Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Breathing Exercise adalah metode bernafas dengan cara tertentu untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkankinerja organ tubuh, terutama paru-paru. Ternyata jika kita melakukannya dengan baik dan pernapasan teratur dapatmeningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menghindari kecemasan. Pada siswa yang akan mengikuti Ujian Nasonal seringmengalami kecemasan yang disebabkan berbagai hal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan efek Breathing Exercisepada penurunan tingkat kecemasan.Metode: Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa bimbingan belajar Sakura yang berada di Jatisari Jatiasih Kota Bekasi.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria 31 responden Dalampenelitian ini sebelum intervensi sebelumnya dilakukan pemeriksaan tingkat kecemasan. Setelah intervensi juga dilakukanpenyelidikan serupa. Sebelum dan sesudah hasil pemeriksaan kemudian dibandingkan dengan menggunakan analisis uji tberpasangan parametrikHasil: Hasil uji t berpasangan menunjukkan nilai sign 0,00 dan nilaiα=5%,Dimananilaisign<α.Kesimpulan: Breathing Exercise berpengaruh pada penurunan tingkat kecemasan siswa bimbel Sakura Jatisari JatiasihKota Bekasi. This study aimsto show the effect of Breathing Exercise on decreasing anxiety levels.Methods: The population in this study is Sakura's tutorial student who is in Jatisari Jatiasih Kota Bekasi. The samplingtechnique used is purposive sampling. Samples that met the criteria of 31 respondents In this study prior to the previousintervention anxiety level was examined. After the intervention, similar investigations were also conducted. Before andafter the examination results are then compared using t-parametric paired t test analysisResults: The value of sign 0.00whilethevalueofα=5%.Wherethesignvalue<α.Conclusion: Breathing Exercise has an effect on decreasing anxiety level of student of bimbel Sakura Jatisari JatiasihKota Bekasi.

Abstract

The ability to focus on tasks / lessons is important to improve the achievement of a student.To get the results, it takes a sufficient intake of oxygen for the brain to generate energy. Oneform of effort to increase the intake of such intake is with Brain Gym. This study aims toprove the influence of Brain Gym on the concentration of students learning STEI Indonesiarawamangun East Jakarta. The benefits of this study is for physiotherapists to prove theinfluence of Brain Gym on the concentration of students learning STEI Indonesiarawamangun East Jakarta to always be able to concentrate so as to get better learningoutcomes. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling and continued with simple randomsampling. Total number of 68 students divided into study and control group participated inthis research. Statistical analysis used is paired t test and independent t test if normaldistributed. The results showed that Before Intervention produced average value equal to44.65 which means the level of concentration is moderate and after Intervention producedaverage value equal to 59.26 which means the level of concentration is quite moderate. Thecalculation results show that there is a difference between the control group and thetreatment group. The result of the calculation of the average value shows that the treatmentgroup is higher than the control group. Thus the treatment group is more effective.

Abstract

To meet the needs of his life then the man is required to work. In the workplace most of the time spent at work. Workplace environment has a risk to the health of people who work in the environment. In a working position that spent too much sitting can cause back pain, especially the bottom (Low back pain). This study aims to prove that the influence of Ergonomic Risk Factors can cause complaints of low back pain employee Bushindo Training Center East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The statistical analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that ergonomic risk factors had a significant positive effect on the occurrence of low back pain. Ergonomic risk factors contribute to the possibility of lower back pain process by 63.5% the rest influenced by factors other than the variables performed in this study

Abstract

Breathing Exercise is a method of breathing in a certain way to improve and enhance theperformance of respiratory system, especially lungs. It turns out that if we do well andregular breathing can stabilize blood pressure and improve respiration.In the elderly oftensuffer respiratory problems due to the elderly decreased organ function, especially lung.This study aims to demonstrate the effect of breathing exercise on quality of life in elderly.The population in this study is the senior citizens who live in Elderly Nursing Ria Development,East Jakarta Cibubur.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This is a quasiexperimentalstudy with pre-post test approach design. In this study before the first interventionexamined quality of life.After the intervention was also carried out a similar investigation.Variable quality of life are examined blood pressure, respiration rate, pulse, Barthel indexand VO2max. Before and after the examination results are then compared. By usingparametric paired t test analysis produced t value of 0.505 and the Sign of 0.618, while thevalue t table 1.70. The value of t is greater than t table. It can be concluded that the breathingexercise does not affect the quality of life of the elderly

Abstract

Di Indonesia penduduk lanjut usia atau lansia meningkat cukup tinggi. Pada lansia secara perlahanlahan terjadi proses penurunan kemampuan jaringan untuk memperbaiki diri, mengganti yang rusak danmempertahankan fungsi normalnya. Pada lansia wanita, karena terjadinya penurunan estrogen pada fasepascamenopause masalah kognisi sering muncul. Penelitian ini akan melihat pengaruh kebugaran jasmaniterhadap tingkat kognisi lansia wanita. Disain penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan crosssectional. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Variabel bebas kebugaran jasmaniyang terdiri dari kekuatan otot, fleksibilitas dan keseimbangan dinamis, diukur dengan menggunakan SFT.Sedangkan variabel terikat berupa tingkat kognisi diukur dengan menggunakan MMSE dan dianalisisdengan regresi linear berganda. Adapun persamaan regresi linear bergandanya yang diperoleh adalah: .Persamaan tersebut menjelaskan bahwa adalah ketika variabel kekuatan otot (x1) dinaikan sebesar 1%maka kognisi akan naik sebesar 0.184. Fleksibilitas (x2) dinaikan sebesar 1% maka kognisi akan naiksebesar 0.018 dan keseimbangan dinamis (x3) dinaikan sebesar 1% maka kognisi akan naik sebesar 0,841.

Abstract

Introduction: The old population has continued to grow in recent decades, which has resulted in an increase in health problems for the aged, such as the spread of hypertension. According to the measurement results, the majority of residents of Posbindu Kenanga II have hypertension. As a result, it is necessary to provide education about hypertension at an early stage. Method: Community service activities were carried out at Posbindu Kenanga II Jatimelati Pondok Melati Bekasi in October 2023, targeting 25 older adults, all women. Activities carried out include measuring blood pressure & hypertension knowledge measurements, and health education. Results: Most of the elderly (64%) suffer from hypertension. The average knowledge before and after community service increased from 43.6 to 70.4, with a p-value of 0.001. Conclusion: Community service activities have boosted the elderly's understanding of hypertension significantly. As a result, it is essential to continue this activity on an ongoing basis by incorporating proper exercise for controlling hypertension.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di perumahan pamulang park residence pada kelompok ibu yang melakukan senam setiap minggu pagi, 25 orang partisipan 22 orang wanita dan 3 orang laki-laki, para partisipan diberikan edukasi mengenai bahaya hipertensi, dan kaitannya dengan penyakit yang sangat berbahaya, seperti penyakit jantung ataupun stroke, Tekanan darah tinggi atau hipertensi terjadi ketika aliran darah mendorong pembuluh darah arteri dengan sangat kuat. Ini menyebabkan jantung perlu bekerja lebih keras dalam memompa darah ke seluruh tubuh, olahraga dan senam aerobik yang dilakukan memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan jantung. Saat melakukan aktivitas fisik, seperti olahraga, jantung Anda menjadi lebih kuat, sehingga tidak perlu bekerja lebih keras dalam memompa darah. Pada kondisi ini, termasuk untuk penderita hipertensi, membuat aliran darah menjadi lancar dan tekanan darah Anda pun menjadi lebih terkendali. Selain itu, olahraga secara teratur pun dapat mempertahankan berat badan yang ideal, sehingga terhindar dari obesitas yang merupakan salah satu penyebab hipertensi.
