Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Semen Padang (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan pertambangan yang berlokasi di Sumatera Barat. Pada saat ini penambangan dilakukan pada front IV tapi karena kadar silika pada  front  tersebut  sudah  menurun perusahaan  mempunyai rencana  melakukan  penambangan  pada  area  242,3Ha yang belum pernah dilakukan penambangan sebelumnya. Penambangan di kuari bukit   karang putih mengunakan kombinasi antara alat muat (Excavator Hitachi) dan alat angkut (Dump Truck Komatsu).Untuk mencapai target produksi  yang ditetapkan perusahaan maka pada area 242,3Ha penambangan mengunakan kombinasi alat mekanis  yang  berupa Excavator dan Dump Truck dimana Excavator yang ada saat ini sebanyak 2 buah sedangkan Dump Truck yang dibutuhkan  sebanyak 7 buah untuk  shift I yang terdiri dari 4 buah Dump Truck berkapasitas 100 ton dan 3 buah yang berkapasitas  80  ton sedangkan untuk shift II mengunakan 2 buah Excavator dan 6 buah Dump truk yang terdiri dari  3  buah untuk  yang berkapasitas 100 ton dan 3 buah untuk berkapsitas 80 ton.Secara teoritis kemampuan produksi yang dapat dihasilkan alat mekanis jika dilakukan penambangan pada area 242,3Ha dengan kondisi seperti saat ini adalah sebesar 33214,654 ton perhari sedangkan target produksi yang ditargetkan perusahaan adalah sebesar 30.000 ton perhari dengan demikian target produksi yang dihasilkan nanti akan tercapai. Biaya yang dibutuhkan jika dilakukan penambangan pada area area 242,3Ha ini untuk alat muat pada shift I adalah sebesar Rp 2668,377/ton, dan  untuk  alat angkut pada shift I adalah Rp 5841,278/ton sedangkan pada shift II biaya pemuatan sebesar Rp 2668,377/ton dan  untuk  biaya  pengangkutan  Rp 5476,955/ton.Kata Kunci: biaya, alat muat, alat angkut.

Abstract

Abstract. PT.Tambang Bukit Tambi is a company that will plan coal mining in Semambu Village, Sumay Subdistrict, Tebo District, an investment analysis and economic feasibility of the mine are needed to see the prospect of coal reserves in that location. Reference to the preparation of the economic model used is based on investment costs, production costs, and revenues from coal sales.To consider this, an economic feasibility analysis is needed. The parameters used to determine the economic feasibility of the coal production plan of PT. Tambang Bukit Tambi is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) , Payback Period (PBP).The total reserves in pit 4 PT. Tambang Bukit Tambi is 240.000 tons, with an overburden volume of 20.000bcm .Based on the amount of available reserves for coal getting and stripping activities OB, the number of loading and unloading equipment and transportation planned up to 2024 is 1 unit of Excavator Komatsu PC 400 and 3 units of Dump Truck Komatsu 220 and for 2025 until 2033 for coal getting and stripping activities OB is needed tool transport of 4 units of Articulated Dump Truck Volvo A40E .The results of the investment analysis of the feasibility of the mining plan of PT. Tambang Bukit Tambi gets total numbers the profit earned is. The feasibility of mining investment plans is obtained by a positive NPV of Rp. 455.157.523.160,00, an IRR value of 31,4 % with a MARR 6.5% and a payback period obtained at 3.002 years.Keywords: feasibility, invesment, NPV, IRR, Payback Period

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Nan Riang is a coal mining company located in Kecamatan Muara Tembesi, Kabupaten Batanghari, Provinsi Jambi. The daily coal production target is 2,000 tons / day, while the actual production is 1,216,148 tons / day. One of the factors that affect the non-achievement of production targets is the condition of the haul road. Based on observations in the field, the general condition of the haul road was bumpy and there were many materials scattered about and when they passed there were transport equipment which had to stop due to the narrow road. Based on geometric measurements of the actual haul road, the actual road width was between 8.4-18.79 meters while the theoretical width of the straight road was 12 meters. The actual bend road width ranges from 10.44-19.21 meters while theoretically the bend road width is 17 meters. The actual grade of road starts from 1.20% to 15.32% while the ideal road grade is 8%. The actual cross slope ranges from 0-131 mm / m. The cross slope value for a 12 meter road width is 0.04 and a height difference of 24 cm. The superelevation value for the 17 meter bend width is 0.05 and the height difference is 85 cm. After being evaluated, there were 2 straight road width segments that needed to be added in width, namely BC and CD segments and 3 bend road width segments, namely AB, FG, and HI segments, as well as decreasing grades in BC segment and EF Productivity of dump truck CWM 330 PS with conditions Actual amounted to 1,216,148 tons / day. Productivity of dump trucks CWM 330 PS after improvements in work efficiency are 1,884.02 tons / day. Theoretical productivity of dump truck CWM 330 PS after improvement in work efficiency and ideal road geometry is 2,246.12 tons / day.Keywords:  Cycle Time, Road Geometry, Coal, Production, Work Efficiency.

Based on the study of the hour 4,2 hours. PT. Semen Padang Target of production and realization at a Eksisitng 206 may 2017 year the target of 320 Ton/hour for 1 unit of dump trucks, based on the analysis of the realized 282,31 Tons/hour, while based on the study of the production of obtained 363,58 tons/hour. Based on observations in field, conditions of work and the front area dumping still experiencing queue. The availability of tools and tool unloading hauler at a area 206 existing excavators serve the 6 units of dump trucks. Match factor of actual field is 1,18. Based on a review of the results of the productivity gained 1 unit excavators serve the 5 units of dump trucks and based on the theory of queues device used tool transport 5 units of dump trucks. Of watch result at field is gotten that the greater prisoner full scaleresistannce therefore the greater too fast fueled one is burnt from vehicle andgetting vehicle runaway speed slowing therefore will the greater too fast fueledone be burnt. It is caused because ability Rimpull circumscribed machine to settleprisoner so slows vehicle runaway speed. To result Rimpull one that big, thereforemachine shall be conected with low tooth and with RPM high.Relationship full scale resistance to fuel base analysis statistic withmethod regression linear modestly are as big as 99,013% meanwhile subjectivespeed is with fuel gotten by point determinant coefficient (R 2 ) as big as 0,997%.Base cost standard for fueled dumptruck 775F as big as 51,7 liters / the time ofday, therefore prisoner total maximal one can settle its truck as big as 15 %.
