Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Qadiriyah and Naqsyabandiyah congregations in forming religious culture in the Roudlotut Ta'allum recitation congregation in North Anjatan Village, Anjatan District, Indramayu Regency. The Qadiriyah an Naqsyabandiyah order is a contemporary order combining two large orders, namely Qadiriyah and Naqsyabandiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Primary data was obtained through interviews with congregation leaders, deputy leaders, community leaders, and congregation members. Secondary data is obtained from documentation in notes, reports, books, and other relevant scientific work. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data is guaranteed through increasing persistence, triangulation, and extension of observations. This research is important for understanding how congregations as socio-religious organizations can shape religious culture at the local level. Congregations have a role in shaping people's attitudes, character, and perspectives on religion and life. By examining the role of the Qadiriyah an Naqsyabandiyah Order in the context of the religious culture of the Roudlotut Ta'allum congregation, this research provides a new perspective in understanding the dynamics of the order and its influence on the lives of Muslim communities at the grassroots level. It is hoped that the findings of this research can contribute to the development of Sufism, Tariqah, and other related studies

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru merupakan faktor penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Dalam konteks madrasah, kepala madrasah memiliki peran strategis sebagai pemimpin pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi berbagai program pengembangan profesional guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda Majalengka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala madrasah dan guru sebagai informan utama. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen kepala madrasah meliputi perencanaan program kerja tahunan, pembinaan kedisiplinan melalui pengawasan melekat dan pendekatan spiritual, serta peningkatan kompetensi mengajar melalui supervisi akademik, pelatihan internal, dan pemanfaatan media digital. Implementasi strategi dilakukan secara partisipatif, humanistik, dan berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren. Strategi tersebut berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru yang ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya kedisiplinan, inovasi pembelajaran, kemampuan pengelolaan kelas, serta etos kerja guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan fasilitas pembelajaran digital dan program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan guna mendukung efektivitas strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This research examines how Islamic education shapes the religious character of students from fishing families at SMAN 1 Parigi Pangandaran through intracurricular and extracurricular learning, along with the supporting and inhibiting factors involved. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation. The study found that Islamic education is implemented in two key ways: 1) Intracurricular learning, which enhances religious understanding, emotional stability, and student engagement, fostering greater trust and interactive learning; 2) Extracurricular learning, which strengthens religious character, discipline, responsibility, and integrity, while promoting harmony within the school environment. Supporting factors include student motivation, the availability of BPI books, and complete facilities. Inhibiting factors include external negative influences, student fatigue, and low awareness of the importance of religious values. The implementation of Islamic education at SMAN 1 Parigi Pangandaran has significant implications for shaping students' religious character academically and socially. This research contributes to the broader development of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Spiritual Intelligence is very important for everyone to have, especially students at the private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Because spiritual intelligence is the highest intelligence among other intelligence. By having high spiritual intelligence, a person will become a worthy person, both in terms of his faith and Islam. Private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang has a goal, namely to provide students with spiritual depth. So private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang implements several strategies to increase the spiritual intelligence of students at the private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this research was carried out at the dormitory Sunan Ampel Al-Aly private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources in this research include murobbi, musyrif, and students. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used to test the validity of the data is technique and source triangulation. The research results show that (1) dormitory Sunan Aampel Al-Aly's strategy for increasing spiritual intelligence in the student dormitory at the private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang consists of three stages: Emotional Clarification, Mental Development, and Personal and Social Resilience. In order to clarify emotions, dormitory Sunan Ampel Al-Aly implemented a program of ubudiyah activities: istighosah, wirdul lathif, rotibul haddad, tahlil, yasin, al-kahfi, tashih Al-Qur'an, and birthday diba'iyah. As for dormitory's mental development, Sunan Ampel Al-Aly held ta'lim afkar by studying the book qomi'ut tughyan. Furthermore, for personal and social resilience, dormitories Sunan Ampel Al-Aly held ta'lim afkar by studying the book of tadzhib. (2) The impact of Sunan Ampel Al-Aly's dormitory strategy in increasing spiritual intelligence in the students' dormitory at the private Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is: increasing spiritual awareness of students, strengthening mental and emotional resilience, improving the quality of interpersonal relationships.
