Abstract

Proses Pelayanan Kemahasiswaan, Alumni, dan Kerjasama merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari administrasi POLITEKNIK POS INDONESIA (POLTEKPOS). Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah data-data yang ada di kemahasiswaan mengalami kesulitan dalam perhitungan sebuah data-data kemahasiswaan yang telah masuk ke dalam sistem. Maka dari itu dibuatlah suatu analisis dengan metode K-means dengan pengelompokkan data berdasarkan hasil pemilihan calon penerima beasiswa yang ada di kabag.kemahasiswaan untuk mahasiswa POLITEKNIK POS INDONESIA yang nantinya data akan diolah berdasarkan nilai centroid yang di dapat dalam masing-masing data yang telah di uji dalam metode k-means clustering data yang telah dianalisis pada bagian kemahasiswaan. Abstract

Tak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa di era globalisasi ini kompetisi dan persaingan antar manusia semakun memuncang. Ditambah dengan adanya Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) yang membuat persaingan antar negara Asia Tenggara semakin bebas. Hasil keputusan muktamar XIX Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) di Jakarta dan dipertajam pada saat muktamar XX Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) di Samarinda tentang penambahan bidang pengembangan kreatifitas dan kewirausahaan yang mempunyai visi berkembangnya budaya kewirausahaan di kalangan pelajar sebagai wujud dari daya kreatif dan prinsip kemandirian pelajar. Dalam pembentukan alur logika materi IPM menggunakan siklus Appreciative Incuity (AI) pada bagian discovery dengan cara menganalisa kondisi tingkat minat berwirausaha dengan algoritma ID3 dalam proses pengklasifikasiannya, dari data tersebut menunjukan bahwa banyak memiliki minat berwirausaha dibidang kuliner dengan ketentuan mereka harus mempunyai keahlian dalam mengolah atau memproduksi makanan sendiri. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, kuliner, entrepreneurship Intention

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the crucial attributes used by students in choosing universities to enter, in this case choosing to enroll at Telkom University, where the object of this research is the Business Administration students class 2010-2014. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that are considered by prospective students in making decisions to choose Telkom University campus for study and to find out the dominant factors in choosing the Telkom University campus as a place to study. This research uses a quantitative approach. The scale of the instrument used in this study was the Likert scale. The population in this study were alumni of Telkom University. Tel-U has 45,743 alumni who are members of the Telkom University Alumni Forum (FAST). This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. It can be concluded that there is no significant effect of the curriculum on improving Telkom University students' skills. We also found a significant effect of facilities and services on improving the skills of Telkom University students. Last we found a significant effect of skill development on Telkom University students' satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose – The growth of online companies has accelerated in the last decade, however, competition has also become fiercer. To remain profitable and competitive, online companies need to adopt innovative educational strategies that not only attract but also retain customers. This article explores various educational strategies that can help online companies increase their revenue, including customer education, employee training, and community engagement. By utilizing this strategy, online businesses can increase customer satisfaction, improve product usage, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Customer education is one of the key components in this strategy. By providing relevant and useful information about products and services, companies can help customers understand and maximize the benefits of the products they purchase. For example, webinars and tutorials explaining how to use the product can reduce confusion and increase adoption rates. Additionally, informative content such as articles, videos, and FAQs that answer frequently asked questions can improve customer experience and strengthen their loyalty to the brand. Employee training also plays an important role in increasing online company revenues. Well-trained employees can provide better service to customers, which in turn increases customer satisfaction and retention. A comprehensive onboarding program ensures that new employees understand the company's products and services well from the start. Additionally, continuous learning programs that keep employees updated on the latest industry trends and company updates can improve their performance and help companies stay competitive. Community engagement is another effective strategy for increasing online company revenue. By building an online community around a brand, companies can create a sense of community and loyalty among their customers. Online communities allow customers to interact, share experiences, and learn from each other, which can strengthen their relationship with a brand. Additionally, encouraging customers to create and share content related to company products can increase engagement and provide authentic testimonials that can attract new potential customers. Case studies from successful companies such as Duolingo and Salesforce demonstrate the effectiveness of this educational strategy. Duolingo uses gamification and community features to educate and engage its users, while Salesforce offers extensive training and certification programs through its Trailhead platform. Both companies have succeeded in increasing their revenues by prioritizing customer and employee education. Overall, educational strategies are a powerful tool for increasing online company revenue. By educating customers and employees, and building a strong community around the brand, companies can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, improve product usage, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Further research could explore the specific implementation and impact of these strategies across different types of online companies, as well as identify best practices that could be widely adopted. Design/methods/approach – This research is about Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology. The SLR methodology is a structured and comprehensive method for identifying, assessing, and synthesizing literature relevant to a particular research topic. The systematic literature review methodology can be used to review educational strategies in increasing online business revenue.Findings – One effective approach is through implementing educational strategies designed to increase customer engagement and loyalty and improve employee performance. The innovative educational strategies can significantly boost online company revenue by attracting and retaining more users, enhancing their learning experiences, and creating additional streams of income. Research implications/limitations – Through investing in customer education, employee training, and community engagement, companies can increase customer satisfaction, improve product usage, and foster loyalty.Originality/value – The rapid growth of online companies in the last decade has created new opportunities and challenges in the business world. The advent of the internet has changed the business landscape, giving birth to many online companies operating in various sectors. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition, online companies must continue to innovate to remain relevant and profitable

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan yang semakin kompleks dan kompetitif, organisasi logistik harus terus belajar dan beradaptasi untuk mempertahankan efisiensi dan daya saing. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep organisasi pembelajaran dalam sektor logistik, meneliti prinsip-prinsip, manfaat, dan tantangan yang terkait dengan penerapan praktik-praktik organisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyoroti studi kasus dari perusahaan logistik terkemuka, memberikan wawasan tentang proses transformasi, dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan budaya pembelajaran dan inovasi yang berkelanjutan. Studi kasus lain menyoroti keberhasilan penerapan praktik pembelajaran tim perusahaan untuk mendorong kolaborasi lintas fungsi, yang menghasilkan solusi inovatif untuk tantangan logistik yang kompleks. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya berevolusi menjadi organisasi pembelajar bagi perusahaan logistik yang ingin berkembang dalam lingkungan yang berubah dengan cepat. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi, organisasi logistik dapat meningkatkan ketahanan mereka, berinovasi secara lebih efektif, dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif mereka. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan E- learning merupakan salah satu contoh dari pemanfaatan teknologi pada jaman sekarang, e-learning dapat dikembangkan ke dalam berbagai hal yang tentunya bertujuan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Salah satu contoh perkembangan e-learning adalah sistem prediksi online, sistem prediksi online merupakan bentuk dari e-learning yang digunakan untuk menyajikan bahan pembelajaran secara online. Di intelligo Id menyediakan kursus online di bidang web development dan data science dan ada beberapa kategori dari kursus tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem kursus online sebagai wadah untuk user agar dapat memprediksi kategori kelas yang ada di intelligo Id serta membantu admin intelligo Id dalam memprediksi lulusan bootcamp yang ada di intelligo Id. Agar dapat memprediksi kategori tipe kelas dan memprediksi job yang ada pada Intellgo Id pada sistem ini menggunkan metode Random Forest, karena dengan menggunakan metode atau algoritma Random Forest mendapatkan nilai akurasi 80%, dengan model yang dibagun dapat di implementasikan kedalam framwork flask dan menghasilkan web yang dapat memprediksikan kursus online dan juga job.
