Abstract

ABSTRACTOptimal public services are an absolute requirement for government administrators. Optimizing public services can be done through innovation, to bring services closer to the community, more accessible, higher quality, and cheaper. The application of innovation is expected to be able to make the products and services produced have added value, each individual is encouraged to work faster, more precisely and carefully, and innovation is expected to give birth to a better work culture. South Tangerang City is an autonomous region that was formed at the end of 2008, so there is a need to increase human resource capacity related to public service innovation. Direct services to the community that are quite highlighted are health services. On this basis, we conduct community service interventions in the form of workshops and mentoring to all heads of UPT South Tangerang City Health Office in order to further optimize service innovation. The workshop is devoted to leadership training alumni who already have innovations in the form of change projects. The activity is carried out between October-November 2019. Before conducting the workshop, identification of service innovations has been carried out. As a result, the head of the UPT has a common perception and strategy to continue and develop public service innovations, especially the results of change projects.ABSTRAKPelayanan publik yang optimal menjadi syarat mutlak bagi penyelenggara pemerintah. Optimalisasi pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan melalui inovasi, untuk mendekatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, lebih mudah diakses, lebih berkualitas, dan lebih murah. Penerapan inovasi diharapkan mampu membuat produk barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai tambah, setiap individu terdorong untuk bekerja lebih cepat, tepat dan cermat, serta inovasi diharapkan melahirkan budaya kerja yang lebih baik. Kota Tangerang Selatan merupakan daerah otonom yang terbentuk pada akhir tahun 2008, sehingga dibutuhkan peningkatan kapasitas SDM terkait inovasi pelayanan publik. Pelayanan langsung pada mayarakat yang cukup disorot adalah layanan kesehatan. Atas dasar tersebut kami melakukan interversi pengabdian berupa workshop dan pendampingan kepada seluruh kepala UPT Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang Selatan agar lebih mengoptimalkan inovasi pelayanan. Workshop dikhususkan pada alumni pelatihan kepemimpinan yang sudah memiliki inovasi berupa proyek perubahan. Kegiatan dilakukan antara bulan Oktober-November 2019. Sebelum melakukan workshop, dilakukan identifikasi inovasi pelayanan yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasilnya, kepala UPT mempunyai persamaan persepsi dan strategi untuk melanjutkan dan mengembangkan inovasi pelayanan publik khususnya hasil proyek perubahan.

Abstract

Pertandingan olah raga adalah salah satu hal yang sangat favorit untuk kalangan remaja, ini mengakibatkan penonton penuh sesak di dalam stadion. Latar belakang dari pembuatan simulator ini adalah memudahkan penghitungan orang dalam stadion futsal.Oleh karena itu dibuatlah suatu alat dalam bentuk miniatur atau dalam skala percobaan dengan panjang 40 cm, lebar 30 cm, tinggi 30 cm dan tinggi pintu 15 cm, lebar 13 cm. Alat ini dikendalikan otomatis dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller Atmega 16a. Dari hasil pengujian simulator bahwa pada sensor pintu masuk jika terdapat dilewati dari luar kedalam maka sistem counter akan bekerja menghitung mundur dari angka tertinggi sampai terendah (50 sampai dengan 0 seat), dan pada sensor suhu LM35DZ jika mendeteksi suhu 26°C maka terukur tegangan 0,26 Volt dan pada putaran Kipasdisesuaikan dengan kondisi suhu di dalam stadion yang dibagi menjadi 3 kecepetan yaitu Low saat kondisi suhu ruangan sudah diatas 30°C, tetapi masih dibawah 36°C, middle saat kondisi suhu ruangan sudah diatas 35°C, tetapi masih dibawah 41°C dan High saat kondisi suhu ruangan sudah diatas 40°C.

Abstract

Implementation of effective talent management at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) has an important role in optimizing talent potential and improving organizational performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of talent management in MMAF focusing on the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with high-ranking officials, administrators, and functional officials who are directly involved in managing talent management at the Ministry. The results of the study found that the factors that influence the implementation of talent management in MMAF are (1) top management's commitment to talent management plays an important role in creating an environment that supports effective talent management, (2) clear policies and procedures in talent management facilitate the implementation and monitoring of these programs, (3) structured career development and learning opportunities help motivate employees to work better and stay in the organization and (4) proper rewards and recognition for employee achievements and contributions can increase job satisfaction and talent retention. This research provides recommendations to the Ministry to develop competitive strategies to attract, develop and retain quality talent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses identifikasi pelatihan yang diperlukan bagi mahasiswa guna memasuki dunia kerja dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan individual mahasiswa dan tuntutan pasar kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dengan ketiga metode ini penelitia akan mampu mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian. Data ini diambil dari mahasiswa aktif semester 6 yang telah melakukan praktik industri dan alumni yang telah bekerja. Dua kelompok informan tersebut berdasarkan pada kriteria kemampuan dalam mengidentifkasi kesenjangan atau gap antara kemampuan/keterampilan yang dibekali oleh program studi dan kemampuan/keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia kerja. Terdapat total 40 mahasiswa aktif dan alumni yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

According to Law Number 20 of 2003, education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. Every citizen aged 6 (six) years can participate in the compulsory education program. Biaya Operasional Pendidikan (BOP) are the main source of school financing budgeted through the DKI Jakarta Regional Budget. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government organizes a BOP assistance program for State Education Units. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the BOP fund assistance program must accommodate school needs related to the provision of facilities and infrastructure in education units.  SMKN 60 West Jakarta is the research locus because it is the only Tourism SMKN that has the largest budget for maintaining its facilities and infrastructure in the West Jakarta Education Sub-dept. II Region in the 2023 Fiscal Year and the only SMKN out of a total of 63 SMKNs in DKI Jakarta that received rehabilitation funds for repairs and demolition of school buildings in the 2022 Fiscal Year. Based on these conditions, an analysis of the strategy for implementing the BOP funding policy at  SMKN 60 West Jakarta will be carried out along with the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the policy. It is hoped that the implementation of the BOP funding policy will be effective, transparent and accountable in educational units, especially at  SMKN 60 West Jakarta.

Abstract

Religious moderation is closely related to tolerance, tolerance in Indonesia is never separated from the role of women, women have many contributions in social life through digital space, especially in preventing radicalism. The purpose of this paper is to find out the role of women in realizing religious moderation in the digital era. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. The results of this discussion state that women have a major role in building and maintaining the various kinds of tolerance that Indonesia needs. The role of women in realizing religious moderation can be seen; First, women as mothers and wives always reap the seeds of peace and justice. Second, women also play a role as community members who always plant the seeds of peace in society. Third, millennial women always actively participate in campaigning for justice, tolerance and peace on social media so that cases of degrading things that are different from women can be minimized with content that educates the virtual world community where the majority of Indonesian people always surf on social media every day.
