Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, yaitu: Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya.   Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah:  1) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; 2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; dan 3) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Tangible Resources, Knowledge Management, and Human Resources Competence on employee performance in the banking industry. The research method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The research sample consisted of 69 employees of BUMN Banks in Jakarta. the research results show that Tangible Resources and Knowledge Management have a significant influence on employee performance. Knowledge Management also has a significant influence on employee performance. However, the research results show that Human Resources Competence has no significant effect on employee performance. The research findings provide practical implications for the management of banking organizations in managing their resources. Appropriate investment in Tangible Resources and effective management of knowledge through Knowledge Management can improve employee performance. In addition, it is important for organizations to pay attention to and develop individual employee competencies in the context of Human Resources Competence.

Abstract

Sustainable and environmentally friendly economic growth has become a major focus for many regions today. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and the Human Development Index (IPM) on green economic growth in West Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with descriptive statistics using secondary data collected from various sources such as government reports, academic publications, and others. The dependent variable in this study is green economic growth, while the independent variables are investment and HDI. The results show that investment in the green economy sector has a significant positive impact on green economic growth. These investments include investments in the green infrastructure economy, this finding shows that strategically directed investments in these sectors can promote sustainable economic growth and reduce negative impacts on the environment and increase the HDI with indicators such as health, and decent living, levels of education, and per capita expenditure, which are important factors in achieving sustainable development.

Abstract

This article reviews electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) and the economy's changing business and workforce culture according to the digital paradigm. Based on the definitions and initial framework, the review analyzes the theory used. In diagnosing the ongoing transition to changing work relationships and business culture in the digital age, the study reveals an initial collection of work from a variety of disciplines, the majority of which employ diverse empirical methods and draw from various levels of analysis and e-HRM focus topics. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. The study's findings indicate that e-HRM offers significant advantages for organizational success, particularly in terms of work efficiency and effectiveness. E-HRM is intended for workers outside the HR department, as well as employees and organizational management. E-HRM enables HR applications to be accessed by personnel outside of the firm at any time and from any location. E-HRM is a transformation in an organization's business and worker culture. These changes include business process activities, workforce planning, recruitment, employee/payroll/employee leave information systems, evaluation and remuneration, performance and training, and employee development.
