Abstract

Abstract.PT. Mandala Karya Prima (MKP) is a mining contractor who undertake mining activities in Pit B Rawa Selatan, District and Sub-District Sembakung Sesayap Hilir, Nunukan and Tana Tidung, North Kalimantan Province. Based on the analysis of rainfall data in 2008-2017, the planned rainfall was 95,403 mm / day. Research location, Pit B South Rawa PT. MKP, the actual condition in 2018 has 2 catchment areas with different areas, there is peat runoff water with a discharge of 184.000 m3 / hour, there are 2 sumps namely temporary sump A5 and main sump A2. Recommended temporary dimensions of A5 sump with a maximum volume of 416.520 m3, elevation control on main sump with +16 water elevation, making an open channel in the North A5 Inpit Dump area. In 2019 the authors planned 4 catchment areas with different areas, there were 3 sumps, namely temporary sump A5, temporary sump A6 and main sump A2. The author plans elevation control with a water elevation of +16 in 2019 in the main sump A2 area, making 2 open channels namely in the higwall and lowwall mine areas. The pumping system was carried out using HDPE pipes and 10 pumps unit merk Multiflo 420 EXHV. Abstract

Salah satu syarat untuk menyelesaikan studi pada tingkat pendidikan Strata 1 adalah harus menyelesaikan tugas akhir atau skripsi. Untuk dapat menyelesaikan mata kuliah skripsi, mahasiswa memerlukan sumber rujukan yang relevan, baik sumber informasi tercetak maupun elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik dalam proses penulisan skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FT-UNP. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FT-UNP angkatan 2016 dan 2017 yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling, sehingga seluruh populasi sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian, dengan jumlah 35 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang disusun dengan menggunakan skala Likert, kemudian disebarkan kepada responden untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Analisis data dilakuan dengan menggunakan rumus Derajat Pencapaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik ditinjau dari teknik penelusuran adalah 82,57% (sangat tinggi), ditinjau dari tempat melakukan pengaksesan jurnal elektronik adalah 75,88% (tinggi), ditinjau dari pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik adalah 77% (tinggi), ditinjau dari pemanfaatan koleksi jurnal elektronik adalah 73,90% (tinggi), ditinjau dari penggunaan jurnal elektronik untuk mencari artikel bahan skripsi adalah 86,86% (sangat tinggi), dan ditinjau dari membaca dan mengunduh materi dari jurnal elektronik adalah 71,57% (tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik dalam proses penulisan skripsi mahasiswa Prodi PTB FT-UNP tergolong dalam kategori tinggi dengan derajat pencapaian (DP) sebesar 77,19%.

Abstract

This study examines the knowing-doing gap in environmental literacy among coal mine workers implementing ISO 14001:2015 at PT XYZ, South Sumatra. Despite being ISO 14001 certified, the gap between environmental knowledge and actual pro-environmental behavior remains a critical challenge in sustainable mining. Using a mixed-methods design, researchers surveyed 24 workers through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Environmental literacy was assessed through three dimensions: knowledge, attitudes, and behavior, based on the McBeth & Volk framework. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (SPSS 25), while qualitative data were analyzed through thematic analysis. The results indicate high environmental literacy knowledge (83% understand the policy) and positive attitudes (>65% agree with environmental responsibility), but low consistent behavior with only 42% attending regular training and 38% participating in reclamation programs, indicating a 41% gap. Key barriers include productivity pressures, inflexible training schedules, the absence of an incentive system, and weak management role models. ISO 14001:2015 effectively enhances the knowledge dimension through policy dissemination and audits, but fails to drive behavioral change without complementary organizational mechanisms. This research contributes to a conceptual model that integrates individual literacy with organizational determinants, demonstrating that sustainable mining requires systemic interventions beyond administrative compliance
