Abstract

Bunga Sepatu (Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis L.) digunakan sebagai bahan pewarna alami, yaitusebagai bahan pewarna  yang memiliki kandungan antosianin tinggi. Ekstrak bunga sepatudapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pengganti eosin pada pewarnaan giemsa. Prinsip pewarnaangiemsa adalah presipitasi hitam yang terbentuk dari penambahan larutan methylene blue daneosin yang dilarutkan di dalam methanol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggantikan eosindengan bunga sepatu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan menggunakan sampelepitel mukosa rongga mulut. Sampel dicat menggunakan giemsa dengan 2 perlakuan yaitugambir 50% dan 70% sebagai alternatif pengganti eosin dalam giemsa yang akan mewarnaiinti sel dan sitoplasma. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini  dengan konsentrasi 50 %didapatkan hasil tidak baik dimana inti sel terwarnai biru-ungu kurang jelas, sitoplasmaterwarnai biru muda kurang jelas, dengan bentuk sel epitel pipih tidak jelas. Sedangkankonsentrasi 70% didapatkan hasil kurang baik dimana inti sel berwarna biru-ungu terlihatjelas , sitoplasma berwarna biru terlihat jelas dengan bentuk sel terlihat kurang jelas.Kata Kunci: Epitel Mukosa Rongga Mulut, Bunga Sepatu, Pewarnaan Giemsa

Abstract

Learning Strategies in Overcoming Difficulties of Elementary School Children Working About Mathematics Story Problems. The problem that often occurs in learning mathematics in elementary schools is the difficulty of working on word problems. For this reason, this study aims to find out the appropriate learning strategies to overcome these problems. The difficulty in working on math word problems is due to students' reasoning that has not been honed and learning strategies that are less effective in reaching all student characteristics. Therefore, an effective learning method is needed, one of which is by implementing a learning strategy in the form of a problem-based learning model. This learning model is neko77 an effective approach so that students are able to improve reasoning about problems in everyday life that can be solved with material, concepts, and knowledge from a field of study. In learning mathematics, this learning model can familiarize students with solving problems in everyday life with mathematical concepts and operations. With this learning strategy, the learning process can run effectively and support an active class atmosphere so that it can support student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning styles and learning activities on Indonesian language learning outcomes and the achievement of learning mastery in the Indonesian language after the Course Review Horay model is implemented. The research was conducted on grade VI students at SD Negeri 02 Wanarejan. The research approach used was qualitative, with a survey research design. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, the paired sample t-test, and the independent sample t-test. The study's results indicate that learning styles affect Indonesian language learning outcomes by 24.1%, while learning activities affect 22.3%. Additionally, the combined effect of learning styles and learning activities on Indonesian language learning outcomes among grade VI students at SD Negeri 02 Wanarejan is 46.8%. The conclusion of this study indicates that learning styles and learning activities affect Indonesian language learning outcomes among grade VI students at SD Negeri 02 Wanarejan. Based on the pre-test and post-test evaluation, all students achieved learning mastery in the Indonesian language after the CRH model was implemented with the support of Question Card media.
