Abstract

Sejak pandemi COVID-19, beberapa lini bisnis tidak dapat beroperasi secara maksimal,  sehingga beberapa pengusaha mulai mencari alternative untuk menjual produk mereka secara omline. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah atau (UMKM) merupakan salah satu kategori bisnis yang mendapatkan dampak paling besar. Bisnis Online merupakan salah satu hal yang diminati di bidang ekonomi yang dilakukan untuk memperluas market share. Maka program Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Widyagama, Malang berusaha membantu salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Malang yaitu Sosis Bakar Bu Wiwik dengan membuatkan pengurusan media sosial dengan merencanakan konten, foto-foto produk, desain feeds Instagram, menulis caption, dan mengunggah konten. Semuanya dilakukan pada media sosial instagram Sosis Bakar Bu Wiwik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan intellectual capital dan Nilai Perusahaan dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2019. Sampel yang di teliti berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan pertimbangan konsisten berada dalam kelompok LQ45 dan memiliki laporan keuangan yang lengkap selama periode 2016-2019. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) intellcetual capital meliputi human capital,structurecapital dan capital employed memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. (2) Human capital tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja keuangan, sedangkan struktur capital dan capital employed memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.  (3) Kinerja keuangan dapat memediasi hubungan antara  human capital dan structure capital dengan nilai perusahaan. (4) Kinerja keuangan tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara  capital employed dan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether related to the authority of a Notary in providing free services in making of the sale and purchase agreement deed for low-income people and regarding of whether the imposition of sanctions had been realized or not. This research was empirical law and analyzed descriptively qualitative. From the results of the research conducted, it was determined that the provision of free legal services, especially in making of the sale and purchase agreement deed for low-income class in Makassar, had not been realized. Sanctions for notaries who provide free services had never been realized in Makassar. If in the future the public and other Notaries are reported that these obligations are not fulfilled, the Notary Supervisory Council may impose administrative sanctions on the Notary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari Budaya Organisasi, Quality of Work Life, dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Garuda Mitra Solusi, Kota Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Nonprobability Sampling atau (Sampel Jenuh) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Dan data diproses melalui software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil uji hipotesis, 1). Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Artinya budaya organisasi tidak dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Garuda Mitra Solusi. 2). Quality Of Work Life tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhada Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Quality of Work Life belum mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Garuda Mitra Solusi. 3). Iklim Organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, yang artinya dimana Iklim Organisasi dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja pada PT Garuda Mitra Solusi secara signifikan. 4). Budaya Organisasi, Quality of Work Life, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Garuda Mitra Solusi. Dengan demikian Kinerja karyawan mampu memperkuat hubungan antara budaya organisasi, quality of work life, serta iklim organisasi pada karyawan PT Garuda Mitra Solusi secara signifikan.

Abstract

The Community Service Program of the Thematic Science KKN (Student Community Service) of Universitas Mayjen Sungkono in Mojowiryo Village. Mojowiryo Village is an agrarian village where the majority of the population relies on agriculture for their livelihood. As one of the villages with agriculture as the maineconomic pillar, the community of Mojowiryo Village often faces significant challenges in pest control, particularly from fruit fly pests (Bactrocera spp.), therefore, the introduction of pheromone technology is necessary to enhance the community’s understanding of environmentally friendly pest control methods. The method used in this community service activity is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), which involves a participatory approach to learning and practice. The research sample consisted of 20 participants in a pheromone pest control training, characterized by their age, education level, land area, seasonal income, and farming experience. The research results show that the community of Mojowiryo Village strongly agrees with the use of pheromones and their benefits.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the payment system in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, especially with the presence of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which facilitates digital transactions in various sectors. One of the most popular digital wallet platforms and widely used by students is GoPay. This study aims to analyze the influence of the perception of benefits and ease of use of QRIS on GoPay usage decisions, with user satisfaction as an intervening or mediation variable. The research was conducted on students from private universities in Malang City using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 73 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square, method using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical framework as a theoretical foundation. The results of the analysis show that the ease of use of QRIS significantly affects students' decisions to use GoPay. This is indicated by a t-statistical value that exceeds the significance threshold of 1.96. However, the perception of benefits has not been shown to have a significant influence on usage decisions. In addition, the results of the mediation test showed that user satisfaction played a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between ease of use and GoPay usage decisions. In contrast, user satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between benefit perception and usage decisions. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of developing a simple and intuitive user interface and user experience. Digital payment app developers are advised to focus on improving the usability aspect in order to encourage loyalty and repeat decisions from young users. This research makes an important contribution to the literature on the adoption of digital technology and the behavior of younger generation users in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the antecedents of Brand Loyalty in Genshin Impact players by examining the mediating role of Customer Value in the relationship between Experiential Marketing and Product Quality. Data were collected from 80 active players in Malang City using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to examine the relationship between variables. The results revealed two distinct pathways to loyalty formation. First, Experiential Marketing demonstrated a significant influence on Brand Loyalty, both directly and indirectly through strong mediation by Customer Value. This suggests that emotional, sensory, and relational experiences during gameplay play a crucial role in creating perceived value and long-term engagement. Second, although Product Quality demonstrated a significant direct influence on Brand Loyalty, its influence was not significantly mediated by Customer Value. This indicates that while the game's graphical quality, system performance, and technical stability are highly appreciated, they do not automatically translate into customer value without a meaningful experience. This study concludes that in the Games-as-a-Service model, loyalty is built through a dual strategy: a combination of superior product appeal and holistic value creation derived from a rich, curated player experience. Therefore, game developers need to synergistically integrate experience and quality strategies to build long-term brand loyalty. The practical implications of these findings are highly relevant for game developers and digital marketers. Marketing strategies are no longer sufficient to simply highlight technical features or product specifications; they must also address the emotional and social dimensions experienced by players.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tehe effect of profitability and firm size on firm value with capital structure as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2023. The variables used in this study include Return on Assets (ROA), frim size (SIZE), Dept to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER). Path analysis was applied to test the relationsips. The results show that booth profitability and firm size significantly influence capital structure. Pprofitability and firm size also directly affect firm value. Furthemore, capital structure ppartially mediates the relationship between profitabilitiy, firm size, and firm value. These findings highlight the importance of strategic capital structur management to enhance corporate financial performance and long-term value, especially in the food and beverage sector.
