Abstract

This research is based on observation in SD Negeri 007 Panipahan Darat got problem as follows: (1) low ofteacher competency in menyuun lesson plan especially syllabus and RPP; (2) the number of teachers preparingthe syllabus and lesson prior to teaching is still not maximal, only 60%; (3) in terms of quality, syllabus andgood RPP only reaches 30% of the syllabus and RPP made by the teacher; (4) difficulty of principals inevaluating teacher performance; (5) the difficulty of the principal evaluating the learning outcomes. This studyaims to increase the competence of teachers in preparing learning tools. In cycle 1 the number of teachers whocollect syllabus and RPP at the beginning of cycle 1, it can be seen that with the information of academicsupervision on the teacher can increase the quantity of teachers who make syllabus and RPP previously only62%, increased quantity to 74,25%. The results of the revised syllabus and RPP analysis show an increase in thequality of syllabus and RPP where the quality of A and B increased from 28 and 44 to 75 and 73%. From this itis also seen that the number of teachers who collect syllabus and RPP samples to 100%. Based on the result ofthis research, researcher can conclude that academic supervision continuously proven scientifically can improveteacher competence in arranging syllabus and RPP in SD Negeri 007 Panipahan Darat. This is evidenced by theincreasing number of good syllabus teachers from 28% to 75% after academic supervision. In addition, thenumber of good quality RPP also increased from 44% to 73%.

Abstract

Kecamatan Indrapuri sebagai daerah sentra produksi padi di kabupaten Aceh Besar merupakan daerah yang diharapkan mampu menjaga stabilitas ketersediaan beras di kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tapi dalam kenyataannya, produksi padi di kecamatan Indrapuri cendrung mengalami kenaikan namun juga mengalami penurunan. Produksi yang efisien akan menyebabkan penurunan biaya produksi yang selanjutnya akan menyebabkan peningkatan pendapatan petani. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor produksi dan tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi tanaman padi. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) mengetahui karakteristik petani padi sawah, (2) menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi padi, (3) dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi. Sebanyak 95 petani padi dipilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan fungsi Cobb-Douglas dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan efisiensi harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik variabel tenaga kerja, luas lahan, Jumlah pupuk dan jumlah benih berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi. Umumnya petani responden belum efisien dalam alokasi penggunaan input produksi lahan sehingga diperlukan peningkatan sumberdaya petani dan juga penyuluh dengan memperkuat lembaga penyuluhan pertanian yang disertai dengan alokasi anggaran yang memadai, dan juga pengembangan kemitraan antara pemerintah, pelaku usaha, perguruan tinggi dan petani sehingga pertanian akan berkelanjutan dan mendapatkan tingkat produksi yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This research is titled "Implementation of Strategic Management of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk, Banda Aceh Branch in Improving the Quality of Customer Service. Along with the fierce competition in today's banking world, Islamic banking, especially Bank Syariah Indonesia, wants to provide the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of service, especially in serving customer needs, with good service, customers and the public will feel satisfied and believe in what is important for the bank, the form of service provided includes receiving complaints or problems faced by a customer. Bank Syariah Indonesia must be good at finding solutions or strategic management in managing (solving) the problems faced by its customers. Based on the initial observations, this study was carried out by observation in general on PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh Branch. However, there are several obstacles that occur, including in terms of the lack of services carried out as seen from the existence of several operational networks of Bank Syariah Indonesia that have not been maximized, the level of independence, quality and quantity of some employees who are still problematic, which is marked by the failure of the data input system, transactions, which had occurred in the last year, this has an impact on the less effective service to customers by a small number of employees PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh Branch. Based on the phenomena that occur in the field, the objectives of this study are; "To find out the Strategic Management of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk Peunayong Unit Banda Aceh Branch in improving the Quality of Customer Service by conducting a literature review through the literature of scientific papers, books and other literature that is relevant to the research.

Abstract

The transformation of the School Management Information System (SIMS) is a strategic step in modernising education governance in the digital age. This article discusses the effectiveness, challenges, and solutions for implementing SIMS through a literature review. The results of the study indicate that SIMS can improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in education services. However, this transformation process still faces various obstacles, such as infrastructure limitations, low digital literacy, resistance to change, and data security issues. To optimise the benefits of SIMS, comprehensive solutions are needed in the form of infrastructure strengthening, digital literacy training, adaptive system development, and sustainable policy support. With this approach, SIMS can become a key pillar in realising effective and responsive school governance in the present day.
