Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrispikan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara pada kantor wali kota Padangsidimpuan. Permasalahan pokok yang diangkat dalam peneltian ini tidak makasimalnya kinerja pegawai khususnya pada kantor secretariat pemerintah Kota Padangsidimpuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor walikota Padangsidimpuan sebanyak 158 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan Teknik random sampling sebesar 25 % dari jumlah populasi diperoleh sebanyak 39 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan memberikan sejumlah pertanyaan berupa angket terstruktur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear, rumus uji korelasi statistik r produk moment dan analisis SPSS 23.00. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh variabel kepemimpinan diketahui nilai thitung (2.303) lebih besar daripada ttabel (2,028) atau dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,027 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, H1 diterima artinya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi diketahui nilai thitung (3,200) lebih besar daripada ttabel (2,028) atau dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, H1 diterima artinya kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, analisis data dan pembahasan pada penelitian, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara pada kantor walikota Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the tofu home industry in Aek Lancat Village in improving the welfare of employees' families . To find out how the role of the home industry in improving the welfare of the families of employees in Aek Lancat Village according to Islamic Economics. Home industry is a business activity that is able to expand employment and provide broad economic services to the community, reduce unemployment and improve people's welfare. This type of research is field research (field research) which is obtained through a reference center by going directly to the field (research site ) to view and retrieve data directly. The data sources for workers in the tofu home industry in Aek Lancat Village are Kholijah Hasibuan and Midar Hasibuan, besides that there are several buyers from local residents such as Mrs. Seftiani, as well as small traders around the village of Aek Lancat. An increasingly efficient industrial sector in a national economy requires small companies in the management industry. The growth of home industries in rural areas will improve the village economy with various types of business activities and community skills. Tofu home industry in Aek Lancat Village, Kec. Lubuk Barumun in its business activities can help build the local community's economy because this business is related to livelihoods. Abstract

Connection husband and wife, parents with child, as well between member family, bound with principles in aspect muamalah (action between human) in general, and principles in marriage in particular. Various hadiths explain this prohibition. Begging is considered lazy work and does not rely on the strength that Allah SWT gives to make a living. Research also explains that there is a hadith which justifies the act of begging with the following three conditions someone is charged den a for pay off parent debt or his family, he can i beg until debt paid off, However after the debt paid off then he must leave deeds.

Abstract

In the context of Islamic law, the division of inheritance is one of the studies in Islam which in science is discussed specifically in the Fiqh of Mawaris. This is none other than to prevent disputes between family members related to the inheritance of family members who have died. In essence, the position of the child is not only a blessing but also a mandate from Allah SWT. In the view of Islam, child protection has a fundamental meaning, namely as the basis of values ​​and paradigms for changing the fate of children. In civil law, marriage is the basis for the realization of family ties and this gives birth to rights and obligations among those who are included in the family environment. Children born from legal marriages and automatically have a civil relationship with their father, this is stated in Article 250 of the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code) which states that every child born or raised during marriage, obtains the husband as his father. The position of children in inheritance rights is also explained in the Civil Code in Article 852 which states that "children or all their descendants may be born from other marriages, even if they inherit from both parents, grandfather, grandmother or all their blood relatives, then in straight line up with no difference between male and female and no difference based on first birth.

Abstract

It is hoped that this service can increase Pancasila values in everyday life, and further increase the sense of nationalism among people in Pasir Hurung Jilok Village, Padanglawas Regency. The methods used in carrying out activities are educational methods and explanations in the form of videos and materials for SD 1501 students to familiarize and apply Pancasila values in everyday life. The activity ran smoothly with an enthusiastic welcome from teachers, children and the community who took part in activities with a sense of nationalism and the application of Pancasila values. There is support from the school and the local community in activities to strengthen a sense of nationalism and the application of Pancasila values.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social change on gender roles in society from a civil law perspective. The research method used is literature study by collecting data from various sources such as books, journals and related articles. The research results show that social changes influence gender roles in society, especially in terms of rights and obligations in civil law. Social changes such as technological advances, globalization, and changes in social values affect gender roles in society. The conclusion of this research is that social changes influence gender roles in society and efforts are needed to adapt civil law to these social changes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of training and suitability between individual characteristics (person-job fit) on increasing teacher competence in the digital era using a qualitative approach. Amid the transformation of education by digital technology, it is important to understand how individual training and suitability for work demands play a role in developing teacher competency. This research method uses in-depth interviews with headmasters of experienced teachers from various backgrounds at Madrasah Aliyah. The results of this study reveal that training has a significant role in enriching teachers' knowledge, skills, and understanding of the use of technology in learning. Teachers who attended the training reported increasing their ability to face technological challenges and optimize teaching potential in the digital age. In addition, the suitability of individual characteristics with work tasks in the digital era also influences how teachers can more effectively integrate technology in education. This research indicates that a combination of training that is tailored to individual needs and the degree of suitability to job demands can positively affect teacher competence. in the digital age. These findings make an important contribution to the development of better professional development strategies to support teachers in coping with educational changes caused by technology.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a very varied cultural style and has its own characteristics which are able to give birth to customs as a richness of multicultural traditions, one of which is the Dalihan Notolu Customary Law which is based on the principles of Islamic law. The research carried out aims to determine gender issues according to customary law and lihan notolu from the perspective of Islamic law. The approach used uses a mixed method approach with explanatory design. The data collected in the research process consists of primary data and secondary data which are processed through a data triangulation process. The instruments used are questionnaires, interviews, questionnaires which are divided into several sub-indicators which are first tested for their level of validity and level of reliability. Next, a Mancova test was carried out to see the influence and interrelationship of customary law in a perspective based on Islamic rules and law, and the results of the research revealed that gender issues in the perspective of Dalihan Notolu Customary Law and Islamic Law are interrelated and influence each other in creating a very unique social order in society. and does not conflict with the principles of Islamic law

Abstract

Islamic teachings do not distinguish between the rights of women and those of men with regard to family life and social life. The Quran includes many verses on the subject of women's rights. Through textual interpretation, it can be seen that women have rights that are analogous to those of men, despite certain differences in certain areas, which can be attributed to the differing roles and responsibilities typically assumed by men. In Islam, women also possess rights similar to those of men, though certain matters differ. This discrepancy is attributed to the primary functions and responsibilities assumed by men. The following are examples of rights afforded to women in Islamic law: the right to receive an education, the right to receive a dowry and maintenance, the right to initiate divorce in instances where continuation of the marriage would result in harm, the right to inherit and the right to claim material compensation. In civil law, women's rights include: Women are accorded equal status with men with respect to their rights. In principle, women have the same freedom to pursue and obtain their rights as men, with the sole exception of married women and minors.
