Abstract

House can be utilized according to our tastes and desires. If it is managed with a bail yard, the house can provide benefits for family life. By planting productive plants in the yard will provide a double benefit. While creating a clean, green, healthy and beautiful environment. Every community organization needs the ability to survive in the face of today's changing environment. Therefore competent entrepreneurship training in the people of Srengseng Sawah Kelurahan must be conducted in order to be able to produce results in accordance with the goals and objectives and in accordance with the expected performance standards.

Abstract

This activity is carried out with the aim as a form of community service for the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Pancasila, while participants participating in this service are expected to be able to achieve (1) Maximize their potential, (2) increase their knowledge and ability in managing their businesses, (3) build confidence to succeed as an SME actor and (4) develop awareness of the potential of tourism villages with cultural diversity and traditional culinary. From the results of the mapping of these activities, the MSMEs Setu Babakan Srengseng Sawah Jagakarsa South Jakarta has the potential to be developed. Because Setu Babakan is a cultural attraction based on Betawi that continues to grow. The products produced by Setu Babakan MSMEs are products based on local culture both culinary (pletok beer, laksa, egg crust, crocodile bread, other Betawi special foods), processing and other services and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are mostly businesses which was pioneered from generation to generation. This can be known by the business they started more than 10 or 20 years ago.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the increase in the tourism sector and to determine the position of the tourist destinations competitiveness in Nusa Tenggara Barat Province. This research methodology is a quantitative research and conducted technique analysis with Competitiveness Monitor (CM) Index, which is a method that can be used to measure the competitiveness of the tourism industry. The results of this study found that the competitiveness index of the Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) tourism industry in 2019 was higher than the results of the calculation of the competitiveness index in 2018. The competitiveness of the tourism sector in NTB Province continues to increase which is give benefit for PAD (Income Original Region) NTB Province. The finding of this study is expected to provide suggestions for local governments to be able to develop halal tourist destinations that are competitive and able to make the tourism sector one of the mainstays in contributing to Regional Original Income (PAD) which can improve community welfare.

Abstract

Analisis Penjualan Emas dan Penerapan Model Estimasi Yang Efektif Pada PT. Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) selama periode 2012Q1-2016Q4. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan volume produksi dan penjualan emas ANTAM serta untuk mengidentifikasi model-model alat analisis statistik yang digunakan sebagai alat prediksi paling efektif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data skunder yang diperoleh dari laporan kuartalan PT. Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) Tbk. Analisis dilakukan dengan menerapkan enam model estimasi. Dari enam model tersebut menunjukkan bahwa estimasi model semi average dalam hal ini relatif lebih efektif dibanding model-model lainnya dalam meramalkan volume penjualan emas antam

Abstract

In enhancing the development of Islamic banking, the government issued Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning spin-off. With this policy, it is expected that Islamic Commercial Banks will develop. This study aims to implement panel data regression to examine in depth the influence of spin-off policy and macroeconomic fundamental factors on third party funds of Sharia General Banks. Sampling by purposive sampling, six (6) Sharia General Banks that have conducted spin-offs and financial report data from 2014-2018. The Chow Test and the Hausman Test show that the panel data regression model that matches the variable data used in 2014-2018 is the Random Effect Model (REM). Empirical results show that during the 2014-2018 period, the spin-off policy and macroeconomic fundamental factors had a significant effect on the bank's third-party funds simultaneously. Partially, only the spin-off policy has a significant effect on third party funds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing of the batik business in Pekalongan. The method utilized is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative research approach. A sample of 41 respondents participated in this study. The data analysis is descriptive, verification analysis, path analysis method, and path coefficient. This study aims to examine the relationship between relational marketing and strategic innovation on marketing performance with this data analysis. The study results show no significant correlation between marketing relationship to innovation strategy and strategic innovation to marketing performance. In addition, this study also discusses the direct and indirect effects on the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of market capitalization and fundamental factors on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The variables utilized in this study are market capitalization, variables of micro-company such as company size, free cash flow, dividend policy (DPR), and macro variables, namely interest rates to the value of the company (Tobin'Q). Therefore it can be to assess the development of good company conditions. The method of this research is explanatory research and samples were taken by purposive sampling from a population of manufacturing companies that satisfy the sample criteria. Furthermore, the analysis of this research conducted multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan wisata halal di Provinsi Aceh pada masa sekarang ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode wawancara dan observasi (fieldwork research), kemudian mengidentifikasi informan yang akan diwawancarai, yang dapat menjawab dengan baik pertanyaan-pertanyaan riset dalam wawancara. Usaha-usaha pemerintah Provinsi Aceh dalam pengembangan bidang kepariwisataan dalam pembangunan perekonomian menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup berarti.Perkembangan ini dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara yang masuk melalui pintu Provinsi Aceh.Secara umum jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Aceh terus mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2018 kunjungan wisatawan di Aceh mencapai 2,5 juta orang yang terdiri dari 2,4 juta wisatawan nusantara dan 106 ribu merupakan wisatwan mancanegara. Penelitian ini juga berguna sebagai masukan dan memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pemerintah setempat, Stakeholder serta pelaku usaha pariwisatahalal bersinerji dalam mempromosikan Aceh sebagai destinasi wisata yang aman, nyaman, menawan dan halal.
