Abstract

Interpersonal communication as a form of behavior change can be very effective to very ineffective, and at the time of the communication could be worse and other times it could be better and know the intensity of interpersonal communication between management and employees subordinate divisions among Republican Insula. Permasalahan discussed how strong is the relationship between leadership and Interpersonal Communication with a subordinate employee motivation in the marketing division of the Republic of Insula, the method used is a quantitative approach that is both explanatory and marketing Division employees took respondents Czech Republic Insula Insula in offices located in the South to be a population Cipete in this study. The result was a correlation coefficient of 0.855 was obtained, namely at the level of relationship is very strong. This suggests a strong relationship between the variables Relationship Between Leadership and Interpersonal Communications Shirts With Work Motivation In Marketing Division of the Republic of South Insula in Cipete office.

Abstract

Kota Rembang merupakan salah satu kota dan kabupaten yang berada di pesisir. Kota yang berada pada posisi 6°30’ - 7°06’LS dan  111°00’ - 111°30’ BT, mempunyai pelabuhan perikanan pantai yang berlokasi di desa Tasikagung.Tasikagung merupakan daerah yang mempunyai kawasan bahari terpadu (KBT) yang meliputi pelabuhan perikanan pantai (PPP) Tasikagung, Kawasan Wisata dan Rekreasi Air Pantai Kartini, pelabuhan umum Tanjung Agung, dan lingkungan perumahan dan pemukiman. Selain itu desa Tasikagung terdapat muara sungai Karang Geneng.Tingginya aktivitas kapal di pelabuhan perikanan pantaimenyebabkanbanyaknyalimbahbahanbakarkapal yang mengandung timbalmasukkeperairan dan terendapkan di sedimen, dan tingginya aktivitas warga di muara sungai seperti membuang sampah ke laut juga merupakan salah satu sumber bahan organik yang masuk ke perairan dan terendapkan di sedimen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk pengambilan data menggunakan metode sampling purposif. Analisa data bahan organik total menggunakan metode loss on igniton sedangkan analisa logam berat Pb menggunakan metode destruksi asam.Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa konsentrasi bahan organik total berkisar antara 10,6% - 20,8%, dengan konsentrasi terbesar terdapat pada stasiun 3 dengan konsentrasi 20,8%. Sementara konsentrasi logam berat Pb berkisar antara 1,533 mg/kg dan 2,788 mg/kg, dengan konsentrasi terbesar terdapat pada stasiun 3 dengan 2,788 mg/kg. Sebaran konsentrasi bahan organik total dan logam berat Pb di dekat pantai lebih besar dibandingkan yang jauh dari pantai.

Abstract

Effective learning activities require careful planning. When planning the learning activities to be carried out must consider a variety of variables, ranging from the determination of models, methods, tools, evaluation instruments and others in part. This is not easy, it requires extensive and in-depth knowledge in making a learning plan. However, Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) skill making is a skill that must be possessed by every teacher, especially teachers who are already certified. Certified teachers should already have four expected competencies, including: pedagogical, personal , social and professional . So that learning activities in class can run in accordance with what is desired . The purpose of this study is to obtain a picture of whether certification has an effect on teacher skills in making learning implementation plans. Adapu n method used is a survey method using a random sample of eight teachers. The instrument in this study uses scoring / points on the nine principles contained in the 2013 curriculum preparation principles. The results obtained are based on the results of the study being in the very high category. Even though the principles in formulating lesson plans are not yet fully understood. Both certified and non-certified teachers were on average 8.75 or 97.22%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest and learning outcomes of students in social studies learning material on economic activities. To overcome this, the researchers conducted research by applying NHT type cooperative learning. The purpose of this research is to increase students' interest and learning outcomes in social studies learning material on economic activities. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted on students in grades IV-A which was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning , action , observation , and reflection.. The instruments used are teacher performance observation sheets, teacher interview sheets, learning interest observation sheets, learning interest questionnaires, and social studies learning outcomes test sheets. Students' interest in learning is based on observations and questionnaires, the initial conditions are 39.5%, the first cycle is 75.5% and the second cycle is 87.1%. The increase in learning interest from the initial condition to the first cycle was 36%, while the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle was 11.6%, the total increase was 47.6%. These results show a significant increase. Student learning outcomes, the initial conditions showed 35% of students who completed, in the first cycle increased to 70% and the second cycle to 95%. The increase in learning outcomes from the initial conditions to the first cycle was 35%, while the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle was 25%, the total increase was 60%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning of the NHT type in social studies subjects for economic activities can increase the interest and learning outcomes of grade IV-A students at SDN Cilembu, Pamulihan District, Sumedang Regency.

Abstract

Lesson plan is one of important role in the teaching and learning process in Primary Schools. It contains plans for activities or activities that will be carried out during learning. This research aims is to describe the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process in elementary school. The research method used is a survey method, involving a sample of 12 public and private elementary schools in the city of Sumedang. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed using simple statistical techniques. The results showed that the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process had a percentage of 68.0% and were in the high category. This shows that all activities listed in the lesson plan start from the initial activities (79.8%), main activities (63.8%) and closing activities (68.86%) are in accordance with the activities carried out in the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the lesson plan that has been prepared by the teacher and the learning process that has been carried out in the Sumedang City Primary School has a high level of suitability. However, even though it has a high category, but not fully in accordance with the lesson plan used, so there is still a need for further guidance and development for teachers so that they are always guided by the lesson plan so that learning becomes more directed and in accordance with the prepared plan.

Abstract

This research is motivated that reading skills of elementary school students in Indonesia is still low, h al is evidenced by the results of test data from PIRLS (Progress in International Reading Literacy Study) which is an international study in the field of reading in children worldwide are sponsored by The International Association for the Evaluation Achievement (IAEA), produce that Indonesia is fourth from the bottom, followed by 45 countries in 2006 (IEA, 1992; Asia's Weeks, 1997 in Iskandarwassid and Dadang Sunendar: 2008: 245-245). Therefore, researchers will conduct research in the fifth grade of primary school as its object by using STAD type of cooperative learning. The purpose of this study is to improve reading comprehension and motivation of the students' reading, describe the steps and process / implementation of learning in reading comprehension by implementing cooperative learning STAD (Student Teams Achievement D iv ision), and m e ndeskripsikan whether there is an increase in reading comprehension by implementing cooperative learning STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) in class V SDN Santaka districts  Cimanggung. The method used is the PTK (Classroom Action Research) with d esign of the research refers to a model developed by Kemmis and Taggart, the spiral model starts with: 1) planning (pla n ning); 2) the action / action (acting); 3) observation (observing); and 4) reflection (reflecting). The subjects were students of class V SDN Santaka totaling 30 people. This study was conducted for 3 cycles. The research data was collected through observation to observe students directly at the time of the learning process, interviews were conducted to determine the students 'attitudes toward the use of the cooperative model STAD in teaching reading comprehension, and t es outcomes study was conducted to determine the increase in the ability of students' reading comprehension and t ice is given in the form of a description.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap siswa. Namun, meurut survei yang dilakukan PISA ditemukan bahwa kebiasaan literasi belum membudaya dikalangan siswa Sekolah Dasar. Perlu adanya tindakan yang harus dilakukan untuk mengubah perilaku tersebut. Program 6M (mengamati (observe), mencipta (create), mengkomunikasikan (communicate), mengapresiasikan (appreciate), membukukan (post), memamerkan (demonstrate)) merupakan suatu program yang bertujuan menciptakan budaya literasi di kelas. Dalam kegiatan program 6M siswa dibiasakan untuk peka terhadap lingkungan dengan membuat suatu karya. Karya yang telah dibuat siswa kemudian dikumpulkan dalam folder atau dipajang disekitar area kelas. Prinsif yang dibangun dari program ini bertujuan untuk membangkitkan serta mewadahi segala potensi siswa dengan cara belajar secara langsung. Kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan materi pembajaran dalam aktifitasnya. Sehingga guru dapat memanfaatkan program 6M ini sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Berawal dari rendahnya kemampuan literasi siswa, khususnya kemampuan membaca. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mencoba mencari alternatif yang dapat membantu siswa dalam memudahkan kegiatan literasi yang ada di sekolah. Salah satu upaya yang penulis lakukan adalah dengan menggunakan big book. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan big book dalam pembelajaran membaca pemhaman di kelas V serta ingin mengetahui peningkatkan pemahaman bacaan siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 242 Margasari Kota Bandung yang mengacu kepada kriteria menjawab pertanyaan, menuliskan pikiran utama, menuliskan tema bacaan dan menyimpulkan isi bacaan dengan menggunakan media big book. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yakni siswa diharapkan menjawab pertanyaan isi bacaan, menuliskan pikiran utama, menuliskan tema bacaan menumbuhkan minat baca yang tinggi dan pembelajaran menyenangkan menyenangkan. Di samping itu diharapkan guru mampu melakukan perbaikan perencanaan dan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran serta diharapkan peneliti dapat melakukan kolaboratif dengan praktisi di lapangan, sehingga menambah wawasan dan masukan untuk mengajar di LPTK. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa Sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk melihat perilaku, minat, dan kebiasaan belajar siswa.

Abstract

The use of healthy latrines in the household can prevent diarrhoea, schistosomiasis and other diseases that family members are susceptible to. Based on national cases, 10.50% of the population still defecates in the open. Objective: to obtain an overview of knowledge scores and attitudes towards using healthy latrines before and after being given health education using video media and leaflets. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a two-group pretest-posttest design. The research population was 3627 households. The sample size technique uses a minimum sample size formula, so the sample size is 24 respondents for the video group and 24 respondents for the leaflet group. The sampling technique in this research is using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score of 3.55. In the second measurement, the average knowledge score was 21.17 with a standard deviation of 2.973, so there was an increase in the average knowledge score of 5.34 and the attitude score before being given the video + leaflet intervention was 109.92 with a standard deviation of 10.562, after given the intervention to 112.54 with a standard deviation of 7.277, there was an increase in the average attitude score of 2.62. It was concluded that the respondents had good knowledge and a positive attitude towards using healthy latrines, but the respondents or the community had not yet implemented the use of healthy latrines.

Abstract

In an era of globalization and increased wealth protection needs, investment strategies have become crucial for maintaining and enhancing financial value. Among various investment options, stock trading stands out due to its potential for high returns, though it also comes with significant risks. To navigate these risks effectively, investors require robust analytical methods. This study investigates the application of two technical analysis tools—Bollinger Bands and the Relative Strength Index (RSI)—to improve stock trading decisions. Bollinger Bands consist of three lines (Middle Band, Upper Band, and Lower Band) that help identify price volatility and trend directions. RSI, ranging from 0 to 100, measures the strength of price movements to determine overbought or oversold conditions. By combining these indicators, the study aims to provide more accurate buy and sell signals for investors. The research methodology involves analyzing daily stock price data for Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk (BMRI) and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero (BBRI) from 2021. Data were sourced from investing.com and analyzed to derive buy and sell signals based on Bollinger Bands and RSI. Findings reveal that a valid buy signal is indicated when the RSI is in the oversold zone (0-30) and the stock price closes below the Lower Band of the Bollinger Bands. Conversely, a valid sell signal occurs when the RSI is in the overbought zone (70-100) and the stock price closes above the Upper Band. These insights provide actionable guidance for investors to make informed trading decisions. In conclusion, integrating Bollinger Bands with RSI enhances the accuracy of stock price predictions and aids in more strategic decision-making. Future research should focus on exploring the effects of Bollinger Bands’ expansion and contraction and the patterns of RSI convergence and divergence.
