Abstract

Teachers have part of the responsibility of parents to provide education, when children are delegated to teachers at school. Teachers are parents of students at school. As parents in schools, teachers should be responsible for the development of students, both cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Especially for Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) who have a duty not only to transfer knowledge but also play a role in providing teaching and guidance related to students' religious attitudes. This study uses a qualitative approach, so that the main instrument in this study is the researcher. Data collection by observation and interviews. The results showed that the teacher has a role as corrector, inspiratory, informatory, organizer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, supervisor, class manager, and mediator. These many roles can make students have role models and can internalize religious values in them.

Abstract

Many textbooks, including those for Arabic language, exhibit weaknesses in terms of language or content. Research on textbooks is extensive, especially with diverse contents. Errors in Arabic language textbooks can be attributed to linguistic issues, including errors, mistakes, and lapses. In the realm of Arabic linguistic analysis, errors can arise in areas such as syntax (nahwu), morphology (sharaf), and others, even in textbooks developed by reputable institutions that ideally should be error-free. This study aimed to calculated, explained, and analyzed the sharps of error in Arabic textbook which arose in the most crucial aspects of Arabic language. This type of research was content analysis research, which aimed to analyze more deeply the content of Arabic textbooks for the class VII in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The method used was the study of documentation. This research was expected to contribute to improving the quality of Arabic textbooks and Arabic language education in Indonesia. The results of this research can also be used as a reference to improve the quality of writing Arabic textbooks in the future.  Conducting a feasibility analysis of Arabic language textbooks is considered essential to ensure that they meet the necessary criteria for effective learning.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and minimize waste in the join maple production process at PT MNO, an IKM (small and medium industry) company operating in the automotive component sector. A lean manufacturing approach was applied using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze the overall production flow. Furthermore, a Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) followed by a Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM) was used to determine the most dominant type of waste. The results indicate that defect waste is the main problem, leading to increased production time due to additional rework activities. Three types of defects were identified in join maple products, namely burnt defects, small head dimensions, and burr defects. The VALSAT approach using Quality Filter Mapping (QFM) revealed that burr defects were the most dominant, occurring in the cutting process at a rate of 1.26%, exceeding the company standard of 1%. Based on fishbone diagram analysis, the main causes of burr defects include corrective maintenance practices, the absence of a periodic tool replacement schedule, and weak implementation of the 5S/5R culture. The proposed improvements include daily tool inspections as preventive maintenance, the use of inspection check sheets, scheduled tool replacement, and the application of jidoka. The results show that the defect rate decreased from 1.26% to 0.88%, availability increased from 88% to 94%, performance efficiency rose from 63.76% to 80%, and quality improved from 98.73% to 99.34%, resulting in a 19.55% increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
