Abstract

Analisis genetik untuk mempelajari hubungan alilisme gen tahan wereng coklat pada mutan padi telah dilakukan. Enam galur mutan padi yakni A-227-5, Atomita-1, MG-8, MG-18, Obs-18, dan Obs-208 digunakan sebagai bahan penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gen tahan wereng coklat pada mutan A-227-5 dan Atomita-1 alilik dengan gen tahan wereng coklat pada kultivar Mudgo. Gen tahan wereng coklat pada mutan Obs-18 dan Obs-208 alilik dengan gen tahan wereng coklat pada kultivar Cisadane, sedangkan gen tahan pada mutan MG-8 dan MG-18 tidak alilik dengan gen tahan wereng coklat pada genotip ASD-7.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to tested and explained empirically about (1)the effect of leadership style on the organizational performance, (2) the effect of ethicon the organizational performance, (3) the effect of leadership style on theorganizational performance through organizational culture, and 4) the effect of ethicalon organizational performance through organizational culture. The sample was takenusing the sample proportion method. The selected respondents were employees of PTWidatra Bhakti who have worked for more than 2 years. In this case the researcher tooka sample of 174 respondents. The research hypothesis was tested using Partial LeastSquare (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that leadershipstyle and ethics did not give a direct influence on organizational performance.Organizational culture had a role in mediated the effect of leadership and ethical styleson organizational performance. Thus the role of organizational culture had an importantrole in producing performance in the organization.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality on perceived value mediated by brand image and brand trust on the participant BPJS KESEHATAN Kesehatan Branch Malang (National Health Insurance Office Malang Branch). This study is using purposive sampling, 170 people who registered as social security administration's health Malang branch were selected as the respondents. All variables are measured by Likert scale. The Data was analyzed using partial least squares. The results are service quality influences significant ability to trust and brand image, and perceived value does not significantly influence trust, but significant influences brand image. Brand image partially mediates the effect of service quality on trust and fully mediates the effect of perceived value on trust. The implication of this research is social security administration health Malang branch must maintain and improve the quality of its services, promote and socialize to improve its brand image and brand trust.

Abstract

The existence of a code of professional ethics is very important in order to keep advocates in practice or law does not come out of the values of the profession. The code of ethics is also needed to maintain that advocates serve the interests of the community and maintain the trust that has been given by the community to the community. The purpose of this study to determine the classification of criminal acts obstruction of justice in Decision No. 3315 K/Pid.Sus/2018. The act of the defendant who contacted and met with Doctor Bimanesh Sutarjo to ask for help so that his client could be hospitalized at the Medika Permata Hijau hospital with a diagnosis of several diseases, one of which was hypertension", with the aim of avoiding the KPK investigation was not an act carried out in connection with his professional duties, and the act was clearly an act without being based on good faith so that it was an act that could be classified as an act of obstruction of justice in decision 3315 K/Pid.Sus/2018
