Abstract

The growth of Indonesian internet users is very fast, including internet users between the ages of 10-12 years who are still in the category of children's internet users. One of the impacts of the growth of internet users on children is media add. So that these children can access shows and content on the internet, which are less educational and not suitable for children. This research is a type of descriptive research or a description of a phenomenon with a quantitative approach. This study also sought to find a causal relationship (casuality) from 250 respondents in 5 schools in Bandarlampung.

Abstract

Artikel ini memetakan dan menganalisis percakapan media sosial Twitter saat kejadian banjir Jakarta pada Januari 2020. Kondisi banjir Jakarta pada saat itu digambarkan sebagai bajir terbesar yang pernah terjadi di Jakarta sejaka beberapat tahun lalu dan selalui dikaitkan dengan kondisi politik dengan pemilihan gubernur Jakarta pada tahun 2017. Untuk menggambarkan kondisi tersebut menggunakan metode analisis jaringan komunikasi dan analisis teks dari 1000 percakapan yang menggunakan #JakartaBanjir. Hasilnya percakapan yang terhubung dengan #JakartaBanjir menghasilkan twitt yang bermakna negatif sebanyak 58 kali dan positif 47 kali. Sedangkan analisis jaringan komunikasi menunjukkan pemimpin opini pada pembahasan menunjukkan tidak hanya berasal dari tokoh-tokoh politik saja tetapi juga berasal dari media massa.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of local broadcast programs by MNC Group in Lampung Province in June 2021. The purpose were to obtain complete information about the description of local broadcast programs and their implementations. This research applied a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive type to describe existing symptoms or realities related to local broadcast programs. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the MNC Group's local broadcast program in Lampung Province has not fully met the criteria based on Law 32 of 2002 and Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcast Program Standards (P3SPS). Among them were; 10% of local broadcast time has not fully been implemented, local prime time has not been fulfilled, and inconsistencies between broadcast programs reported to the Central of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) and their implementation. In addition, local broadcasts by MNC Group have not fully demonstrated broadcast production activities carried out by local human resource.
