Abstract

Based on research report indicates that first period, a condition of using audio visual aid which is done by teacher gets mark B. It means included into a good category, mean while students learning motivation at first period is categorized in getting the best mark merely on indicator. It is enough in a total 7 indicators, it is less a total 7 indicator and it is the least a total 3 indicator. It is average  in count at first period namely 66,95 of 36 students or merely get good category. Mean while in second period a condition in using audio visual aids that is done by teacher getting mark A. It means that included into the best category. The case undergoes the most significational progess, while motivation of students learning in second period got a lot of changes. Key Word : Motivation, audio visual aids.

Abstract

Problems faced by the School of Economics (STIE) Lampung were: leadership style that is applied is still not right, still not optimal employee motivation, and working conditions are not conducive and less comfortable. The three elements of these variables have an impact on employee performance is not optimal. Based on these issues then the problem is: How does the influence of leadership style, motivation and work environment on staff performance in Lampung STIE? The purpose of this research to know how to influence leadership style, motivation and work environment on staff performance in STIE Lampung. Use traditional research is descriptive method with type of library research and field research and data collection technique used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Sources of data derived from primary and secondary data. This study uses quantitative analysis method by means of product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression. From the results of quantitative analysis persamaam regression Y = 27.237 + 0.755 X1 + 0.204 X2 + 0.167 X3 + et. B1 = regression coefficient of 0.755 means significant leadership style to employee performance. B2 = regression coefficient of 0.204 means significant motivation to employee performance. Regression coefficient b3 = 0,167 means that the working environment significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R) = 69.4% shows that the performance of employees 69.4% are influenced by the style of leadership, motivation and work environment and the rest equal to 30,6% influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that leadership style, motivation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees in STIE Lampung.Masalah yang dihadapi Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Lampung adalah: gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan masih belum tepat, masih belum optimalnya motivasi kerja pegawai, serta kondisi lingkungan kerja yang belum kondusif dan kurang nyaman. Ketiga unsur variabel tersebut berdampak pada belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka permasalahannya adalah: Bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada STIE Lampung? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada STIE Lampung. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, interview, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis korelasi produk moment dan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis kuantitatif diperoleh persamaam regresi Y = 27,237 + 0,755 X1+ 0,204 X2 + 0,167 X3 + et. Koefisien regresi b1= 0,755 berarti gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien regresi b2 = 0,204 berarti motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien regresi b3 = 0,167 berarti lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi (R) = 69,4 % menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai 69,4 % dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dan sisanya sebesar 30,6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada STIE Lampung.

Abstract

Low levels of employee work discipline and high levels of work stress causes the decreased of employee performance. This problem become an internal problem at the Santa Anna Maternal and Child Hospital in Teluk Betung. The aim of this research is to determine the implications of work discipline and work stress towards employee performance at maternal and child hospitals. The researcher used quantitative research method with the population of 169 employees. The research data was obtained from interview and survey. The instrument wastested using validity and reliability tests, while data analysis used the t test and F test. The result of the t test shows that the work discipline variable has an effect towards employee performance, the work stress variable has no effect towards employee performance at the Santa Anna Marital and Child Hospital in Teluk Betung. The result of the F test shows that work discipline and work stress affects the employee performance. The implications of thisresearch is to give attention on work discipline and work stress in order to improve the employee performance. For further research, it is recommended to add moderating variables or intervening variables.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and analyze a strategy model for implementing MBKM learning, namely university mission, academic leadership, collaboration, commitment, and sustainability, as well as the impact of the use of information technology. The research results show that leadership and information technology variables are strategic variablesfor improving learning strategies. This is because the research results of these variables have a significant influence. Meanwhile, information technology variables are not effective as moderatorvariablesontherelationshipbetweencommitmentandlearningstrategiesbecause the research results have a weak and negative influence. Collaboration and commitment variables are appropriate variables for learning strategies. This collaboration variable has a positive and significant influence on learning strategies in the context of this research, meaning that collaboration plays an important role in influencing learning strategies. Commitment is a very important factor in influencing learning strategies. Learning strategy variableshaveasignificantpositiveinfluenceonsustainabilityinthiscasethroughlearning strategies, which have been proven to have a significant positive impact on sustainability however,itisimportanttocontinuetocarryoutfurtherresearchanddevelopmenttosupport sustainability efforts on an ongoing basis. The information technology variable has a significant influence as a moderator on the relationship between learning strategies and sustainability, meaning that the interaction between learning strategies and information technologyappearstohaveastrongandnegativeinfluenceonsustainability.Thekeyfactors are mission, academic leadership, collaboration, commitment, and sustainability, and it can help universities to more effectively adapt and implement MBKM policies to increase autonomy and flexibility in highereducation

Abstract

This research is motivated by the trend of declining employee performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the Determinants of Organizational Culture and Training in Improving Employee Performance in the Perspective of Islamic Economics. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 96 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia which were taken by random sampling. Data collection techniques by way of observation, questionnaires and questionnaires. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in an Islamic economic perspective, 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in an Islamic economic perspective, and 3) Organizational culture and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. significantly to employee performance in the perspective of Islamic economics. The findings of this study reveal that if Bank Syariah Indonesia wants to improve employee performance, it must improve organizational culture and training.
