Abstract

The duty of harbor is very lmportant and it serves services to ships that act activities for instance, goods, passengers, etc. The services in Indonesian harbors tend to be unqualified, high cost economy. Based on the result of the research revealed that the fundamental problerhs In this context is behavior of involved person in applying the function in harbor, namely corruption, and it implies to reduce state Income. The sup porting of this phenomenon is birocracy in unqualified services. This condition causes the activities of harbour uncoducively and can not reach the aim to increase national growth economy and prosperous Indonesian people.

Abstract

Daun Markisa (Passiflora edulis simss) secara tradisional dimanfaatkan sebagai penanganan disentri dan insomnia. Beberapa kandungan senyawa yang terkandung pada Daun Markisa yaitu flavonoid yang digunakan sebagai analgesik. Daun Markisa ini diambil dengan metode purposive sampling yang berasal dari daerah Desa Tiga Balata, Kecamatan Jorlang Hataran, Simalungun, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas analgesik ekstrak etanol daun markisa (Passiflora edulis simss) terhadap mencit putih jantan. Pengujian pada penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode hot plate. Ekstrak etanol daun markisa (EEDM) diperoleh dari proses maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96% dan ekstrak digunakan pada mencit putih jantan (muss mucculus) yang dibagi menjadi 3 dosis ekstrak yaitu 50 mg/KgBB, 100 mg/KgBB dan 200 mg/KgBB. Digunakan pula suspensi Na-CMC 0,5% sebagai kontrol negatif dan asam mefenamat 500 mg sebagai kontrol positif. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dan uji Post Hoc Tukey HSD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EEDM dapat memberikan efektivitas analgesik terhadap mencit putih jantan. Dosis terbaik EEDM pada mencit terdapat pada dosis 50mg/kgBB dengan proteksi adalah 63,02% dan persen efektifitas 94,06%. Dosis 100mg/kgBB dengan proteksi adalah 59,28% dan persen efektifitas 95,97% dan 200 mg/kgBB dengan proteksi adalah 62,21 dan persen efektifitas 97,97%. Dosis ekstrak etanol daun markisa (Passiflora edulis simss) yang paling efektif sebagai analgetik adalah dosis pemberian oral sebanyak 200 mg/kgBB menujukkan efek hampir sama dengan kontrol positif (pemberian asam mefenamat).

Abstract

Abstract: Since the free trade era began, brand protection has become increasingly important because some brands are now widely known and can even reach all corners of the world. However, due to the rapid development of technology, many business actors sell fake or counterfeit goods through digital trade or e-commerce, causing the original owner of the trademark to experience losses. This article discusses legal protection for trademark owners against trademark rights violations in digital commerce from a legal system perspective, where the conclusion of this article is that Indonesia is a country that adheres to a civil law system legal culture as also adopted by continental European countries. which prioritizes positive law or written law, is obliged to provide legal certainty regarding legal protection for trademark owners for violations of trademark rights in digital commerce.Keywords: E-commerce, Merk.
