Abstract

Persoalan gender menjadi bahasan yang senantiasa menarik hingga saat ini. Munculnyapersoalan gender seringkali bermuara pada kisah penciptaan adam dan hawa. Kedudukan danperan wanita mengalami pasang surut sesuai dengan konteks masyarakatnya. Penelitian iniakan membatasi pada persoalan kepemimpinan perempuan dengan meletakannya padaperspektif Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proseduryang sudah ditetapkan oleh Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah tentang kepemimpinan perempuansehingga kita dapat mengerti dan memahami yang akan dibahas dari rumusan masalahtersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan. Dimana sumber informasidiperoleh dari buku-buku yang relevan yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Disampingitu, juga dipakai al-quran sebagai rujukan utama. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa wawasanMuhammadiyah tentang kepemimpinan perempuan menampilkan keberpihakan padakesetaraan gender. Keberpihakan itu tampak pada putusan, fatwa serta wacana yangdisajikannya yang memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan untuk tampil menjadi pemimpindalam berbagai tingkatannya diruang publik. Bahkan memperhatikan kemunculannya, kajianMajelis Tarjih tentang hukum perempuan dalam dunia politik serta mnejadi hakim dapatdipandang sebagai pioner dalam bidangnya.

Abstract

In the United Nation of Republic of Indonesia the highest authorization holder is center government, but geographics of Republic of Indonesia is very large and divided into islands and archipelegoes and large and small regions so in running authorization, center government obliges to give part of its authority to regions, in order to manage each region. It is called decentralization or Region Authonomy. The principle of Republic of Indonesia can not be separated with principle of Region Authonomy, it includes in section I verse I Undang Undang Dasar 1945 and its and section 18 amandement, therefore Region Authonomy is subsystem of Republic of Indonesia Authorization system. If it looked from Organization of Region Authonomy in Indonesia has organized since Freedom of Indonesia, and it happened before Indonesia Freedom, Holland and Japan have done Region Authonomy version Colonial, so it is impossible if Region Authonomy in Indonesia must be maintained and develops up to now.

Abstract

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a very sensitive discussion and full of complex problems, where this conflict has led to a high humanitarian crisis that requires international action to seek peace in the region. Of course, the peace efforts that are being made are not as simple as turning the palm of one's hand. So in this research/writing, the author tries to explain the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, what kind of humanitarian crisis that occurs without any maximum action from the international community, as well as what kind of peaceful efforts in realizing an independent and sovereign state for the Palestinian people and what the role of the Indonesian state is to fully support the independent state of Palestine. In this type of research, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods. Where she tries to understand in general the data to be analysed. Data processing uses Huberman's theory by reducing the data collected, analyzing the data, and drawing conclusions or verifying the data (Reduction, Analysis, and Conclusion Drawing or Verification). In this writing, a library research approach is used by searching and collecting data in the form of documents related to the topic of this discussion as a reinforcement for writing this article. The results of this study indicate that in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, there are human rights violations in the form of indiscriminate attacks by Israeli soldiers in Palestine, the need to seek a peaceful solution with the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with the concept of a two-state solution, and the role of Indonesia in playing an active role in achieving world peace.
