Abstract

The Central Kalimantan LPMP has goals and objectives that are broadly stated in its vision and mission statement. The vision is the realization of people and ecosystems in primary and secondary education units that are characterized by national standards and have a global perspective through an education quality assurance system based on mutual cooperation. While its mission: 1) Realizing primary and secondary education units with national standards, global outlook, 2) Improving educational standards in primary and secondary education units, 3) Improving education quality assurance services at the provincial level, 4) Realizing quality human beings and having the character of elementary and secondary education units, 5) Improve governance and effectiveness of institutional bureaucracy. The success of LPMP Central Kalimantan in efforts to build good governance can be seen from how well public service policies can satisfy the community. For this reason, an evaluation of public service policies in borrowing infrastructure and infrastructure is needed at the LPMP Kalimantan Tengah. The approach used in this study is the Countenance Evaluation Model / Stake evaluation model. This model was developed by Stake. The Stake Model emphasizes the implementation of two main points, namely (1) description (description) and (2) judgment (judgment), as well as empowering three stages in program evaluation, namely (1) antecedents (context), (2) transactions (transaction/process), and (3) output (output-outcomes). The policy of lending facilities and infrastructure services in Central Kalimantan LPMP can be stated from the beginning (accidents/context) making the objectives and the basis of the policy can already be stated to have reached public service standards, Sarpras and lending schedules are also almost fully meet public service standards. In the part of the transaction where the service process and support/cooperation in the service has also fully met with public service standards. Whereas in the outcomes section where the service results felt by surprise loans have met the target and can be stated to have met public service standards.

Abstract

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. It is known by the head chief’s way to.

Abstract

Information technology governance is an integrated part of organizational management that includes leadership, organizational structure and processes that ensure that information technology is utilized as optimal as possible. An institution similar to UMP, especially in the BAU section, it is time to be managed on an IT-based basis in view of the complexity of the work and for the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of employees working at BAU UMP. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of IT governance in the UMP BAU for now and analyze IT needs for the next 5-10 years by applying the COBIT 5 Framework method. Based on respondent data, for the next 5-10 years, BAU UM Palangkaraya requires at least 6 staff with educational background in IT or Computer Science for each section of 1 staff member. For further research is to work on subdomains PO.08 and PO 09.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Department of Industry and Trade of Palangkaraya City in implementing Regional Regulation No. 23 of 2014 to the Palangkaraya Alcoholic Beverage Seller. The method used is qualitative. The researcher wants to describe the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 23 of 2014 from the Department of Industry and Trade of Palangka Raya City to the Seller of Alcoholic Beverages. The author uses 4 (four) indicators of policy implementation namely Information, Policy Content, Community Support and Potential Distribution. The data source consists of primary data, namely the results of interviews with Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, Alcoholic Beverage Sellers and the people of Palangka Raya City, while secondary data sources are in the form of official Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2014. the results of research on the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 23 of 2014 are still not optimal due to the difficulty of some Alcoholic Beverage Sellers to be present on time to attend socialization activities and the difficulty of Alcoholic Beverage Sellers in requesting identity cards to teenage buyers. For this reason, the researcher recommends 1) giving a warning to the Alcoholic Beverage Sellers who are late in participating in the Socialization activities and 2) reaffirming the provision of information regarding the Regulations on the prohibition of selling alcoholic drinks to students or under 17 years of age.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara tangible: Dalam pengantaran via pengantaran delivery nya dipilih satu operator untuk mengantarnya. Sebelum pengantaran lebih dipersiapkan lagi untuk menyiapkan lem, dan stempel basahnya agar tidak kebingungan mencarinya. (2) Secara Realiability (kehandalan): dalam sistem pelayanannya sangat bagus tidak ada perbedaan semua diperlakukan sama, namun dalam pelaksanaan SKCK Delivery dan kantor Mall Pelayanan Publik ini tergolong sepi dapat disimpulkan kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan dari pelayanan SKCK maupun kantor Mall Pelayanan Publik itu sendiri. (3) Secara Responsiviness (daya tanggap): petugas sudah cukup baik, para pegawai respon yang baik dan juga kecepatan pembuatan SKCK sekarang sangat cepat dan berurusan dalam pembuatan SKCK atau memperpanjang dari situ dapat disimpulkan bahwa petugas atau aparat telah mampu memberikan pelayanan yang cukup baik kepada para pengunjung yang mendaftar secara manual. Namun dalam pelaksanaan SKCK Delivery masih banyak yang belum tau dan merasa repot karena harus mengisi link foto dan data fisiknya lagi maka dari itu mereka merasa lebih rumit dalam SKCK Delivery ini. Masih banyak dari mereka yang tidak terlalu bermain sosmed seharusnya sosialisasi nya harus lebih luas lagi. (4) Secara Assurance: pelayanan sekarang lebih cepat, dan juga manual maupun delivery biaya tetap sama Rp. 30.000 tidak ada biaya tambahan. (5) Secara Empthy: sudah dilakukan petugas dan juga tidak lupa ada yang namanya 3s

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata mempunyai peran sebagai penggerak roda perekonomian daerah, mendorong pendayagunaan produksi nasional, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru yang berdampak pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Industri pariwisata adalah salah satu industri yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan sektor lain, karena pariwisata dikatakan sebagai gabungan fenomena dan hubungan timbal balik yaitu adanya interaksi dengan wisatawan, supplier bisnis, pemerintah dan tujuan wisata serta masyarakat daerah wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat langkah langkah Strategi dalam pengembangan Pariwisata di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif . langkah langkah strategis dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kalimantan Tengah terus dilakukan dan diupayakan oleh pemerintah Provinsi kalimantan Tengah, selain itu juga pengembangan pariwisata daerah tetap optimis untuk bisa menjalankan program-program yang sudah dibuat untuk mengembangkan lagi wisata di Kalimantan Tengah karena kita meyakini potensi wisata yang ada di Kalimantan tengah tidak kalah menarik dengan daerah-daerah lain.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan proses implementasi keilmuan yang dipelajari di perguruan tinggi guna memberikan manfaat seluas-luasnya bagi masyarakat. Berdasarkan uraian sebelumnya, serta hasil diskusi dengan mitra, maka tahapan pelaksanaan yang harus dilakukan bersama mitra meliputi kegiatan berupa Pembersihan lingkungan. Adapun target yang ingin dicapai pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tumbuhnya rasa kesadaran dalam diri masyarakat yang beribadah di mesjid untuk menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat yang tidak hanya dilakukan dirumah saja melainkan di lingkungan tempat ibadah agar menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat.
