Abstract

Purpose of the Study: To find out the pattern of services starting from administrative management in the field of education. School administration is very important because it can support the smooth teaching and learning process. Method: The expected output targets from the implementation of this service activity are products in the form of: a.) Training assistance on the use of online or IT-based administrative technology in the administrative governance of TK ABA 27 Kotalama., B). Products in the form of administrative training materials, c) Products in the form of reports. Main Findings: To Increase the ability of education personnel in the process of service and orderly administration that is carried out online (online). Applications of this study: The ability of education personnel in the service process and administrative order online (online) Novelty/Originality of this study: service pattern starting from administrative management in education. School administration is very important because it can support the smooth teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of muballigh using Islamic study software for the benefit of da'wah so that they can find references easily, quickly and validly in accordance with the applicable rules in Islamic sciences without having to open the literature manually which of course takes time. Islamic studies software is also able to help the muballigh answer questions from the community regarding certain laws in which there are ikhtilaf of the Ulama' Methodology: The implementation method that refers to the program situation analysis that is mutually agreed upon is discussion, socialization, interactive dialogue, and the practice using software of Islamic studies. Main Findings: Muballigh at PDM Malang who initially did not have the ability and experienced difficulties when tracing literacy and using Islamic studies software had an understanding regarding the use of this application. Applications of this study: This service is useful for Muballigh in PDM Malang in the use of Islamic studies software. Novelty/Originality of this study: The preacher at PDM Malang is able to use Islamic studies software.

Abstract

Digitalisasi ekonomi tidak hanya mengubah pola bisnis tetapi juga mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat, khususnya Generasi Z (zoomers) yang dikenal sebagai digital natives. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi digitalisasi ekonomi terhadap pola konsumsi Generasi Z. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan fenomenologi, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implikasi digitalisasi ekonomi telah mengubah pola konsumsi Generasi Z, tidak hanya dalam hal mengubah pola konsumsi konvensional menjadi serba digital tetapi juga menekan fluktuasi konsumsi yang tidak terkendali yang terjadi pada sebagian besar Generasi Z. Digitalisasi ekonomi sangat luas dan tidak terbatas. Memberikan kemudahan tetapi di sisi lain telah mendorong pola konsumsi yang sulit dikendalikan seperti boros, konsumtif, dan impulsif. Meskipun pola konsumsi online saat ini marak, pola konsumsi offline masih relevan dalam kehidupan Generasi Z (zoomers). Terakhir, penggunaan Paylater saat ini semakin meningkat dalam penelitian ini, Peneliti menemukan bahwa mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dominan tidak menggunakan standar karena pengetahuan mereka tentang larangan riba, serta mengetahui bahaya penggunaan pinjaman online dan jumlah pengguna Paylater yang ditemukan lebih sedikit.

Abstract

Pemuda Muhammadiyah merupakan generasi penerus amal usaha Muhammadiyah, dimana seluruh amal usaha Muhammadiyah merupakan bagian dari aset wakaf yang harus dikelola. Sehingga hal ini perlu dimaksimalkan agar pemanfaatan wakaf dapat dioptimalisasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman mengenai instrumen wakaf di kalangan kader organisasi Pemuda Muhammadiyah di Karangploso. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkankan serangkaian workshop hingga diskusi interaktif pada para peserta. Melalui pendekatan interaktif tersebut diharapkan adanya partisipasi dari para peserta untuk lebih memahami konsep wakaf yang tidak hanya digunakan secara konsumtif, namun juga bisa pemanfaatan produktif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran bahwa aset wakaf tidak hanya dikelola secara pasiv dengan ditunjukkan dari hasil post-test Pemuda Muhammadiyah Karangploso yang menunjukkan kemampuan dalam memahami wakaf produktif hingga saat sesi pendampingan mampu merencanakan kegiatan untuk memproduktifkan aset wakaf yang dikelola Muhammadiyah di lingkungannya.

Abstract

This research uses data from 15 Indonesian manufacturing industries during 6 years. It examines two main points: first, whether the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is technically efficient; second, whether imports of raw materials, foreign investment spillovers, and technical efficiency influence export tendencies. The study employs the Stochastic Frontier Analysis method to assess technical efficiency and logit models to estimate the effects of raw material imports, foreign investment spillovers, and technical efficiency on export efficiency. The estimation results show that the Indonesian manufacturing industry is not yet technically efficient. Additionally, the logit model results reveal that raw material imports positively affect exports, horizontal spillovers negatively affect exports, and technical efficiency positively affects exports. We recommend that the government (a) encourage the development of competitive domestic upstream industries to increase domestic added value in the manufacturing industry; (b) cooperate with other countries for technology transfer; (c) enhance Research and Development (R&D) activities within companies; and (d) increase FDI inflows to boost export propensity.
