Abstract

This research is motivated that reading skills of elementary school students in Indonesia is still low, h al is evidenced by the results of test data from PIRLS (Progress in International Reading Literacy Study) which is an international study in the field of reading in children worldwide are sponsored by The International Association for the Evaluation Achievement (IAEA), produce that Indonesia is fourth from the bottom, followed by 45 countries in 2006 (IEA, 1992; Asia's Weeks, 1997 in Iskandarwassid and Dadang Sunendar: 2008: 245-245). Therefore, researchers will conduct research in the fifth grade of primary school as its object by using STAD type of cooperative learning. The purpose of this study is to improve reading comprehension and motivation of the students' reading, describe the steps and process / implementation of learning in reading comprehension by implementing cooperative learning STAD (Student Teams Achievement D iv ision), and m e ndeskripsikan whether there is an increase in reading comprehension by implementing cooperative learning STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) in class V SDN Santaka districts  Cimanggung. The method used is the PTK (Classroom Action Research) with d esign of the research refers to a model developed by Kemmis and Taggart, the spiral model starts with: 1) planning (pla n ning); 2) the action / action (acting); 3) observation (observing); and 4) reflection (reflecting). The subjects were students of class V SDN Santaka totaling 30 people. This study was conducted for 3 cycles. The research data was collected through observation to observe students directly at the time of the learning process, interviews were conducted to determine the students 'attitudes toward the use of the cooperative model STAD in teaching reading comprehension, and t es outcomes study was conducted to determine the increase in the ability of students' reading comprehension and t ice is given in the form of a description.

Abstract

The results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) study stated that literacy culture (the ability to read and write) the Indonesian people in 2012 was the second worst of 65 countries studied in the world. The problem in this study is the low learning activities and writing skills of fourth grade students of Cimanggung Elementary School, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning activities, teacher teaching activities, and essay writing skills of grade IV students using Think Talk Write models. The instruments used in this study are observation sheets of student learning activities, observation sheets of teacher activities, and tests. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to write essays and student learning activities, describe the steps and process / implementation of writing essay learning by applying TTW learning models (Think Talk Write), and describe whether there is an increase in the ability to write essays by applying TTW learning models (Think Talk Write) on fourth grade students of SDN Cimanggung, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a research design used referring to a model developed by Kemmis and Taggart, namely a spiral model that starts with: 1) planning; 2) acting / acting; 3) observation (observing); and 4) reflecting. The research subjects were 30 grade IV students of SDN Cimanggung, consisting of 15 women and 15 men. This research was conducted for 2 cycles.

Abstract

In binding the sale and purchase agreement between two parties must be carried out and obeyed in accordance with Article 1338 paragraph (1) of the Civil Code states that an agreement made legally will bind the parties as binding as the law and become law for them. The agreed agreement will give birth to obligations that must be carried out by the parties, if not carried out, there will be default due to breach of the agreed agreement. As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

Abstract

Basically, heirs have the same legal position as the testator in agreement disputes, including sale and purchase agreements made before the testator dies. However, in practice, there is often a discrepancy between the legal provisions and their implementation, especially when there is a conflict between the heirs and third parties. This can be seen in the dispute between Baniyamin as the buyer and the heirs of Muhammad Husen, where the shophouse sale and purchase agreement ended with a default on the part of the seller, so that the responsibility to provide compensation was imposed on the heirs. This research aims to analyse the legal position of the heirs in a dispute over a sale and purchase agreement involving the heir's estate and the form of legal protection that should be given to the heirs. This research uses normative juridical research and case study approach. Data analysis uses a qualitative method. The results show that the position of the heirs is found in the saisine principle in Article 833 of the Civil Code, the rights and obligations of the testator automatically pass to the heirs. The legal protection of heirs is regulated in Articles 833, 1045, and 1100 of the Civil Code, which provide the right to inheritance with debt responsibility limited to the value of the inheritance and the right to refuse harmful inheritance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeskplorasi peran manajemen keamanan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan data diri mahasiswa pada Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi risiko dari kebocoran data seperti pencurian identitas dan pelanggaran data, di samping strategi mitigasi yang melibatkan edukasi dan peningkatan kebijakan keamanan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keamanan memainkan peran penting dalam mengedukasi mahasiswa melalui kampanye kesadaran, dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah teknis seperti enkripsi data, dan memantau aktivitas akun untuk melindungi data pribadi. Studi ini menyimpulkan dengan menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan mahasiswa untuk membangun sistem yang lebih aman.
