Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety programs on employee productivity at PT. Musi Banyuasin Indah. The method in this research is simple linear regression model. The population in this study all employees of PT Musi Banyuasin Indah which amounted to 578 people. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents taken using random sampling. The data studied is employee questionnaire data of PT Musi Banyuasin Indah. The results of this study can be seen that there is a significant influence between the safety program on employee work productivity PT. Musi Banyuasin Indah. The result of kofisien termination obtained by value of R square (R2) equal to 0,312 or 31,2%. This means the work safety program affecting work productivity by 31.2%, the remaining 68.8% influenced by other variables/factors not included/investigated in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employees at the Sungai Lilin Village Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study used a quantitative method, this research was conducted on employees at the Sungai Lilin Village Office, the data sources for this research were primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature studies. The population in this study were employees at the Singai Lilin Village Office, the sample in this study was 59 respondents using Sugiyono's theory. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling (accidental sampling). The data processing technique of this study used the SPSS version 25. The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence (X) had an effect on employee performance (Y), this was obtained from a correlation value of 0.805 with a significance level of 1,000, which means emotional intelligence and employee performance has a high relationship, the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.647 meaning that the emotional intelligence variable affects employee performance by 64.7%, while the remaining 35.3% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. In the t-test (hypothesis test), the value of tcount > t-table is 6.175 > 2.002 and is corroborated by sig. t-test is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that emotional intelligence has an effect on improving employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: To determine the effect of job training on the work effectiveness of nurses in Sungai Lilin Hospital, this research is aimed at. With the Slovin formula, 54 samples were taken. Methods of collecting interview data, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods, namely using validity test, reliability test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis and t test with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for windows. The results of the analysis show that job training has an effect on the work effectiveness of nurses at Sungai Lilin Hospital. The positive sign of job training coefficient indicates a unidirectional relationship, in other words job training will have a significant effect on work effectiveness. The relationship between job training and work effectiveness shows a moderately strong relationship (R=0.681). The resulting R square of .464 which means that 44.5% of the work effectiveness variable is influenced by job training. Abstrak: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja perawat di RSUD Sungai Lilin menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan rumus Slovin menghasilkan 54 sampel terambil. Metode pengumpulan data wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analsis regresi, analsis korelasi, analisis determinasi dan uji t dengan bantuan software SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Kerja perawat di RSUD Sungai Lilin. Koefesien pelatihan kerja bertanda positif menandakan hubungan yang searah, dengan kata lain pelatihan kerja akan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Hubungan antara pelatihan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja menunjukkan hubungan yang sedang kuat (R=0,681). Dihasilkan R square sebesar ,464 yang artinya adalah 44,5% variabel efektivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh pealtihan kerja.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Library and Archives Service Employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The sample uses the Slovin formula. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to employees of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Library and Archives Service. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis and t tests with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. The results of the research show that there is an influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Library and Archives Office. The coefficients for leadership style and work discipline are positive, indicating a unidirectional relationship, in other words, leadership style and work discipline will have a significant effect on performance. The relationship between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance shows a moderate relationship (R=0.506). The coefficient of determination or R square number is 0.256, which means that 25.6 percent of employee performance variables are influenced by leadership style and work discipline.
