This study aims to analyze the activity program of the pondok student organization in enforcing the discipline of students at the Modern Islamic Boarding School in Langkat Regency, including the implementation of work programs, obstacles faced, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The research used a qualitative approach with a multisite design, involving analytical descriptive methods through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the pondok student organization program, such as daily supervision, routine activities, and a reward system, was effective in shaping the disciplined personality of students both inside and outside the pondok. Efforts to overcome obstacles include increasing coordination between the organization's management and the caretaker and internalizing the value of discipline through structured activities. Supporting factors include clear cottage policies and support from caregivers and ustadz/ustadzah, while inhibiting factors include the limited number of administrators and the lack of leadership training. In conclusion, the pondok student organization program contributes significantly to building santri discipline with several challenges that can be overcome through a collaborative approach and strengthening disciplinary values. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program kegiatan organisasi pelajar pondok dalam menegakkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Modern Kabupaten Langkat, mencakup pelaksanaan program kerja, kendala yang dihadapi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain multisitus, melibatkan metode deskriptif analitik melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program organisasi pelajar pondok, seperti pengawasan harian, kegiatan rutin, dan sistem penghargaan, efektif dalam membentuk kepribadian santri yang disiplin baik di dalam maupun di luar pondok. Upaya mengatasi kendala meliputi peningkatan koordinasi antara pengurus organisasi dan pihak pengasuhan serta internalisasi nilai disiplin melalui kegiatan terstruktur. Faktor pendukung mencakup kebijakan pondok yang jelas dan dukungan dari pengasuh serta ustadz/ustadzah, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan jumlah pengurus dan minimnya pelatihan kepemimpinan. Kesimpulannya, program organisasi pelajar pondok berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun kedisiplinan santri dengan beberapa tantangan yang dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan penguatan nilai-nilai disiplin.
