Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan, Kepemilikan Saham Publik, Publikasi Csr Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar Dan Kimia Di BEI Tahun 2016-2018). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini purposive sampling. Sedangkan pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Lingkungan, Kepemilikan Saham Publik, Publikasi CSR secara simultan maupun secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.  Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk penelitian selanjutnya hendaknya untuk memasukkan size di dalam variable independen, karena ada indikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Selain itu proksi yang digunakan untuk variable kinerja lingkungan menggunakan pemeringkatan PROPER dan CSR menggunakan indeks, sedangkan perusahaan yang diteliti perusahaan manufaktur secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Religion is an invaluable factor in understanding culture as it is the most universal and influential social institution as well as it serves a significant role in attitude, values, and behaviour. There has been a lack of research that includes roles of religion as cultural element in terms of consumer behaviour especially using religiosity as its estimator. This research intents to analyze the relationship between an individual’s level of religiosity towards his/her behaviour in choosing a syariah bank, and to provide deeper understanding of the relation between religiosity, brand trust, and consumer behaviour. Location for the research is Mataram City with 100 respondents. Path analysis result proves that religiosity has a significant positive influence both directly and indirectly on the respondents’ decision to choose syariah banking. This finding supports the need for more understanding of religion as sub-culture, target markets and the importance of brand as company strategy in industrial positioning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Persepsi dan Sikap Masyarakat Terhadap Rencana Dikembangkannya Wisata Syariah (Halal Tourism) Di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode pembuktian terhadap tujuan penelitian tersebut menggunakan metode penelitian diskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Barat memiliki persepsi yang BAIK terhadap rencana penerapan wisata halal di daerah ini, sikap yang POSITIF terhadap rencana penerapan wisata halal di daerah ini dan dari diagram Kartesius diketahui bahwa hasil rencana penerapan wisata halal dipersepsikan dan disikapi sangat tinggi oleh Masyarakat NTB. Saran untuk pengambil keputusan dalam hal ini Pemerintah NTB harus membuat kebijakan yang mempertahankan persepsi dan sikap itu tetap BAIK dan POSITIF. Dengan membuat kebijakan yang konkrit terkait dengan implementasi pariwisata halal, sehingga tidak sekedar pada tataran hukum atau peraturan daerah. Selain itu sosialisasi perlu dipercepat sehingga masyarakat paham bagaimana wisata halal tersebut akan diterapkan.Kata kunci :

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was not only felt in the field of health, but also had an impact on the economy. This research aims to find out the difference between Funding Policy (DAR), Investment Policy (FAR), Dividend Policy (DPR) and company value (Tobin's Q) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in LQ 45 Companies listed on IDX. The results showed that there was no significant difference in DAR, FAR, DPR and Tobin's Q before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the LQ 45 Company listed on the IDX. Before covid 19 DAR and DPR had a positive and significant effect on Tobin's Q. While during covod 19 only dpr had a positive and significant effect on Tobin's Q LQ 45 company registered with idx. Abstract

This coffee business is located in Pagutan Permai and was founded in 2015. This submersible coffee manager only produces natural coffee and calculates production costs based on the cost that costs money, in addition to marketing with less attractive packaging and marketing network more to the closest family. Therefore, we as a service team need to provide counseling assistance and product diversification training and calculation of the cost of production as well as how to market using technology and design attractive packaging for customers. This training will be carried out for 4 months by providing counseling and training as well as identifying problems, while in calculating the cost of goods using a full-cost approach, and marketing models using Instagram. The results of the dedication of the coffee business actors are very responsive to this activity, and try to diversify ginger coffee and soy coffee products, as well as create a coffee product brand with the name KOHEJA, and market it via Instagram
