Abstract

Beberapa kegiatan kesehatan yang paling diketahui masyarakat adalah donasi darah. Namun, masih banyak kendala dalam pencarian donasi danar ataupun yang ingin mendonorkan darah. Oleh demikian, diperlukannya sistem yang bisa memudahkan masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian pada aplikasi donasi darah ini, bertujuan untuk membagikan informasi kepada masyakarat mengenai pencarian donor darah dan ingin melakukan donasi darah dengan mudah. Salah satu Metode yang bisa digunakan pada masalah ini adalah metode rapid application development yang memiliki beberapa tahapan meliputi requirement planning, Design system, serta implementation. Hasil akhir yang akan diperoleh adalah berupa aplikasi donasi darah berbasis web.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of psychological factors on the decision of the selection of travel agency umroh at PT. Namirah Angkasa Jayatama (NAJA) Tour & Travel Sekayu. Population used in this research is Population of this research is consumer who ever become jama'ah at NAJA Tour & Travel Sekayu. The population in this study is 200 Jama'ah. The sample in this research is 133 respondents. Sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the result shows that the psychological factor gives a low effect on the selection decision and there is a positive sign stating the unidirectional correlation, where the increase or decrease. The independent variable (X) will result in the increase or decrease in the dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

Online shop "Henz Collection" is an onlineshop that sells products such as clothes, bags, and shoes. The main problem faced by the online shop are not yet have a website that specialized in selling the products that it sells itself and difficult to know which customers have loyalty to this shop online. Ecommerce application is built using Fuzzy C-Means. Fuzzy C-Means clustering is a technique in which the existence of each data point is determined by the degree of membership (partition). Value centroid k-means clustering taken from random numbers, so that when the centroid determination will be modified so that the clustering results have not changed, so that the customer data can be grouped consistently and data on the cluster have been no changes during the period that would diklaster not changed. The purpose of the application design e-commerce based website is to look at the criteria for customers who are entitled to a rebate / discount. Based on test results and data modules can be concluded that the application is running as expected. Discounting seen from the experimental formation of clusters that provide the best global value silhouette. Cluster in the period 2014 to have the degree of similarity of 60% of customer data and in the period 2015 to have the degree of similarity of 80% of customer data contained in these clusters with the data of the owner onlineshop discount.

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether the independent research variables (Work Environment, Work Motivation, Promotion) have an influence on improving ASN performance at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City. Data were analyzed using Descriptive Qualitative Methods. Research Data Collection Techniques using direct interviews with several staff of the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City. valued and feel given a boost of motivation in carrying out their job obligations, as well as positions that involve them in planning promotions for them and are given according to the performance they can make will make them more diligent and improve their performance at work. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employees at the Sungai Lilin Village Office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study used a quantitative method, this research was conducted on employees at the Sungai Lilin Village Office, the data sources for this research were primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature studies. The population in this study were employees at the Singai Lilin Village Office, the sample in this study was 59 respondents using Sugiyono's theory. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling (accidental sampling). The data processing technique of this study used the SPSS version 25. The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence (X) had an effect on employee performance (Y), this was obtained from a correlation value of 0.805 with a significance level of 1,000, which means emotional intelligence and employee performance has a high relationship, the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.647 meaning that the emotional intelligence variable affects employee performance by 64.7%, while the remaining 35.3% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. In the t-test (hypothesis test), the value of tcount > t-table is 6.175 > 2.002 and is corroborated by sig. t-test is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that emotional intelligence has an effect on improving employee performance.

Abstract

PT Sumber Rejeki Tirta is a company that provides b-one brand drinking water. However, in the process of selling, borrowing, processing and producing gallons, they still use the manual method. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a stock information system that suits the company's needs in managing data on purchases, processes, production, reuse, sales, can repair goods and recalls in order to help companies do better in doing their jobs. The system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams, with a waterfall design. The research resulted in a stock management information system program that was able to overcome the deficiencies contained in the previous system and was able to maximize the transaction data management process and help facilitate work at PT Sumber Rejeki Tirta

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja serta pemberian insentif berpengaruh kepada kinerja karyawan dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel perantara Pada PT. Global Office Makara Engineering Site Sungai Lilin. Sampel Penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kuesioner penelitian diberikan kepada karyawan Global Makara Engineering Office Sungai Lilin. Data penelitian diestimasi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan statistika inferensial dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) berdasarkan Varian Base Structural Equation Modeling dan media estimasi data menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS Statistics Versi 3.2.9. Hipotesis Alternatif yang pertama, variabel Insentif karyawan secara signifikan mempengaruhi Motivasi karyawan. Hipotesis Alternatif yang kedua, variabel motivasi karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis Alternatif yang ketiga, variabel Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dari hasil estimasi data menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif secara tidak langsung melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keryawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif relitif mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi.   Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Pemberian Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan.     ABSTRACT   This research was conducted to determine whether work motivation and incentives affect employee performance with work motivation as an intermediary variable at PT. Global Office Makara Engineering Site Sungai Lilin. The research sample uses the Slovin formula. The research questionnaire was given to employees of the Global Makara Engineering Office Sungai Lilin. The research data were estimated and analyzed using an inferential statistical approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method based on Variant Base Structural Equation Modeling and data estimation media using the SmartPLS Statistics Application Version 3.2.9. The first alternative hypothesis, employee incentives significantly affect employee motivation. The second alternative hypothesis, employee motivation variables significantly influence employee performance. The third alternative hypothesis is that the Incentives variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Testing the indirect effect of giving incentives has a significant effect on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable. From the results of data estimation, it shows that giving incentives indirectly through motivation as a mediating variable has a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that giving incentives is relatively able to increase employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable.   Keywords: Work Motivation, Providing Incentives, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether investor bias, including heuristic and herding biases, has an impact on investors’ investment behaviour, particularly in Indonesia. The sample was taken by purposive sampling, which is a non-probability sampling technique. This technique is used to identify respondents who have already made stock investments on the stock exchange. This study used 154 investor respondents, specifically those who started investing in stock from various range of age. The study employs path analysis using the Smart-PLS software tool for data analysis. The results of this study show that heuristic bias is proven to have a significant positive effect on investors’ investment decisions and performance. Furthermore, investment decisions are proven to mediate the effect of heuristic bias on investor investment performance. On the other hand, herding bias is not proven to have an effect on investor investment decisions and performance. In addition, investor investment decisions are also not proven to mediate the effect of herding bias on investor investment performance. Based on the results of this study, investors need to be aware of the role of heuristic bias to make more rational decisions that can ultimately improve investor investment performance.
