Abstract

Martabak Ojolali adalah salah satu kuliner yang berada di Semarang sudah berdiri sejak lima tahun dan saat ini omsetnya turun 30 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen martabak Ojolali di kota Semarang dengan sampel minimum adalah 96 responden. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua elemen brand equity berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Analisis deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk melihat gambaran umum. Statistik inferensial dengan tujuan untuk pengujian hipotesis dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan : (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 26,765 + 0,615X1. Besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 34,1%. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan sebaliknya jika kepemimpinan transformasional rendah maka kinerja karyawan juga rendah, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 10,834 + 0,812X2. Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 60,8%. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh lingkungan kerja. Lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan sebaliknya jika lingkungan kerja rendah maka kinerja karyawan juga rendah, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 24,210 + 0,309X1 + 0,675X2. Besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 67,6%. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan sebaliknya jika kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama rendah maka kinerja karyawan juga rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media and buying decisions as consumer loyalty to frozen food, Bekasi, the role of social media greatly influences consumers in deciding to buy a frozen food product, but how to build loyalty so that consumers remain interested and repeat purchases as a form of satisfaction of the frozen food so that producers will get high profits. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method and uses primary data in frozen food Bekasi by taking a sample of 50 respondents in September-November 2022 multiple linear regression analysis using panel data and distributing questionnaires and interviews, after which data is processed using SPSS Analysis Version 25. The results of the study show that social media variables and buying decisions as consumer loyalty at Forozen Food Bekasi have not been fully implemented properly, that social media variables and buying decisions influence the consumer loyalty variable and have a significant positive relationship, this can be seen in the increase the role of social media to further increase buying interest and be able to increase consumer loyalty to Bekasi frozen food so that entrepreneurs need to get more attention to get maximum profits in the city of Bekasi.

Abstract

Sustainable and environmentally friendly economic growth has become a major focus for many regions today. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and the Human Development Index (IPM) on green economic growth in West Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with descriptive statistics using secondary data collected from various sources such as government reports, academic publications, and others. The dependent variable in this study is green economic growth, while the independent variables are investment and HDI. The results show that investment in the green economy sector has a significant positive impact on green economic growth. These investments include investments in the green infrastructure economy, this finding shows that strategically directed investments in these sectors can promote sustainable economic growth and reduce negative impacts on the environment and increase the HDI with indicators such as health, and decent living, levels of education, and per capita expenditure, which are important factors in achieving sustainable development.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play a very dominant role in company activities so that the success or failure of the company in achieving goals depends very much on the ability of HR or employees because a superior company is a company that has good employee performance so that company goals can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Jessindo Prakarsa. The type of research used is quantitative research with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling. The sample amounted to 30 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression test showed that 18.7% of employee performance factors could be explained by work environment, work motivation and work discipline while the remaining 81.3% were influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of work environment, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the results of the t test show that the variables of work motivation and work discipline are persial, these two variables do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of employee involvement in Green HRM to create humanist sustainable performance as an approach that links ecological principles with human resource management in order to achieve sustainable and humane organizational performance. This research method involved surveys and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and distribution of questionnaires and interviews as well as literature studies, after which data processing was carried out using SPSS Analysis Version 25. from companies to identify the relationship between the level of employee involvement in sustainable initiatives. The research technique used a quantitative approach using a sample of 100 respondents and was conducted in June-August 2023, the results showed a significant positive effect on employee engagement and Green HRM variables on sustainable performance increasing productivity, employee loyalty, and company reputation as well as having a positive impact on the humanist aspect, such as job satisfaction and employee welfare. These findings underscore the need to develop a Green HRM strategy that focuses on the active participation of employees in formulating, implementing and strengthening sustainable initiatives, thereby creating a more sustainable work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of each variable of leadership style and work environment on motivation, as well as to optimize these variables in order to enhance employee motivation. This research method employs quantitative descriptive analysis using SPSS V.26 on the results from 40 respondents. The findings from the employees of the Transportation Department and the community as users of related transportation services indicate that the variables of the work environment’s role and leadership style have a significant positive impact on employee motivation. Therefore, it is recommended that the Transportation Department (Dishub) of Bekasi City should continue to maintain a harmonious relationship between leaders and employees to improve performance, thereby producing effective and adequate transportation services to increase the satisfaction of the Bekasi City community as users of transportation services. Abstract

Terbentuknya kelompok Tani Lele dikarenakan adanya persoalan global dunia covid 19, dan banyak dari pekerja yang diputus kerja (PHK). Pendiri usaha kelompok Tani Lele ada 9 orang pada tahun 2022, dengan ide tersebut kami memandang jauh kedepan karena semua membutuhkan ketahanan pangan dan pekerjaan. Sehingga kami menganggap perlu dan pentingnya membentuk kelompok tani dikalangan lingkup RT 03 khususnya RW 31 perumahan griya asri .Dalam perjalanannya, para petani Lele di Bp Sumber Jaya mengalamimkesulitan dalam mempromosikan hasil ternak Lele nya, sehingga hal tersebut berdampak pada penghasilan dari para petani Lele di tempat tersebut. Dimana ada banyak para petani Lele yang belum memhami cara mempromosikan hasil ternak lele nereka melalui teknologi digital. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh para petani Lele Bp Sumberjaya adalah kurangnya informasi mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mempromosikan hasil ternak. Untuk itu, perlunya menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di Bp Sumber Jaya Perumahan Griya Asri 1 Blok B RT.03 RW.31 Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi dimana kegiatan tersebut berisikan penyampaian materi pengenalan Canva dan latihan cara penggunaan aplikasi Canva. Sehingga diharapkan seluruh para petani Lele Bp Sumber Jaya dapat memahami dan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dalam mempromosikan hasil ternak di media social, selain itu luaran yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi canva di kalangan petani Lele di Bp Sumber Jaya sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan hasil ternak Lele para petani Lele di Bp. Sumber Jaya, dan semua kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan di tampilkan di media cetak elektronik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain optimizing performance productivity through active employee involvement and stress reduction with effective managerial support in the work environment at the company, the research method uses quantitative research and conducts field observations (field research) using the self-administered questionnaires method, namely direct distribution of questionnaires by face-to-face with these respondents using a population of 70 respondents in saturated samples and carried out in March - June 2023 using data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and distributing questionnaires and interviews and literature studies, after that data processing was carried out with processing analysis SPSS statistical data version 26. The results show that there is a significant relationship and influence both partially and simultaneously that the variable active employee involvement and stress reduction has on managerial support for company productivity so that it needs to be developed and managerial attention to increase company productivity in a sustainable manner in the future.
