Abstract

Abstract Rigid Pavement is the main work in toll road construction. In the implementation of rigid pavement, there are several alternatives, namely mechanical and conventional, where each alternative has advantages and disadvantages. This study aims to determine the selection of appropriate work methods on the Kunciran - Cengkareng Toll Road Project. Many multi-criteria must be considered, the consideration of decision making can be done by using the Technique For Others Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) which can give weight to the specified criteria. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the most influential criteria as a basis for considering the selection of methods for implementing rigid pavement works. (2) to determine the method of implementing rigid pavement work that is appropriate by the existing criteria. This study uses a questionnaire survey. The results of this study indicate that the criteria for quality of work are the most influential criteria with a value of 0.351, then the implementation time criteria (0.201), the criteria for work costs (0.150), work safety criteria (0.133), work volume criteria (0.084), implementation process criteria (0.049), and the last is the implementation preparation criteria (0.032). The appropriate alternative used for the rigid pavement method is the mechanical method with a value of 0.621, while the mechanical method only reaches the values of 0.379.. Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelola Yayasan Riyadul Falah berupaya menambah sarana prasarana berupa gedung sekolah yang recananya akan dibangun dua lantai. Namun di tengah proses pembangunan gedung tersebut mengalami kegagalan konstruksi, struktur balok bangunan mengalami lendutan yang mengakibatkan plat lantai menjadi tidak stabil. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah melakukan pendampingan pengelola Yayasan Riyadul Falah Kabupaten Bogor untuk melakukan perbaikan pada bangunan yang mengalami gagal konstruksi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu peninjauan, diskusi serta pendampingan untuk melakukan proses perbaikan. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 4 Dosen, 4 Mahasiswa serta mitra pengabdian pengelola Yayasan Riyadul Falah yang berjumlah kurang lebih 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian, masyarakat memberikan respon kepuasan atas pelayanan dan pendampingan dengan hasil sangat tinggi terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan masyarakat. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan sebanyak 61,36% memberikan jawaban sangat setuju dan 38,64% memberikan jawaban setuju. Secara tidak langsung pengelola mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian pada pembangunan, perawatan dan perbaikan bangunan bertingkat rendah. Adapun pelaksanaan perbaikan bangunan gedung menghemat pengeluaran Yayasan kurang lebih sebesar Rp. 50.650.000; anggaran ini meliputi biaya pembongkaran, pembelian material, dan pembangunan ulang.Abstract: The manager of the Riyadul Falah foundation seeks to add infrastructure in the form of a school building that is planned to be built on two floors. However, in the middle of the construction process, the building experienced a construction failure, the beam structure of the building experienced a deflection which caused the floor slab to become unstable. The purpose of community service activities is to assist the manager of the Riyadul Falah Foundation, Bogor Regency to make repairs the buildings that have failed construction. The method used is a survey, discussion, and assistance to carry out the repair process. The participants of the activity consisted of 4 lecturers, 4 students, and service partners of the Riyadul Falah Foundation management, totaling approximately 20 people. Based on the results of community service activities, the community responded with satisfaction to the services and assistance with very high results for the implementation of community activities. The results of the questionnaire showed that 61.36% gave the answer strongly agree and 38.64% gave the answer agree. Indirectly, managers gain new knowledge in planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the construction, maintenance and repair of low-rise buildings. The implementation of building repairs saves a budget of approximately Rp. 50.65 million this budget covers the costs of demolition, purchase of materials, and rebuilding.

Abstract

In selecting the formwork work method, the things that need to be considered include cost, quality, and time. Comparison of several methods of formwork work is carried out to obtain the correct method. Comparisons were made to the Semi System formwork method and the Aluminum formwork method. To compare the two methods requires volume calculation, the multiplier coefficient referred to by the PUPR Regulation No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016, non-conformence data, and work duration. This data is processed into the need for the cost of formwork for the two methods based on the PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 28 / PRT / 2016, the percentage of concrete defects due to formwork, and the scheduling duration presented in the bar chart. The two methods are compared based on the need for the cost of the work, the number of percent of quality, and the work duration. The comparison shows that the aluminum formwork method is superior in terms of cost (RAB). It is produced more efficiently by 3.4%. In terms of quality, this method results in less damage (concrete defects) to minimize repair costs later, and when the work reaches 43% more effective. Abstract

Abstrak Pekerja konstruksi menghadapi bahaya kerja 2 - 4 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pekerja-pekerja lain pada umumnya. Laporan Global Estimates Fatalities in 2002, Organisasi Perburuhan Internasional (ILO) menyatakan bahwa Standar Keselamatan Kerja di Indonesia paling buruk dibandingkan dengan Negara-negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu perencanaan program K3 yang detail dan komprehensif sebagai upaya mencapai keperhasilan proyek khususnya dari aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Untuk membuat perencanaan program K3, maka dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko kecelakaan kerja pada setiap tahapan pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan gedung (2) menganalisa dan mengukur risiko-risiko kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi sehingga bisa diketahui besarnya risiko pada pembangunan gedung dan (3) Membuat bentuk-bentuk penanganan/penanggulangan dari masing-masing tingkatan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pembangunan gedung. Objek penelitan adalah proyek pembangunan gedung Centro City Residence. Hasil identifikasi bahaya pada kegiatan proyek pembangunan Centro City Residences meliputi 33 kegiatan dengan 118 potensi bahaya/risiko kecelakaan kerja. Sedangkan penilaian/ pengukuran bahaya/ risiko dikelompokkan menjadi 3 kategori/level risiko yaitu Risiko rendah/ Low risk (L), Risiko sedang/ Medium risk (M), Risiko tinggi/ High risk (H). Berdasarkan identifikasi dan pengukuran resiko tersebut kemudian dibuat pengendalian risiko. Sebanyak 300 bentuk pengendalian berhasil di buat untuk menanggulangi risiko-risko yang ada. Kata Kunci: identifikasi, pengukuran, penanggulangan, risiko kegiatan proyek konstruksi.

Abstract

Abstrak Kajian terhadap suatu proyek sangat diperlukan oleh banyak kalangan, khususnya terutama bagi para investor yang selaku pemrakarsa, bank selaku pemberi kredit, dan pemerintah yang memberikan fasilitas tata peraturan hukum dan perundang-undangan, yang tentunya kepentingan semuanya itu berbeda satu sama lainya. Kajian suatu proyek dimaksudkan untuk memperbaiki/ memilih pilihan investasi. Kesalahan dalam memilih proyek dapat mengakibatkan pengorbanan/ kerugian pada modal/ sumber-sumber daya yang ada. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengkajian yang cermat sebelum melaksanakan proyek. Hal yang sama juga diperlukan untuk proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit MH.Thamrin Bogor. Tulisan ini membahas mengenai kelayakan investasi pada proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit International MH.Thamrin Bogor ditinjau dari aspek pasar, teknis dan keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa aspek pasar didapatkan bahwa rencana fasilitas yang dimiliki/tersedia pada Rumah Sakit International MH.Thamrin Bogor lebih lengkap daripada rumah sakit - rumah sakit pesaingnya. Ditinjau dari rencana tarif pada Rumah Sakit International MH.Thamrin Bogor tergolong lebih terjangkau bila dibandingkan dengan Rumah sakit- rumah sakit kompetitornya yang sekelas. Sehingga Rumah Sakit International MH.Thamrin Bogor dapat memenuhi pilihan kebutuhan sesuai dengan kondisi konsumen. Ditinjau dari aspek keuangan yang disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Sakit International MH.Thamrin Bogor layak untuk dilaksanakan karena didapatkan hasil NPV positif yaitu sebesar Rp 6.201.637.048,00, IRR 13,57% lebih besar dari MARR (12%) dengan Payback Period lebih dari 20 tahun. Abstract

Construction material considered very important in a construction project. Every activity that including materials is covers more than half of the total cost of the project and has a significant effect on the schedule. Against this background, the right supplier selection is needed. Supplier selection is a part of multi-criteria decision making where some criteria are considered to make the decision. This study was conducted to establish the criteria for selecting the best construction material supplier for highway project. The first step is criteria setting, then using the ANP method to get the priorities of each criterion. From this study, the three highest priority criteria are product quality (0.120), integrity of company personnel (0.091), and delivery performance (0.083).

Abstract

The availability of road infrastructure is one of the important aspects of accelerating the national development process. With all the fiscal limitations in financing the need for large infrastructure provisions, an optimal funding strategy is needed to achieve development goals through alternative financing of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme to bridge the financing gap through investment. However, the realization of infrastructure investment is a complex matter, so a quality PPP project preparation and planning process is needed so the project visions can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to observe the application of the Project DevelopmentRoutemap Method on the Gedebage – Tasikmalaya – Cilacap Toll Road project which is a project carried out by PPP scheme. The Project Development Routemap Method assessed the complexity and strategic risk of a project and assessed the capability of key areas of responsisbility involved, as well as developed reccomendations and action plans as research outputs. Based on the result of the study, it was found that The Gedebage – Tasikmalaya – Cilacap Toll Road is a high-complexity project. The capabilities of the stakeholders including Sponsors (PJPK), Clients (BUJT), Aset Managers (Operators), and Markets (Service Providers) are currently working appropriately, but there are still some areas that need to be improved. Six areas needed improvement, and three practices that were appropriate and needed to be continued.

Abstract

Mata kuliah Fisika Terapan merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang harus ditempuh mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil.  Pokok bahasan vektor banyak digunakan di dalam mata kuliah inti Teknik Sipil. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Jurusan Teknik Sipil adanya miss komunikasi pemahaman dasar dari vektor, yaitu sebagian mahasiswa tidak memahami basic dasar dari perhitungan vektor. Pemahaman vektor seharusnya dimulai dari penggambaran vektor, perhitungan masing – masing komponen vektor, perhitungan resultan vektor, dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan dengan mencari arah resultan vektor.  Jika mahasiswa tidak menguasai pemahaman vektor, maka akan menemukan kesulitan ketika memecahkan permasalahan dalam mekanika Teknik, gambar Teknik, dll. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa berkaitan erat dengan penilaian hasil belajar. Rubrik yang dibuat oleh fasilitator, dapat memberikan informasi bobot penilaian sesuai dengan kemampuan mahasiswa, sehingga dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk berfikir kritis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi kemampuan problem solving mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Fisika Terapan materi Vektor, Jurusan Teknik Sipil menggunakan strategi MAUVE (Magnitude, Answer, Unit, Variable, Equation). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Kemudian menerapkan tiga jenis model soal essay dengan mengikuti standar rubrik pemecahan masalah strategi MAUVE. Adapun materi yang diujikan adalah perhitungan konsep vektor pada bidang Teknik Sipil. Hasil yang diperoleh, yaitu persentase kemampuan mahasiswa kelas A sebesar 89% dengan kategori sangat memuaskan, kelas B sebesar 73% dengan kategori memuaskan, dan kelas C sebesar 78% dengan kategori memuaskan. Persentase kemampuan mahasiswa rata – rata program studi Konstruksi Sipil materi vektor mata kuliah fisika terapan menggunakan strategi MAUVE sebesar 80,2 % dengan kategori memuaskan. Strategi MAUVE dapat digunakan mahasiswa untuk mengevaluasi diri mengenai kekurangan pemecahan permasalahan yang terdapat pada materi vektor. Bagi dosen, dapat memberikan penilaian yang objektif, transparan berdasarkan rubrik setiap levelnya pada materi vektor.

Abstract

Many parties are involved in a construction project, so in deciding a method of implementing the box girder erection many criteria are taken into consideration. Consequently, decision making is not easy for decision makers. A simple, frequently-used, and popular method for decision making is Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) which is designed to overcome the problem of multi criteria decision making (MCDM) in the subjective assessment process. This study aims to obtain the correct method of implementing the box girder erection to be used. Based on previous research, the criteria for determining box girder erection method are the criteria for job risk, work quality, implementation time, implementation process, work safety, and work costs. The alternatives compared are the tandem crane method and the launching gantry method. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to the expert parties involved in Jakarta - Cikampek II Elevated Toll Road Project. F-AHP analysis is based on the weighting  of quantitative criteria as a result of normalized calculations and qualitative criteria from the results of the respondents questionnaires which were then made pairwise comparisons assisted by Microsoft Excel software. The results of the analysis show that the occupational safety criteria are the most influential criteria with a weight of 0.454, then followed by job risk criteria (0.169), implementation time (0.119), work quality (0.114), implementation process (0.084), and work costs (0.061). The most appropriate method used in the work of the box girder erection at Jakarta - Cikampek II Elevated Toll Road Project is a launching gantry method with a value of 0.597, while the tandem crane method has a value of 0.403.
