Abstract

The results showed that the role of the madrasah head in MI Andzariyah Batuputih Sumenep has a significant impact on increasing teacher creativity. The madrasah head has made efforts to create an environment that supports creativity through training, providing resources, guidance and creating a conducive environment. The training attended by teachers has shown an increase in creativity and courage in experimenting with new learning techniques. However, although resources such as technology have been provided, most teachers still use conventional learning methods, suggesting that the madrasah head's encouragement has not been fully implemented. Other challenges include resistance to change, lack of motivation and limited technology skills among teachers. The madrasah principal's support is only felt by teachers who are motivated and ready to follow directions, indicating the importance of teachers' own self-motivation. Nevertheless, the positive impact of the madrasah principal's role is seen in the increased motivation and enthusiasm of more creative teachers, which in turn will improve the quality of learning and learner outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the motivation and readiness of teachers to take advantage of the support provided, so that learning in madrasah can become more creative, interactive and quality.

Abstract

The right strategy will influence the success in developing teacher competencies. Effective management implementation encompasses various important aspects, such as strategic planning, organizing, professional development through training, and systematic performance evaluation. The objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze the implementation of madrasah principal management in enhancing teacher professionalism at MTs Taufiqiyatul Asna, 2) To identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management implementation process.The type of research employed in this study is qualitative with a case study approach at MTs Taufiqiyatul Asna.The results of this study are as follows: First, the implementation of madrasah principal management has been successfully applied through strategies such as strategic planning, organizing, professional development, and systematic performance evaluation. These strategies have positively contributed to the enhancement of teacher competencies in pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects. Second, the factors supporting the success of this implementation include staff commitment, community support, and adequate facilities. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as budget constraints and resistance to change. The madrasah principal has taken steps to overcome these challenges, including seeking additional funding sources and providing training to improve technology adaptation among teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MAI Amanatul Ummah; dan 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implikasi manajemen rekrutmen tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MAI Amanatul Ummah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan dilakukan di MAI Amanatul Ummah. Data yang digunakan dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tahapan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik terdiri dari persiapan pelaksanaan rekrutmen, seleksi berkas, tes tulis, microteaching dan wawancara, serta tahapan lanjutan di pusat. Secara keseluruhan, proses rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di MAI Amanatul Ummah memiliki tahap yang panjang dan kompleks. Dari hal tersebut, didapatkan tenaga pendidik yang menguasai materi pembelajaran sehingga mampu menghasilkan kualitas peserta didik yang baik pula. Setiap tahun, lulusan MAI Amanatul Ummah banyak diterima di berbagai perguruan tinggi dengan grade yang tinggi dan semakin membaik dari tahun ke tahun. Selain itu, peserta didik MAI Amanatul Ummah juga banyak memenangkan kejuaraan di berbagai kompetisi baik tingkat regional, nasional, maupun internasional. Dengan demikian, proses rekrutmen tenaga pendidik yang baik memberikan implikasi yang positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di MAI Amanatul Ummah.
