Abstract

This riset means to analyze how the influence of consumption value with its dimensions of functional value, social value, emotional value on green repurchase intention on Garnier products in the city of Padang with green trust as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative. The population is all customers who have shopped or purchased Garnier products. The research sample was 280 respondents. This research was conducted using the smart PLS 3.0 software using the structural equation model (SEM) test. The results found that: (1) functional value has a significantt direct effect on greenn trust. (2) social valuee has a significant direct effect on green trust (3) emotional value has a significant direct effect on green trust. (4) green trust has a ssignificant direct effect on green repurchase intention (5) functional value has a significant direct effect on green repurchase intention (6) social value does not have a significant direct effect on green repurchase intention (7) emotional value has a significant direct effect on green repurchase intention (8) functional value has a significant effect on green repurchase intention with green trust as a mediating variable. (9) social value hass a significantt effect on green repurchase intention with green trust as a mediating variable. (10) emotional value has a significant effectt on green repurchase intention with green trustt as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of quality management practices and internal knowledge transfer to organizational performance in university in Padang. This is a causative research. The population in this study were all departments in university in Padang. The sample in this research is the department of the state university in Padang. The results showed that the quality management practices significantly influence organizational performance. Keyword:   Organizational Performance, Quality Management Practices, Internal Knowledge Transfer.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality and Brand Association Toward Repurchase Decision of Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang. This study held in Universitas Negeri Padang. Population of this research is all female students in Universitas Negeri Padang who has bought Biore Body Foam before. Sample has taken through Accidental Sampling with total samples 100 respondents. Data Analyzed are by using path analysis through SPSS version 16.00. The result of this research show that : (1) Product Quality has significant effect toward Brand Association of Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang, (2) Product Quality has significant effect toward Repurchase Decision Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang, (3) Brand Association has significant effect toward Repurchase Decision of Biore Body Foam to female students in Universitas Negeri Padang. Key Words: Product Quality, Brand Association, Repurchase Decision

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of sense, feel, think and act toward revisit interest of  tourist for Lembah Harau tourism in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. This research included type of caustive research. Populations on this study are all tourist who visited of Lembah Harau. By using the formula slovin, then selected a sample size of 100 people, which is carried out by sampling Accidental. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the multiple regression using SPSS version 16.00. The results based multiple regression analysis showed that: sense, feel, think and act variabel has a significant effect toward revisit interest for Lembah  Harau tourism. Keywords: Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Revisit Interest, Lembah Harau Tourism.

Abstract

Industrial manufacturing company is a company whose main result in the production proccess are in the form of product. To expedite the company’s production activities supported by adequate machinery, so even with PT. X. But in maintenance activities, the Downtime that occurs exceeds the set downtime limit, which is 7,2% of 5% toleranacce limit. This study aims to find critical componenets of hammer mill machines baseed on one year engine failure history at PT. X using the Failure Mode Effecy and Analysis method. From the result of analysis there are 6 critical components of the hammer mill machine, namely: fixed blade, rotor blade, dynamo, V-Belt and gears.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of top management support, system quality and business process reengineering on the successful implementation of PT Semen Padang's enterprise resources planning (ERP) system. A questionnaire survey collected 100 respondents of the study. Using multiple linear regression, F-test and t-test, hypotheses were tried in order to simultaneously understand (mainly) the influence of the independent variable on the need variable at the confidence level (α=0.05). The results based on the t-test show that top management support and business process reengineering have a significant impact on the success of enterprise resource planning, while system quality has no significant impact on the success of enterprise resource planning.

Abstract

This study will only focus on the external side of the hospital, namely from the point of view of patients who use services at the hospital, especially on services during inpatient visits, which are delivered through the available suggestion box. The collection method in this study used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study, the researcher used the servqual method and the fuzzy Promethee ranking to measure the quality of service. The results of the research on the quality of service at the Prof. Dr. MA Hanafiah Batusangkar Regional Hospital are of the five criteria studied by the researchers, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) the influence of total quality management on organizational performance in the creative industries SME sector in Padang City, 2) the influence of total quality management on competitive advantage in the creative industries SME sector in Padang City, 3) the influence of competitive advantage on organizational performance in the creative sector of SMEs in Padang, 4) The influence of quality management on organizational performance is mediated by competitive advantage in Padang SMEs. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is the SME creative industries sector in Padang. Sampling techniques in this study are purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used is 210 units of SMEs. The research data collected used questionnaires were then analyzed with SmartPLS version 3.3.3. This research is different from other studies, where the difference is the selection of research objects because most similar studies only examine MSMEs in general. In contrast, this study focuses more on the MSME sector of the creative industries. The results of this study show that: (1) total quality management has a significant effect on organizational performance in the creative industries MSMEs in Padang City, (2) Total quality management has a significant effect on competitive advantage in creative industries in Padang City, (3) Competitive advantage has a significant effect on organizational performance in creative industry SMEs in Padang City, (4) Competitive advantage mediates the effect of total quality management on organizational performance in creative industries SMEs in Padang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceivedbehavior control on entrepreneurial intentions with self-confidence as a mediation variable. The method that will be applied in this research is quantitative research methods. The population of this study of all students at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University sampling is by purposive sampling. Sample number 100 students. The data will be collected through questionnaires distributed through a google form. Analytical methods are used descriptive and quantitative analysis through path analysis using SPSS 25.0.. The results showed that: (1) Attitude Toward Behavior has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention (2) Subjective Norm has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention (3) Perceived Behavior Control has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention (4) Self Confidence does not mediate the influence of Attitude Toward Behavior on Entrepreneurial Intention (5) Self Confidence does not mediate norm subjective effect on Entrepreneurial Intentio (6) Self Confidence mediates the influence of Perceived Behavior Control on Entrepreneurial Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and provide priority proposals for improving the quality of airline services in Indonesia, case studies of X Airline and Y Airline using the AIRQUAL method and the Competitive Zone of Tolerance Based Importance-Performance Analysis (CZIPA). This research is classified as descriptive research. The population in this study are all X Air and Y passengers residing in West Sumatra. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents who have been on X or Y Airline at least 3 times and boarded the aircraft in the last 3 years. The total sample is 530 samples. The data used are primary data obtained from online questionnaires. Data analysis method used is the Competitive Zone of Tolerance Based Importance-Performance Analysis. The results of this study concluded that the AIRQUAL indicator that became the priority order of improvement for the X airline is the cleanliness of the well-maintained aircraft toilets (Airline Tangible dimension), airline officials were willing to provide their assistance to everyone on the plane (personal service dimension), airline officers dressed well (empathy dimension) and ticket prices that are the same value as the service received (image dimension). Whereas Y Airline gets a positive CZSQ and d value. This indicates that Y Airline still outperforms X Airline in the attributes included in quadrant A in the CZIPA matrix. The AIRQUAL indicators that enter into the A quadrant are the availability of seats and the provision of promotions that are very attractive to passengers (image dimension) and clean and comfortable seats (Airline Tangible dimension). Keywords: Service Quality, airqual, importance-performance analysys (IPA) competitive zone of tolerance based on importance-performance analysys (CZIPA)
