The problem in this study was students’ aggressive behavior . This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-control and aggressive behavior of XI grade students of SMA Negeri 6 Metro in academic year 2018/2019. Research method used in this study was quantitative research . The populationsof this research were 250 students and the samples were 64 students taken by simple purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from self-control scale and aggressive behavior scale. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation. The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between self-control and aggressive behavior with a correlation coefficient of r count = -0,696 r table = -0.246 and significance level of 0.05; therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this study was there was a negative meant significant relationship between self-control and students' aggressive behavior which means the higher self-control, the lower the aggressive behavior.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku agresif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self control dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Metro tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 250 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 siswa diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self control dan skala perilaku agresif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara self control dengan perilaku agresif dengan nilai korelasi rhitung= -0,696 rtabel=-0,246 taraf signifikasi 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara self control dengan perilaku agresivitas siswa. Artinya semakin tinggi self control yang dimiliki siswa maka akan semakin rendah perilaku agresif yang dilakukan.Kata kunci: agresivitas, bimbingan dan konseling, self control
