Exclusive breastfeeding production is the resultof breast stimulation by the prolactin hormoneproduced by the anterior pituitary gland. If the babysucks, the Exclusive breastfeeding will be removedfrom the lactiferous sinuses. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze differences on Exclusivebreastfeeding production after consuming thebanana infloresence. The design used in this study is one grouppretest posttest design, independent variable isbanana infloresence and the dependent variable isthe production of exclusive breastfeeding. Population in study were all postpartum motherswho breastfeed on the first child (primi gravidarum)in Gertenga village POSKESDES Septian Eka KST,r.keb Karang penang subdistrict Sampang asmuch as 10, a sample of 10 respondents, takingsample technique uses simple random sampling.Data retrieval uses questionnaire sheet and a pairedSample test Rank statistical test with α (0.05). The results showed that all of them (100%)suffered from non-smooth breastfeeding preoductionbefore being given banana infloresence drink andafter being given banana infloresence drink almostall (80%) breast milk was smooth. Based on thestatistical test paired Sample test Rank test resultsobtained p value (0.002) <α (0.05) then Ha isaccepted and H0 is rejected which means that there is a difference in exclusive breastfeeding production after consuming the banana infloresence. Suggestionfor postpartum mothers who are breastfeeding whohave not smooth exclusive breastfeeding productionis to start getting used to consuming food or drinksthat can facilitate the production of breastfeeding, one of them is the banana infloresence drink

Based on the preliminary study of November 2017 on 10 primiparous postpartum women, there were 7 postpartum mothers producing less milk. The objectives of the study analyzed the differences in breast milk production in postpartum women before and after being given a successful breastfeeding package This study used pre experimental design with one group pretest postest model of independent variables Package "Sukses ASI" and the dependent variable was milk production. The population of this study were 20 primiparous postpartum women and the samples were 19 primiparous mothers using random sampling technique. The results showed that most of the Asylum production mothers were less than before the "Successful Breastfeeding" package with mean of 4.21 and most of Asi's postpartum mothers were fluent after being given the "Successful Breastfeeding" package with mean of 7.89. Based on statistical test with paired ttest obtained p value = 0.000, where this value is smaller than alpha 0,05 so H1 was accepted, meaning that there was difference of milk production before and after given packet of success of ASI It is expected to provide inputs for health workers to increase breastfeeding production in primiparous postpartum mothers. This package will be more effective if the delivery of health education not only with edge leafleat by using video. Abstract

Production of breast milk (ASI) wich is little and is not smooth one day after dilivery becomes an obstacle of early breastfeeding forpost partum primipara. Of 6 post partum primipara. 3 underwent breasr milk wich did not come out and 2 underwent breasr milk wich did not flow out smoothly and 1 underwent smooth flow of breast milk. This research was aimed to find aout the effects of rolling massage on smoothness of breast milk production for post partum primipara. This research employed pre-eksperiment, one group pretest-posttest design. Population consisted of post partum primipara and sample which used a porposive sampling technique consisted of 13 post partum primipara. The result showed that before treatment, 69.2% post partum priipara had unsmooth production of breast milk and only 30.8% post partum primipara had smooth production of breast milk and after treatment, 77% post partum primipara had smooth production of breast milk and only 23% post partum primipara had unsmooth production of breast milk.
