Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antar teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada perilaku prososial anak.  Interaksi antar teman sebaya tersebut memungkinkan anak-anak untuk berinteraksi dan mengenal berbagai bentuk perilaku prososial. Interaksi antar satu anak dengan lainnya ditandai dengan adanya komunikasi dua arah, yang pada umumnya anak-anak mengemas komunikasi tersebut dalam bentuk cerita. Salah satu metode bercerita yang dianggap paling efektif untuk merubah perilaku anak adalah metode shared reading.  Secara teknis  shared reading melibatkan komunikasi aktif antara pembaca cerita dengan pendenger. Intervensi selama 10 hari yang dilakukan pada kelompok anak dengan usia beragam (mixed-aged group),  menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada awal sebelum penelitian perilaku prososial anak berada pada total presentase 42.8 % dan setelah diberikan intervensi meningkat sebesar 80,8%. Berdasarkan presentase tersebut, perilaku prososial mengalam peningkatan skor sebesar 38%

Abstract

The concept of family resilience is a family condition that has toughness, physical material and psycho-mental-spiritual abilities to live independently, develop themselves and their families to achieve a state of harmony in improving physical and spiritual well-being. Family resilience needs to be owned by every family so that every family member can fulfill their rights and obligations, which is marked by an attitude of serving as a sign of nobility, intimacy between husband and wife towards a good quality marriage, parents who educate their children, husband and wife who lead with love. , as well as children who hold and honor their parents. Its strategic goals and the concept of family resilience are supported by data from the Central Statistics Agency which shows there are around 81,210,230 families in Indonesia based on the Inter-Census Population Survey in 2015. The purpose of this research is to provide training to mothers to improve their caring capacity in preschool children who are tested through the dimensions of the instrument parenting capacities focus on stimulation. Program effectiveness was tested through the-before-after study design experimental research method, based on the dimensions of parenting capacity consisting of: (1) children's cognitive development and potential through interaction; (2) communication, speaking and responding to children's language and questions; (3) encourage and participate in children's play; (4) promote educational opportunities; and (5) facilitating children to face life's challenges. The training strategy was developed using family resilience-based psychoeducation which was packaged through blended training for mothers for 10 days involving 50 mothers in Cimahi City, West Java. The results show that the mother's ability to raise children effectively increases after participating in a family resilience-based psychoeducation program.AbstrakKonsep ketahanan keluarga merupakan kondisi keluarga yang memiliki ketangguhan, kemampuan fisik material dan psikis mental spiritual guna hidup mandiri, mengembangkan diri, dan keluarganya untuk mencapai keadaan harmonis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan lahir dan batin. Ketahanan keluarga perlu dimiliki oleh setiap keluarga agar setiap anggota keluarga dapat terpenuhi hak dan kewajibannya, yang ditandai dengan sikap melayani sebagai tanda kemuliaan, keakraban antara suami-istri menuju kualitas perkawinan yang baik, orangtua yang mendidik anaknya, suami-istri yang memimpin dengan penuh kasih, serta anak-anak yang menaati dan menghormati orangtuanya. Strategisnya tujuan dan konsep ketahanan keluarga didukung dengan data Badan Pusat Statistik yang menunjukkan terdapat sekitar 81.210.230 keluarga di Indonesia berdasarkan Survei Penduduk Antar Sensus di tahun 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pada ibu meningkatkan kapasitas pengasuhannya pada anak prasekolah yang diujikan melalui instrument dimensions of parenting capacity focus pada stimulation. Efektivitas program diuji melalui metode penelitian eksperimen the-before-after study design, berdasarkan dimensi kapasitas pengasuhan yang terdiri atas : (1) child’s cognitive development and potentional through interaction; (2) communication, talking and responding to the child’s language and questions; (3) encouraging and joining the child’s play; (4) promoting educational opportunities; dan (5) facilitating child to meet challenges of life. Strategi pelatihan disusun menggunakan psikoedukasi berbasis ketahanan keluarga yang dikemas melalui blended training pada ibu selama 10 hari dengan melibatkan 50 orang ibu di Kota Cimahi, Jawa Barat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan ibu dalam mengasuh anak efektif meningkat setelah mengikuti program psikoedukasi berbasis ketahanan keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to stimulate prosocial communication through active two-way communication in dialogic reading speech method. Prosocial behavior reflected in this study consisted of: (1) Helping; (2) Sharingand (3) Comforting. Prosocial behavior is important for children to be accepted and make friends. It supports the process of teaching and learning activities. One intervention that is considered effective in improving prosocial communication is through active two-way communication. This study involved preschool children (n = 100) spread across two early childhood institutions in Bandung Regency using the-before-after-experimental study method consisting of a control group and an experimental group. The result of this study showed that Dialogic reading effectiveness test in the experimental group through dialogic reading method had a significant influence on the prosocial behavior of preschool children (Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0 <α = 0.05).

Abstract

Nutrition is an important source of energy for children to be able to absorb learning information. Various studies have shown that good eating habits, nutritional balance of composition, and physical activity can support children's development. In line with the results of the study, there needs to be a sustainable learning pattern so that the child can easily understand about nutrition, namely parents as the nearest environment of the child as an effort to prevent stunting cases in the child. The participants of this study were 30 mothers in Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province.  This research aims to test the effectiveness of nutritional intelligence programs in mothers as stunting efforts in children through the design of the-before-after study design experiment with two experimental and control research groups. Specifically packaged in the form of training activities that include materials: (1) cooking; (2) healthy eating; (3) fitness; and (4) fun. In general, the average maternal knowledge score of nutritional intelligence and stunting in the experiment group (Mpre test = 97.5 and Mpost test =123.7) both pre-test and post-test had higher scores than the control group (Mpre test = 97.3 and Mpost test= 88.5). By comparison, the control group's pre-test and post-test scores decreased by 4.7%, while the experiment group saw an 11.8% increase in scores. The effectiveness of the learning model can be measured through Mann Whitney tests that compare the average pre and post test scores measured through stunting instruments, which are demonstrated through the significance of scores in the control group and experiments after being given nutritional intelligence programs. This means that nutritional intelligence programs are considered effective in increasing maternal knowledge as an effort to prevent stunting in children.

Abstract

The health emergency situation the spread of the Covid-19 virus that has swept across the world has changed almost a large part of the education system, one of which also has an impact on the level of early education which requires children to study at home. The difference in learning needs and children's development is a challenge for mothers as a significant other child, to continue to meet household needs to fulfill children's learning needs while at home. The psychoeducation program is one of the solutions in providing information and assistance in providing knowledge to mothers when accompanying children to study at home in emergency situations, as the main objective of this study. The process of implementing a psychoeducation program for mothers uses a variety of model information assistance with stages (1) experiencing; (2) reflecting; (3) problem solving; and (4) problem questioning, which was implemented through 10 interventions consisting of 5 times the delivery of psychoeducation information and 5 times assistance in the form of personal counseling, namely mentoring individually to 30 research participants to listen to problems, obstacles, constraints and provide solutions to the problems faced, especially in measuring 40 indicator items consisting of aspects (1) sense of parenting, measuring the mother's knowledge of the importance of positive care from an early age; (2) a sense of learning, which measures the mother's knowledge of children's learning needs; and (3) a sense of risky situation, which measures the mother's knowledge of handling health emergency situations. The research design used one group pretest posttest experimental design, which tested the level of knowledge of the research sample before and after being given an intervention in the form of an educational program. The results show that there is a difference in the mean test of maternal knowledge after receiving a psychoeducation program (Mpre test = 122.033 <Mpost test = 142.7), the effectiveness of the psychoeducation program is considered significant (Sig. (2-tailed)) = 0.000 (<α = 0.05) has an influence on the knowledge of mothers in accompanying children to study at home in emergency situations.
