ABSTRAKKampung Keputran merupakan kawasan permukiman yang berada di tengah Kota Surabaya yang dikelilingioleh bangunan kolonial dengan fungsi sebagai toko dan hotel. Hingga saat ini, bangunan gaya kolonial masihsering dijumpai di dalam kawasan perkampungan tersebut. Tingginya tingkat pertumbuhan permukiman dikawasan tersebut menjadikan kampung semakin padat sehingga kurang tertata dan tidak memperhatikan polajaringan jalan dalam perkembangan kawasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi ruangterbangun (built) dan ruang tidak terbangun (unbuilt) seperti kapling tanah, blok bangunan, dan pola jalan sertasaluran air. Kondisi morfologi ruang ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan teori fungsi ruang yang dikemukakanoleh Habraken dan Brenda Case Scheer dalam melihat bentuk fisik kota dari lingkungan terbangun dankaitannya dalam merancang kota. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknikanalisa jaringan kota (tissue analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kampung Keputran tidakmemenuhi standar dalam penataan kawasan yang terlihat dari beberapa aspek contohnya tidak ditemukannyaarea margin atau batas lahan pada sebagian besar unit hunian. Disampig itu, Kampung Keputran ditemukan duakategori dalam menunjukkan bentuk fisik lingkungannya yaitu static dan elastic tissue. Telihat bahwa bangunanperkampungan sebagai kategori elastic dan parameter segmen yang berada diluar Kampung Keputran termasukdalam kategori static tissue. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam proses penataan kawasanperkotaan khususnya pada kawasan permukiman.Kata Kunci : Kampung Keputran, Pola Jaringan Jalan, ruang terbangun dan tidak terbangunABSTRACTKampung Keputran is a residential area in the middle of Surabaya which was built by the colonial with thefunction as a shop and hotel. Recently, colonial-style buildings are still often found in this residential area. Thehigh growth rate of settlements in this area has made this place dense so that it is not organized and does notpay attention to the road network patern in the region development. This study aims to determine the condition ofthe built space and unbuilt space such as land lots, building blocks, and patterns of roads and waterways. Thecondition of the spatial morphology is then compared with the theory of spatial functions proposed by Habrakenand Brenda Case Scheer in seeing the physical form of the city from the built environment and its relation indesigning the city. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with tissue analysis techniques. Theresults of this study indicate that the Keputran village does not meet the standards in the arrangement of the areawhich is seen from several aspects, for example, not finding a margin area or land boundary in most residentialunits. In addition, Kampung Keputran found two categories in showing the physical form of the environment,namely static and elastic tissue. It is seen that the building of the village as an elastic category and segmentparameters outside the Kampung Keputran are included in the static tissue category. This research is expectedto be a reference in the process of structuring urban areas, especially in residential areas.Keywords : Kampung Keputran, Road Network Pattern, Built and Un-Built spaces

The creative economy industry is currently starting to develop rapidly in some cities in Indonesia, including Kendari City. Although relatively young, the development of the creative economy in Kendari City is supported by the increasing enthusiasm of young people in this industry. Therefore, to support the interests and talents of the people of Kendari City, especially young people, this study aims to create a place in the form of a Creativity Center Building with the theme of Expressionism. This theme is considered in accordance with the existing conditions in this city which can describe the expression of building users which is reflected in the appearance and interior of the building. This research uses qualitative descriptive and quantitative methods. Based on the analysis of location and site determination, this building is planned to be built in Kadia District with a total area of ± 4.34 Ha. The design of the facade /in this building is taken from the form of Kalosara which is a symbol of unity and peace from the Tolaki Tribe, as well as from the logo of the Creative Economy Agency. This form is the result of a study of the theme of Expressionism Architecture. The results of the planning of this building are expected to be a reference for the government in creating a place that can support the economy, especially in the creative industry of Kendari City.

Kendari City is one of the cities in Indonesia that is experiencing a fairly rapid industrial development. This development is marked by the existence of frequent business activities such as meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and other activities, both formal and informal. These various activities need solutions and wise steps by the Government to provide a forum that can accommodate business opportunities for regional economic growth, especially in the service sector. Because so far, various activities have been held in places that provide limited facilities, such as hotels, sports halls, and the ex-MTQ area. Therefore, the City of Kendari needs to provide MICE Building facilities (meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions) that are able to accommodate these activities with various independent facilities and are not tied to other functions or merely as a complement to functions in a building such as hotels and others. In planning, this research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. In addition, in processing the location and site, the MICE Building is planned to be located in Poasia District, Kendari City. The building that carries the theme of Green Architecture is expected to provide solutions in energy efficiency efforts in buildings and become one of the presentative means that answer the needs of the community, especially business people in Kendari City.
