Abstract

The development of motor movement is a change in motor behavior that occurs due to the process of maturity and the environment. Maturity is a change that occurs in the body over a period of time. What affects children's motor development are family, playmates, and the environment. Families, especially parents, are usually the ones who have the most influence on children's lives. Most of the children who want their parents to be happy with themselves and their efforts, Playmates, can influence the child to move stronger, and more freely. The environment in which children live in motor development, fine motor skills or gross motor skills is very direct and strong, especially if children are given formal education. We can interpret motor skills as a capacity possessed by individuals to be able to develop the ability of the abilities possessed by these individuals in an effort to be able to enhance or accelerate the mastery or proficiency of a skill. Children who have good motor skills, it will be easier to master motor skills, so that motor skills obtained through a process associated with the training process, or improvement can be through experience if changes in motor behavior are obtained through the learning process, then mastery of a child's physical motor movements will be permanent.

Abstract

Motor ability is an individual capacity to develop the ability of the skills that are possessed in an effort to heighten or accelerate the mastery of a skill. Individual capacities that are motor capability consist of: speed (speed), agility, power, balance (balance), flexibility (flexibility), and coordination (coordination). Motor development is a change in motor behaviour that occurs because of maturity and child interaction with the environment. Maturity is a change that occurs in the body within a period of time. While the environment consists of: family, friends play, and community environment. The function of motor capability for children in kindergarten is to promote labor, facilitate, accelerate in the mastery of various motor skills studied. Motor skills are a child's ability to display or demonstrate a skill. Motor capability occurs or is acquired through an integrated or associated process along with an exercise or enhancement through experience. Motor capability will occur with a change from time to time relatively permanent in the capacity to showcase a skilled motor skill.

Abstract

Behaviors and actions of individuals to achieve a goal to be obtained in principle are largely determined by a desire, needs, and expectations. Individuals in conducting behavior, actions, and actions are always based on factors that are nature coming from within themselves or coming from outside themselves or from the environment. Factors from within the individual can determine behavior, actions and actions, as well as factors from outside the individual can strengthen or reduce the motive of an individual in acting, acting and doing. Motive is a stimulus, encouragement, desire, or desire of individuals to behave, act and act. While motivation refers to the process that encourages individuals to behave, act and act in reacting to each situation, thus the motive is a driving force for behavior, actions and actions. In the competition in every sport the highest level is generally followed by athletes who have great talent, have amazing talents, are persistent, highly disciplined, have a strong and tough mentality, so what distinguishes the champion or who has amazing achievements with ordinary achievements are very difficult to distinguish. At this very high level of achievement, an athlete with small, simple self-motivated techniques that are very well managed can make the athlete successful in his career.

Abstract

On the basis of entrepreneurship, it really helps students to be able to grow an independent attitude after graduating from the world of lectures, where as we know that unemployment is one of the very serious problems in Indonesia, which is still difficult to reduce the unemployment rate, where there is an increase in the number of residents, the field of work is not much. increase. So it is very cool that the interest in entrepreneurship of students can grow well and high because when viewed in general the interest of the Indonesian young generation in entrepreneurship is still relatively low. Seeing this situation, it is very necessary in the education world where in the curriculum there are entrepreneurship courses, where we know that the world of education has a responsibility to increase interest in entrepreneurship of the younger generation. This study aims to determine the contribution of entrepreneurship courses to the interest in entrepreneurship of PGSD FKIP USK students.

Abstract

AbstractThis research tries to reveal the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Unggul Lampeneueurut Aceh Besar. The approach used in this research is qualitative and descriptive research type. Data collection is done through observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were 8 teachers who had implemented the independent curriculum. Then, the observation and interview data were arranged descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the average score of the observation data from the teacher's ability to implement independent curriculum learning is 2.34, which is included in the fairly good category. And based on the results of interviews, the teacher encountered obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum, namely: a) In the socialization or training on the independent curriculum, teachers are not supported by independent curriculum training. This resulted in a lack of teacher involvement in the training process that was held so that only 2 out of 8 teachers studied independently to gain experience and certificates, b) teachers were limited in obtaining references for implementing independent learning, c) sometimes teachers had difficulty accessing digital. media or the internet and d) lack of experience in implementing independent learning. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The teacher's ability in carrying out learning with an independent curriculum is in a fairly good category. 2) Teachers experience several obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Unggul Lampeneueurut Aceh Besar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of the use of problem-based learning models on student learning outcomes in the material of the Human Digestive System Class V, SD Negeri Lamsayue, Aceh Besar. The approach taken is a quantitative approach with True Experimental and Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The research was conducted in Class V of SD Negeri Ramsayuen Aceh Besar. Sampling was 25 VA students in the experimental class and 25 VB students in the control class using simple random sampling technique. The test used was 20 multiple choice questions for data analysis techniques using SPSS Statistics 26 and hypothesis testing using paired sample T-test. The value of the hypothesis test using the paired sample t test statistic produces a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.000. 0.05. So the determining criterion is that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore, it can be interpreted that the influence of the problem-based learning model has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in the material of the Human Digestive System Class V, SD Negeri Lamsayue, Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dapat menjalankan kemajuan sekolah lebih baik, kurikulum dan personel, tetapi juga memiliki tanggung jawab serta perannya dalam mengembangkan profesional kinerja guru dalam akuntabilitas keberhasilan peserta didik dan program yang dijalankan.Berdasarkan rumusan masalah peneliti ingin mengetahui, bagaimanakah peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam mengembangkan profesional kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Jeumpet Kabupaten Aceh Besar.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dari reduksi data, pengumpulan data dan menarik kesimpulan, peran kepala sekolah menjalankan tugasnya supervisor dalam mengembangkan profesional kinerja guru di SD Negeri 2 Jeumpet yang berkaitan tugas-tugas guru secara sudah berperan dengan baik. Hal itu ditunjukkan  hasil dari observasi dan wawancara. Namun masih ada guru terkendala dengan kurangnya fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah.Secara keseluruhan peran kepala sekolah sudah baik dalam menerapkan perannya sebagai supervisor, hanya harus ada tindak lanjut penambahan pengawasan untuk keberhasilan sekolah. kepala sekolah harus bekerja sama dengan baik supaya tujuan sekolah menjadi lebih baik dan tercapai.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the relevant effect of using the Mind Mapping learning method on the acquisition of student learning outcomes on classifying animals based on the type of food Class V SDN 1 Lambheu Aceh Besar. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type is True Experimental (Pretest-Postest Control Group Design). This research was conducted in class V SDN 1 Lambheu Aceh Besar. Aceh Besar District, Darul Imarah District, on Jln Kreung Daroy Utama Perumnas Lambheu. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling/random sampling technique as a sample determination. The sample of this research is 50 students of class VA and VB. Data collection techniques used pretest and posttest, to analyze data using SPSS Statistics 24 and hypothesis testing with Paired Sample t-Test. The results of testing the hypothesis with the statistical paired sample t-test obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. Then the decision is made, namely H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the mind mapping learning model on student learning outcomes in animal grouping material, based on the type of food for class V SDN 1 Lambheu Aceh Besar.

Abstract

This research takes a quantitative approach, the type of research is True experimental with the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Lambheu Aceh Besar. The research sample was all students of class IVA and IVB at SDN 1 Lambheu Aceh Besar. The data collection technique taken was the pretest and posttest, for the data analysis technique taken SPSS Statistics 24 and hypothesis testing with an independent t-test obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 0.05. So the decision making criteria is that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence using the Think Pair Share model assisted by nail board media on student learning outcomes in class IV SDN 1 Lambheu Aceh Besar material.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of applying Bruner's theory assisted by Dienes Block Media on student learning outcomes in class III division material at SDN 53 Banda Aceh. This research takes a quantitative approach, the type of research is True-Experimental Design. The research design is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research was conducted at SDN 53 Banda Aceh. The sample in this study was students in class III B as the experimental class and class III C as the control class, both classes totaling 25 people. The research instrument is in the form of essay questions as many as 7 questions. Data collection techniques namely pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS 26 and hypothesis testing through the Independent Sample Test t-test statistic with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05 meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the final conclusion is that there is a significant influence on the application of Bruner's theory assisted by Block Dienes Media on student learning outcomes in class III division material at SDN 53 Banda Aceh.
