Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara quadruple helix, inovasi dan daya saing. Sebuah model diusulkan dan diuji menggunakan sampel 200 pengusaha sektor fashion di Bogor. Data dianalisis melalui penggunaan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM). Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa strategi quadruple helix dapat mendukung inovasi dan daya saing. Kolaborasi dari empat pilar ini (pemerintah, bisnis, akademisi dan masyarakat sipil) dapat menjadi pusat penyelidikan, konsultasi, sosialisasi, pengembangan berbagai aspek mulai dari teknologi dan pemasaran produk

Abstract

Kranggan is an area that will develop because of the many housing developments and supermarkets. From these conditions, many are used by the surrounding community by opening a business to find more income to meet daily needs, especially housewives. Various efforts and development policies have been carried out by the government, especially providing opportunities for the community to improve welfare. Making doormats from fabric waste is one of the empowerment and utilization programs through FEB-UP to the community. This program is carried out by FEB-UP by providing business skills and motivation for Productive Economic activities to improve the social welfare of its members and provide benefits to the surrounding community.

Abstract

Empowerment of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) becomes very strategic, because of its huge potential in driving the economic activities of the community and at the same time being the foundation of the income sources of some people in improving their welfare. But there are still many problems faced by Indonesian SMEs, some of which include competitiveness of MSMEs in national and global markets. The low competitiveness of these SMEs as expressed by Kumorotomo (2008), is due to the large number of problems in the development of MSMEs, such as financing, marketing, management and development of Human Resources (HR), and production efficiency and innovation. Where organizations that have advantages can be pursued through product and service innovation. The specific objective in this study is to produce an innovation model for MSMEs that produce traditional regional food products, so that they can help them find strategies to win the competition. This SMEs innovation model is carried out through innovation so that it can have an influence on improving the competitiveness of SMEs, especially traditional food producers in Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing of the batik business in Pekalongan. The method utilized is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative research approach. A sample of 41 respondents participated in this study. The data analysis is descriptive, verification analysis, path analysis method, and path coefficient. This study aims to examine the relationship between relational marketing and strategic innovation on marketing performance with this data analysis. The study results show no significant correlation between marketing relationship to innovation strategy and strategic innovation to marketing performance. In addition, this study also discusses the direct and indirect effects on the model.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Bidang Pendidikan Jasmani dilaksanakan secara online menggunakan aplikasi Zoom pada Sabtu, 20 Agustus 2022 oleh Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Triatma Mulya. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh 85 peserta yang terdiri dari dosen, guru, dan mahasiswa dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Kegiatan pelatihan ini membahas mengenai penyusunan manuscript artikel dan analisis data statistik menggunakan SPSS. Narasumber yang dihadirkan adalah Ibu Elsa Ariestika, M.Pd. dan Bapak I Putu Agus Dharma Hita, S.Pd., M.Or., AIFO. serta dipandu oleh Moderator Bapak Doni Pranata, M.Pd. Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh Kaprodi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Triatma Mulya Ibu Komang Ayu Krisna Dewi, S.Pd., M.Pd. Dalam kegiatan ini, peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai teknik penulisan karya ilmiah bidang pendidikan jasmani dan analisis data statistik menggunakan SPSS. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi peserta dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menulis karya ilmiah dan analisis data statistik. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan sambutan dan ucapan terima kasih dari Kaprodi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Triatma Mulya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat penting dan bermanfaat bagi peserta dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mereka di bidang pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence about the effect of market orientation variables, human resource competencies, and learning organizations of SMES business in Depok City on SMES innovation. This research was conducted on 100 respondents from SMES business in Depok. This research uses quantitative approach and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate a significant influence of market orientation, human resource competence, and learning organizations on the innovation of SMES. These three variables simultaneously affect the innovation of SMES in Depok City. The competence of Human Resources and Learning Organization are more influencing SMES business to innovate their products compared to market orientation variable.

Abstract

The need for green skills in the workforce has become increasingly evident as the world faces pressing environmental challenges and the transformative impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This abstract explores the challenges and strategies involved in integrating green skills into Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, with a focus on Indonesian university practices. Indonesia, a country with a burgeoning economy, is keenly aware of the importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility. Indonesian universities have embraced the task of equipping students with green skills to meet the demands of a rapidly changing job market. This abstract offers insights into how these universities address the challenges this endeavor poses. The challenges of incorporating green skills into TVET programs are multifaceted, including the need to update curricula, provide relevant training, and foster a culture of sustainability. Moreover, ensuring students are prepared for emerging industries and occupations in a rapidly evolving landscape is a considerable challenge. In response to these challenges, Indonesian universities are implementing various strategies. These strategies encompass curriculum revisions that integrate sustainability principles, hands-on training in green technologies, collaboration with industry partners, and promoting eco-consciousness among students. Universities also invest in research and development to advance green technologies and practices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship to increase the productivity of farmer groups in Putat Nutug Village, Ciseeng, Bogor Regency. The population in this study were members of a farmer group of 150 people. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula totaling 60 respondents, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed no direct effect of training on business interest and no direct influence of business interest on productivity. Training has a direct effect on productivity, self-efficacy on business interest, and self-efficacy on productivity. There is no effect of training on productivity through interest in entrepreneurship, and there is no effect of self-efficacy on productivity through interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Kebangkitan pariwisata halal dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia menjadi subjek utama penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan laporan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia menawarkan banyak sekali peluang untuk pariwisata halal, sebagian besar karena mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama Islam dan meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung asing dan lokal yang datang ke Indonesia setiap tahunnya. Salah satu masalah yang perlu diperhatikan adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikan rencana pemasaran secara efektif dengan tetap mempertimbangkan kepentingan pengunjung lainnya. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengembangkan pariwisata halal. Kata Kunci: Wisata Halal, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi
