Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Terhadap Pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Fokus Penelitian menggunakan model George Edwards III, Model Merilee S. Grindle dan Model Daniel A. Mazmanian dan Paul A. Sabateir, sedangkan pengumpulan data digunakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Lokasi penelitian yaitu pada tiga sekolah dasar di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 15 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang kepala sekolah, 3 orang guru dan 9 orang siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verifyin. Hasil penelitian ditinjau dari persiapan implementasi kebijakan terhadap pembelajaran tiga sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yaitu pertama, persiapan implementasi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar di masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun ajaran 2020/2021 di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan telah dipersiapkan dengan baik, Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap Pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar di masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun ajaran 2020/2021 di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan secara keseluruhan sudah terlaksana, dimana SOP telah dimanfaatkan sebagai panduan atau acuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah. Terdapat solusi dari hambatan dalam implementasi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) students 'perceptions about openness of interpersonal communication of teachers, 2) students' perceptions of empathy in teacher's interpersonal communication, 3) students 'perceptions of supportive attitudes in teacher's interpersonal communication, 4) students' perceptions of positive attitudes of interpersonal communication of teachers, 5) students' perceptions about the similarity of teacher's interpersonal communication. This research is quantitative descriptive, and data collection techniques are using a questionnaire. The results showed that students' perceptions of teacher interpersonal communication were; 1) openness with 79.37% achievement which is in good enough criteria, 2) empathy with 86.80% achievement are in good criteria, 3) mutual support with 83.41% achievement in good criteria, 4) positive attitude with achievement of 79.67% in the category is quite good, 5) similarity with achievement of 76.67 in the criteria is quite good, so it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication of teachers in SMK 5 Padang according to students' perceptions with a score of 81.18% on good criteria.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of an interview with one of the administrative staff who implement affairs in Solok. This study aims to obtain information about the readiness of school administration staff to accept changes during the pandemic seen from 1) Mental Readiness, 2) Knowledge Readiness, 3) Participation in change. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study is the administrative staff implementing affairs at the State Junior High Schools in Solok City, totaling 43 people. This research is a population study. The instrument used is a differential semantic scale questionnaire. In analyzing the data there are several steps taken, namely, data verification, data tabulation, calculating the average (mean) then looking for the percentage of achievement scores and describing the data that has been processed based on predetermined criteria. The results showed that the readiness of administrative staff to accept changes during the pandemic at public junior high schools throughout Solok City was seen from the indicators (1) Mental readiness was in the ready category with an achievement level of 83.12%, (2) Knowledge readiness was in the ready category with an achievement level (81.00). %), (3) Participation in change is in the ready category with the level of achievement (81.27%). Thus, it can be concluded that the readiness of school administration staff in accepting changes during the pandemic at State Junior High Schools throughout Solok City is in the ready category with an achievement level (81.77%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline and work productivity on employees of the Pasaman Regency Education Office. The population of this research is all employees at the Education Office of Pasaman Regency, totaling 107 employees and the sample is 52 employees who are determined based on the Propionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tried to observe the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The result is a significant bond between discipline and work productivity of the Pasaman district education office employees.
