan Ketileng Indah Sendangmulyo Semarang. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu system pamong, ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani. Dalam proses pendampingan memberi keteladanan, memprakarsai, dan memandu dari belakang. Hasilnya, meningkatnya partisipasi aktif warga mampu masyarakat setempat dalam memberikan bantuan sebagai bentuk budaya gotongroyong dan menguatnya kesanggupan hidup mandiri warga terdampak Covid 19. The goal is to maintain the culture of mutual cooperation in responding to disaster emergencies for residents affected by the Covid 19 pandemic in the Ketileng Indah Sendangmulyo housing community, Semarang. The approach used is the pamong system, ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani. In the mentoring process, we provide an example, initiate, and guide from behind. As a result, the increased active participation of the local community in providing assistance as a form of mutual cooperation culture and the strengthening of the ability to live independently of residents affected by Covid-19. Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini focus pada edukasi membangun kesadaran tanggap darurat bencana Covid 19 sebagai budaya gotongroyong. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberdayakan potensi masyarakat sekaligus menggugah kesadaran tanggap darurat terhadap warga terdampak sosial distancing. Komposisi strata warga Perum Ketileng Indah sangat beragam dari segi sosial ekonomisnya. Meskipun secara mayoritas terdiri dari kelompok menengah ke atas, namun masih terdapat kelompok masyarakat yang tergolong level ekonomi rendah. Mereka merasa sangat terdampak dengan adanya pandemic Covid 19. Dampak yang terjadi adalah timbulnya kelompok masyarakat potensi miskin baru akibat terkena pemutusan hubungan kerja. Namun di sisi lain terdapat kelompok warga yang mampu secara ekonomis. Bagaimana membangun kesadaran tanggap darurat bagi mereka yang mampu untuk membantu sesama warganya yang kurang mampu. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode persuasi dan edukasi keteladanan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya fenomena sosial budaya baru, yaitu gerakan budaya gotongroyong. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan gerakan budaya gotongroyong ini dibentuk Tim Kecil Tanggap Bencana, bertugas melakukan monitoring, evaluasi dan tanggap cepat. The aim is to empower the potential of the community while at the same time arouse awareness of emergency response to socially affected residents who are provoked. The composition of strata of Perum Ketileng Indah residents is very diverse in terms of their socioeconomic Although the majority consists of middle and upper groups, there are still groups of people belonging to the low economic level. They feel strongly affected by the existence of the Covid pandemic 19. The impact that occurs is the emergence of a new group of potential poor people due to termination of employment. But on the other hand there are groups of people who are economically capable. How to build awareness of emergency response for those who are able to help fellow citizens who are less able. This community service uses the method of persuasion and exemplary education. The results of community service shows that there is a new socio-cultural phenomenon, namely the gotongroyong cultural movement. ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini terfokus pada pentingnya membangun keluarga harmonis di kalangan pengemudi becak wisata di Yogyakarta. Pengemudi becak merupakan pelaku pariwisata di Yogyakarta, yang tentu saja berkaitan dengan etika pelayanan. Keluarga yang harmonis membawa konsekuensi pada kepribadian seseorang, termasuk pengemudi becak sebagai individu yang harus memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi para wisatawan.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian terhadap pengemudi becak wisata ini adalah sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif. Membangun keluarga harmonis bagi penegmudi becak menjadi sesuatu yang imperatif. Keluarga harmonis tercipta karena adanya cinta di dalamnya dan masing-masing anggota keluarga menjalankan perannya. Pengemudi becak yang berasal dari keluarga harmonis, menjadikan hidupnya dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai etika yang membawa konsekuensi lebih jauh pada pelayanan yang prima terhadap para wisatawan. Hal ini sangat penting karena kesan terhadap pelaku pariwisata ini menentukan performace pariwisata di Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: harmonis, keluarga, pengemudi becak ABSTRACTThis community service focuses on the importance of building a harmonious family among tourist rickshaw drivers in Yogyakarta. Pedicab drivers are tourism actors in Yogyakarta, which of course is related to service ethics. A harmonious family brings consequences to a person's personality, including pedicab drivers as individuals who must provide the best service for tourists. The method used in the dedication to this tourist rickshaw driver is socialization and interactive discussion. Building a harmonious family for pedicab drivers is imperative. A harmonious family is created because of the love in it and each family member carries out his role. Rickshaw drivers who come from harmonious families, make their lives based on ethical values which have further consequences for excellent service to tourists. ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini terfokus pada nilai-nilai dalam sikap guyub rukun bagi remaja. Guyub rukun diwujudkan dalam bentuk kerja sama dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif.Peran serta remaja sebagai calon generasi penerus bangsa sangat penting dalam rangka menciptakan kehidupan masyarakat yang damai dan kondusif. Nilai-nilai guyub rukun harus selalu ditanamkan kepada para remaja mengingat adanya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan ditandai salah satunya adalah kemajuan bidang informasi dan komunikasi sehingga budaya luar masuk dengan sangat cepat. Remaja harus mampu juga bersikap bijak juga dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ini. Guyub rukun akan terwujud jika antar remaja dalam kehidupan masyarakat dibangun komunikasi yang sehat, dikembangkan sikap saling mencintai, menghormati, dan berempati. Guyub rukun is manifested in the form of cooperation in community life. The method used in this service is socialization and interactive discussion. The participation of teenagers as candidates for the nation's next generation is very important in order to create a peaceful and conducive community life. The values of guyub rukun must always be instilled in adolescents, given the progress of science and technology, one of which is the progress in the field of information and communication so that foreign culture enters very quickly. Teens must also be able to be wise too in utilizing this technology. Guyub rukun will be realized if between adolescents in community life are built healthy communication, developed an attitude of mutual love, respect, and emphatize.
