Abstract

Keberhasilan belajar berasal dari Faktor internal yaitu student engagement dan kemampuan logismatematis serta faktor eksternal yaitu kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh pengaruh student engagement, kemampuan logis matematis, dan persepsi mengenai kompetensiguru terhadap prestasi belajar yang memoderasi pengaruh student engagement dan kemampuan logismatematis terhadap prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenispenelitian eksplanatori menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kelas XIIPA dan XI IPS dengan jumlah 128 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan randomsampling dengan alokasi proporsional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, regresimoderasi, uji F, dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) keterlibatan peserta didik berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (2) kemampuan logis matematis berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (3) persepsi mengenai kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (4) persepsi mengenai kompetensi guru memoderasi pengaruhketerlibatan peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar (5) persepsi mengenai kompetensi guru memoderasipengaruh kemampuan logis matematis terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of applying credits, extrinsic motivation, and learning discipline on economic learning achievement in class XI IPS SMAN 3 Purwokerto. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this research was all students of class XI of SMAN 3 Purwokerto. To analyze hypotheses using multiple linear regression analysis. The Conclusions are: 1. The application of the Semester Credit System (SKS) does not influence the economic Significantly learning achievement of students of class XI IPS SMAN 3 Purwokerto; 2. extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on students' achievement of economic learning in class XI IPS SMAN 3 Purwokerto; 3. Learning discipline has a positive economic effect on the learning achievement of students of class XI IPS SMAN 3 Purwokerto; 4. Abstract

Empirical studies into leadership and organizational commitment have widely been conducted in private organizations, but a handful of the same research has been undertaken in non-profit organizations. The aim of this research was to examine the role of leadership and organizational commitment in predicting job performance in the context of government organization. The study used a sample of 197 persons, consisting of civil servants located in Central Java, Indonesia. The response rate was 78.8 percent. The independent variable comprises of leadership and organizational commitment, and job performance as dependent variables. Valid and reliable items were used for the variable measurement. Hierarchical regression analysis results showed three major findings for this research: first, transformational leadership directly and positively influences various dimensions of organizational commitment and job performance. In addition, transactional leadership produces a significant influence merely on normative commitment. Second, continuance commitment and normative commitment directly and positively influence job performance. Third, continuance and normative commitment have mediating effects in the relationship between leadership and job performance. Practical implications for local government and suggestions for future research are discussed at the end of the article

Abstract

Accurate, accepted, and fair performance appraisals are critical to the organization. The main issues in the assessment of individual performance are with respect to the accuracy of measurement and fairness of assessment results. Previous research that has been done by some researcher shows the influence of performance appraisal process to justice result. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of antecedent factors of fairness of performance appraisal consisting of participation and perceived system knowledge. The research design using questionnaires was used to collect data in public organizations (N = 75). The test results with multiple regression indicate that participation (two-way communication and involvement) and perceived system knowledge have a significant effect on the fairness of performance appraisal.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja otonom dan internal locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Satria dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja otonom dan internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Work design is a key element in human resource management that focuses on designing and organizing tasks to improve employee performance and organizational results. This research conducted a systematic review of 20 international articles to investigate and understand concepts, theories and practices related to work design and their impact on employee performance, job satisfaction and organizational outcomes. The review results show that key elements in work design, such as skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback, significantly increase employee motivation and engagement. Job characteristics theory, demand-control theory, and socio-technical systems approach are the main frameworks used in previous research to explain how work design can influence various aspects of work. In addition, new approaches such as job crafting and smart work design also show great potential in adapting work to individual employee needs and leveraging modern technology to create a more flexible and adaptive work environment. This research concludes that holistic and integrated job design can improve employee performance and well-being, as well as achieve better organizational outcomes. However, it is important for organizations to consider the balance between the benefits of technology and its impact on employee wellbeing. By understanding and implementing effective work design principles, organizations can create a productive and satisfying work environment, which ultimately supports overall business success.
