Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the implementation of the complete systematic land registration Program (PTSL) in Sukamara district of Sukamara District and the effective inhibiting factors of its implementation. The study used a qualitative approach. The research Data is derived from live observations, interviews, and collecting documents. The informant in this research is the land of the province of central Kalimantan, the National Land Agency (BPN) Sukamara, Department of Population and Civil registration of Kapubaten Sukamara, District Sukamara, Government village and society/landowners. The results showed that the implementation of the program was quite effective with the addition of personnel and administrative force in the success of the program. This is also because the flow and stage of implementation of the program is already running according to the existing rules although in the process there are some constraints. Although the target is still not reached in each year but there is an increase in access in the next year. The inhibitory factors in the of are still found in the field of unknown land ownership, there are still many landowners who are not present at the time of measurement, low public awareness/landowners in clearing and making a barrier to the land, the low awareness of public to follow the program PTSL, still found population data that is not synced with land mail and the presence of land that is requested not have sppt-un land running.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the home visite services of people with mental disorders in Kalawa Atei General Hospital in Central Kalimantan Province. Given the implementation of the program for people with mental disorders to access health services whose handling is different from other health services. This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to describe the complexity and dynamics of handling people with mental disorders. The primary data in this study were sourced from several informants, namely Home Visite Officers from Kalawa Atei General Hospital, Social Service and Povinsi / Regency Health Service, local Puskesmas, and Family of Ganguan Mental Panderita. Meanwhile, Secondary Sources in this study include the Implementation of Home Visite Regulation, Home Visite Service Profile, Home Visite Patient Ratio and other related documents. The results of the study show the conclusions of the study that the implementation of home visite services organized by the Central Kalimantan Atei Central Hospital along with other cross sectors has been running quite well. This is seen in terms of the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided in providing home visite services for ODGJs that have been prepared and are maximally sought. Home visite services are in accordance with SOPs, competencies and disciplines of each service officer. Home visite services provide guarantees to each patient with a special schedule by officers to come to the regions to provide these services. In this case, home visite services in terms of empathy by service personnel are good enough. Considering that home viste activities are shown to severely mentally ill patients, who cannot access Kalawa Atei General Hospital for various reasons, such as financial incapacity, no family support, family ignorance, and the existence of savings. However, there are several inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Home Visite Service at Atawa Kalawa Hospital, namely: 1) equipment completeness, 2) field conditions, 3) communication.

Abstract

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Satuan Tugas Covid-19 Kota Palangkara Raya Dalam Menerapkan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dimana peneliti bertanya secara langsung dengan informan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, dan 3) dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian mengenai Strategi Satuan Tugas Covid-19 Kota Palangka Raya Dalam Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan, masih belum maksimal karena faktor yang menghambat keberhasilan pelaksanaan peraturan penerapan disiplin dan penegakan hukum protokol kesehatan antara lain yaitu: Tidak memperdulikan covid-19 sehingga terjadi gesekan antara petugas pelaksanaan peraturan dan masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aspek ketepat sasaran, tujuan, program, dan kebijakan.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata mempunyai peran sebagai penggerak roda perekonomian daerah, mendorong pendayagunaan produksi nasional, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru yang berdampak pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Industri pariwisata adalah salah satu industri yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan sektor lain, karena pariwisata dikatakan sebagai gabungan fenomena dan hubungan timbal balik yaitu adanya interaksi dengan wisatawan, supplier bisnis, pemerintah dan tujuan wisata serta masyarakat daerah wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat langkah langkah Strategi dalam pengembangan Pariwisata di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif . langkah langkah strategis dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kalimantan Tengah terus dilakukan dan diupayakan oleh pemerintah Provinsi kalimantan Tengah, selain itu juga pengembangan pariwisata daerah tetap optimis untuk bisa menjalankan program-program yang sudah dibuat untuk mengembangkan lagi wisata di Kalimantan Tengah karena kita meyakini potensi wisata yang ada di Kalimantan tengah tidak kalah menarik dengan daerah-daerah lain.

Abstract

Trans Banjarbakula bus, this research aimed to find out how is the representation of community satisfaction in using trans Banjarbakula bus transportation in South Kalimantan Province. Methodology used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection technique used in this research are observation, questionnaire and documentation with 100 passengers of trans Banjarbakula bus as respondents. Analysis of passenger’ satisfactions in Gambut Barakat Terminal bring in customer satisfaction index (CSI), overall dimensions servqual is about 90.28% which mean the passengers are satistified. Result of this research shows the CSI value based on 5 dimensions which are reliability 90,75%, responsiveness 88,50%, guarantee 90,20%, empathy 90,05%, and physical evidence 91,90%. Physical evidence (tangible) is servqual dimension occupied the first rank in terms of its’ influence on passenger satisfactions

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Community Service began with field observations about the Women Farmers Group whose marketing of agricultural products was less productive and the pandemic that hit in early 2020. The agricultural sector was also affected, especially the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer Group which is located in the city of Palangkaraya which is a bit far away. from the city. In addition, the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer's Group lacks productive human resources who can help market their agricultural products optimally. Central Kalimantan runs the Food Barn Program. One of them is on this basis that the dedication team will carry out some ongoing mentoring and empowerment. How is this as a strengthening of Human Resources in the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer Group so that they are productive in maximizing their farming results in an effective, efficient and independent manner. How does this service team have a responsibility to help this community business group to have motivation in marketing their agricultural products through Digital Marketing in a sustainable manner after the pandemic. From this service, it will bring the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer Group to be an example of KWT that is independent in marketing products digitally and contributes greatly with other farmer groups and the Government in sustainable development in the Agricultural Sector.Keywords: Capacity Building, Women Farmers Group, Digital Marketing, Sustainable Development, PandemicABSTRAKPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berawal dari observasi di Lapangan tentang Kelompok Wanita Tani yang pemasaran hasil tani nya kurang produktif dan ditambah lagi pandemi yang melanda pada awal tahun 2020. Sektor pertanian pun ikut terdampak terutama Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara yang berada di kota Palangkaraya yang agak jauh dari perkotaan. Ditambah lagi Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara ini kekurangan SDM yang produktif yang dapat membantu pemasaran produksi hasil taninya secara maksimal. Kalimantan Tengah menjalankan Program Lumbung Pangan. Salah satunya atas dasar inilah yang melandaskan tim pengbadian akan melakukan beberapa pendampingan dan pemberdayaan secara berkelanjutan. Bagaimana ini sebagai penguatan Sumber Daya Manusia di Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara agar produktif dalam memaksimalkan hasil taninya secara efektif, efisien dan  berkemandirian. Bagaimana tim pengabdian ini memiliki tanggungjawab untuk membantu kelompok usaha kemasyarakatan ini agar memiliki motivasi dalam memasarkan produk hasil taninya melalui Digital Marketing secara berkelanjutan pasca pandemi. Dari pengabdian ini nantinya akan membawa Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara menjadi salah satu contoh KWT yang berkemandirian dalam memasarkan produk secara digital serta turut berkontribusi besar bersama kelompok tani lainnya dan Pemerintah dalam pembangunan secara berkelanjutan di Sektor Pertanian.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kapasitas, Kelompok Wanita Tani, Digital Marketing, Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Pandemi

Abstract

This study focuses on addressing the accessibility challenges faced by students with disabilities in higher education by integrating sign language videos with PowerPoint presentations. The objective is to improve learning outcomes and inclusivity, particularly for students with hearing impairments. Using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional model, the research developed a video-based learning system tailored to the needs of disabled students. Data were collected from students at faculty of business and informatics, palangkaraya muhammadiyah university. Findings reveal significant improvements in accessibility, engagement, and comprehension, with a 38% increase in material access and a 31% improvement in understanding complex concepts. The study concludes that incorporating sign language into educational content not only facilitates better learning outcomes but also promotes active student participation. This research highlights the potential for future development of assistive technologies to create inclusive learning environments in higher education.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Barito Selatan dalam pengembangan kualitas produk, strategi branding, dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Program dilaksanakan pada 12 September 2025 di Aula Kantor Departemen Agama Kabupaten Barito Selatan dengan melibatkan 55 peserta yang mayoritas bergerak di sektor kuliner dan kerajinan. Metode kegiatan berbentuk pelatihan terintegrasi yang menggabungkan penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik langsung, sehingga setiap peserta dapat menghasilkan luaran nyata berupa checklist kualitas produk, profil identitas merek, dan kalender konten digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 90,9% peserta berhasil menyusun checklist kualitas produk, 87,3% mampu menyusun profil identitas merek, dan 83,6% menghasilkan kalender konten digital mingguan. Selain itu, 76,4% peserta sudah mampu membuat contoh konten promosi sederhana yang siap diunggah di media sosial. Respon peserta sangat positif, ditunjukkan dengan antusiasme tinggi dan testimoni yang menyatakan bahwa pelatihan memberikan pemahaman praktis yang mudah diaplikasikan. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik dapat memperkuat kapasitas UMKM lokal dalam menjaga konsistensi kualitas, membangun identitas merek yang kuat, serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas akses pasar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berlanjut dengan pendampingan berkesinambungan agar dampak yang dihasilkan lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.
