Abstract

The purpose of this activity is improving knowledge and skill of quail farmer’s in waste management of quail. The management of waste is processing of organic fertilizer. The participate in the activity are quail farmer’s in RW II Sub-village Ginung, Gajahan Village, Colomadu, Karanganyar. The result of this activity in step I that is be good attention from a quail farmer’s especiality at trainning time process of product organic fertilizer. As for its result as follows; trainning and assistence quail farmer’s is followed enthusiastic fully by participant and greeted positive by head of Village Gajahan Colomadu, Karanganyar. That are many question in trainning process of product organic fertilizer. The others result in activity is a quail farmer’s started processing of product organic fertilizer in housebreed themselves. The  processing of product organic fertilizer will be clean in Gajahan Village environment and also this activity will be value added toward income quail farmer’s.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the State Property management policy at the Ministry of State Secretariat in 2019 using the George Edwards III policy implementation model. This qualitative research shows that the utilization of state assets managed by the Public Service Agency for the Center for Regional Management (BLU PPK) Gelora Bung Karno and Kemayoran has been effective from the communication that the leadership at BLU PPK actively coordinates in strategic policies. The development of the cooperation division has been effective in encouraging mutually beneficial cooperation with the private sector. The attitude of the implementers has been effective in increasing non-tax state revenue. The bureaucratic structure is still weak due to ineffective aspects of supervision and internal control of commercial cooperation agreements that do not meet the criteria for the 2017 Minister of Finance regulation. The four dimensions must be strengthened by the dimensions of internal supervision and control in order to achieve success in policy implementation.

Abstract

Aplikasi TikTok memiliki berbagai fitur unik yang jarang ditemukan di platform lainnya yaitu fitur Afiliasi TikTok (TikTok Affiliate), yang diyakini dapat membantu peningkatan penjualan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji pengaruh variasi produk dan insentif penjualan secara bersamaan dan secara terpisah terhadap peningkatan Affiliate TikTok di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposif dan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan data 100 responden dari generasi Z pengguna TikTok di Kab. Tangerang, dengan rentang usia 11-26 tahun. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Data diuji melalui uji regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa variasi produk dan insentif penjualan secara simultan mempengaruhi peningkatan Affiliate TikTok di Indonesia. Sama halnya secara partial, kedua variabel tersebut juga memiliki signifikansi dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan Affiliate TikTok di Indonesia, khususnya pada generasi Z yang menggunakan aplikasi TikTok. Kata Kunci: Affiliate, insentif, variasi produk
