Abstract

Good water management is the key to successful farming in swamp land. One of the important elements in water management is the Water User Farmers Association as the main actor that regulates water management and maintains water management infrastructure. Water User Farmers Association has an important role as a forum for learning teamwork in supporting the production process. A self-sufficient Water User Farmers Association will be able to meet its groups' needs independently. This preliminary study aims to assess the institutional structure of Water User Farmer Association in food estate area on the swampland of Central Kalimantan. The research was conducted in Belanti Siam Village and Gedabung Village, Pandih Batu District, Pulang Pisau Regency and Terusan Karya Village and Terusan Mulya Village, Betaguh District, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan which were used as demfarm locations. The methodology of this research using by interviews and group discussions with management and members of farmer groups. The parameters observed include: organizational, financial, irrigation techniques (operationalization and maintenance), government support, cultivation technology, and relationships with other institutions as indicators of group independence. The results showed that the Water User Farmer Association group in the food estate area was classified as moderate independent. Efforts that need to be made to achieve a level of independence include: (i) continuous guidance and assistance from related agencies, (ii) development and enhancement of institutional capacity both in terms of organization/management and the ability of its members. The independent Water User Farmer Association institution ensures sustainability of the food estate in swampland.

Abstract

Pada masa kecilnya rasa ingin tahu tentang Tuhan muncul melalui perkataan orang-orang di sekelilingnya. Rasa ingin tahu adalah bahwa benih agama pembangunan di child1ren. Anak usia dini menunjukkan sifat yang tidak sangat religius, egosentris, verbal-ritual, anthromorphic, meniru, dan bertanya-tanya. Berbagai perkembangan keagamaan kegiatan guru dapat melakukan sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan agama anak-anak. Kegiatan keagamaan perilaku anak pembangunan yang dapat dipilih dan diterapkan guru anak usia dini lembaga antara lain, memberikan nama baik, mengajarkan teologi, terbiasa makan beradab, bercerita tentang contoh, mengajarkan kalimat-kalimat thayyibah dan mengajarkan kebersihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui kemampuan motorik kasaranak sebelum melakukan kegiatan menari animal chicken dance (2)Melaksanakan kegiatan menari animal chicken dance (3) Mengetahui kegiatan menari animal chicken dance dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakandi RA Al-Imam yang bertempat di Jalan Denai Gang Giat No. 21 Medan Denai, pada tanggal 13, 15, 21, 22 April 2017. Dengan jumlah anak yang diteliti yaitu 15 orang anak. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan kegiatan pra skiklus, selanjutnya dilakukan kegiatan siklus I dan siklus II. Setiap siklus dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Kemampuan motorik kasar anak sebelum melakukan kegiatan menari animal chicken dance mulai berkembang, dari 15 orang anak yang diteliti, 10 orang anak yang mulai berkembang dan 5 (lima) orang anak yang belum berkembang. Kegiatan menari animal chicken dance dapat meningkatkan motorik kasar anak kelompok B RA Al-Imam dari 15 orang anak yang diteliti, 10 anak berkembang sesuai harapan, 5 (lima) orang anak berkembang sesuai harapan.

Abstract

This study took 4 Islamic Religious Education teachers and 3 parents of students to convey their views on learning Islamic Religious Education at home during this pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods. It can be concluded in this study that learning Islamic Religious Education at home is considered less effective. Parents and teachers agree that studying at home is less effective, where teachers have difficulty evaluating and cannot understand students' abilities. Parents have limited ability and time to accompany learning. And students are not disciplined in learning so they play more than learn. The solution offered in this study is for parents and teachers to work together by opening a meeting via WhatsApp group or video conference to discuss what teachers and parents hope to achieve with the school as well, of course. As well as for local governments that are sustainable with the Education Office and Schools to work together to implement health protocols for students and teachers so that learning can be carried out face-to-face by reducing the number of students in the class and maintaining distance or making learning shifts.
