Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of interpersonal relationship and work environment on employees job satisfaction. The sample size of this research is 61 employees of PT Bank Bukopin in Tangerang Area. The sampling method used is random sampling. The data gathering technique applied is questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The result of this study shows that interpersonal relationship and work environment simultaneously influence the employees job satisfaction. The result also shows that partially interpersonal relationship and work environment influence the employees job satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 61 karyawan PT Bank Bukopin di wilayah Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data mengguanakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data mengguanakan regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Nilai Tukar terhadap Harga Saham. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 5 Perusahaan Perbankan dari Perusahaan di LQ 45. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitaif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan dan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Return On Equity (X1) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung ttabel yakni -2.719211 t tabel 1.69552, Earning Per Share(X2) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung ttabel yakni 4.840978 1.69552 dan nilai signifikan regresi sebesar 0,000 0,050. Debt to Equity Ratio (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham(Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung ttabel yakni 0.048481 1.69552 dan nilai signifikan regresi sebesar 0.9617 0,050. Nilai Tukar (X4) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham(Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung ttabel yakni -0.374520 1.69552 dan nilai signifikan regresi sebesar 0.7107 0,050. Dan secara simultan variabel (X1), (X2), (X3) dan (X4) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Harga Saham(Y) yakni Fhitung Ftabel sebesar 0.0010565 2,68.

Abstract

Social media is now widely used in almost all companies, the reason is to reach consumers more quickly, easily and widely. Social media (Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) is part of digital marketing, namely product marketing efforts using digital media and internet networks. The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of SMEs that use digital marketing, even though SMEs are believed to be able to stimulate the Indonesian economy. The methods used in this community service activity are training, lectures and questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this activity is to provide several solutions to be able to look for new business opportunities to maintain business continuity, namely utilizing social media. Apart from that, increasing digital marketing knowledge and increasing knowledge regarding the use of WhatsApp business social media as a sales promotion media. The conclusion of this activity is very useful for SMEs in providing suggestions, especially regarding digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) and Green Innovation (GI) on financial performance, with Regulatory Pressure (RP) serving as a moderating variable. Data from 150 manufacturing firms in Indonesia (2020–2025) reveal that both EMA and GI significantly enhance Return on Assets (ROA), affirming their strategic role beyond compliance. Moderation analysis further reveals that RP strengthens the positive relationship between EMA and ROA, as well as between GI and ROA, suggesting that external regulatory forces serve as institutional catalysts that enhance the effectiveness of sustainability practices. The findings contribute to Institutional Theory and Resource-Based View by demonstrating how regulatory mechanisms reinforce the strategic value of internal capabilities. Practically, this study provides insights for managers and policymakers to design regulatory frameworks that not only enforce compliance but also incentivise green transformation through digitalisation and strategic partnerships. While the study is limited to Indonesian manufacturing firms, it opens up avenues for cross-sectoral and cross-country research that incorporates qualitative dimensions and mediating variables. Overall, this research underscores the importance of aligning internal sustainability strategies with external regulatory contexts to optimise financial outcomes.
