Abstract

Patient Treatment Time Prediction Algorithm was very important to build an outpatient queue system at the hospital. This study aims to build a system of outpatient queues to predict the waiting time of outpatients in the eye clinic at one of Cirebon hospitals. Patient Treatment Time Prediction algorithm was calculated based on historical data or medical records of patients in the hospital with 120 patient data. The Patient Treatment Time Prediction algorithm was trained by improved Random Forest algorithm for each service and a waiting time for each service. Prediction of waiting time for each patient service was obtained by calculating the consumption of patient care time based on patient characteristics. The waiting time for each service predicted by the trained Patient Treatment Time Prediction algorithm is the total waiting time of patients in the queue for each service. This research resulted in a system that can show the time taken by patients in every service available in the eye clinic. Patient time consumption in each service produced varies according to the patient's condition, in this case based on the patient's gender and age. This research provides benefits in terms of improving performance in each department involved, optimizing human resources, and increasing patient satisfaction. This research can be developed for each department in the hospital.

Abstract

Abstract: Improving the quality of education is a trigger for strategies in management to improve the quality and strength of schools. Every school must have a desire to compete so as to obtain quality school quality that can be viewed well by the wider community. Thus, the role of management is very important needed in an educational institution in order to create a better quality of education than before. Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the management concepts that can help in an organization to improve quality. This article aims to introduce how school management in improving the quality of education in schools includes: (1) Programs that can improve school quality (2) Program planning that can improve the quality of education in schools (3) Implementation of school programs that can improve school quality management (4) Evaluation of programs in improving the quality of education in schools. UM Laboratory Junior High School has various excellent programs that bridge schools to high-quality educational institutions. One of these programs is the Creativity Event (JANGTAS). This article uses qualitative research methods where data are obtained through observation and interviews as well as various other literature as a basis for conducting research. It is hoped that the planned program can improve the quality and quality of education in schools. Abstrak: Peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan pemicu strategi dalam manajemen untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kekuatan sekolah. Setiap sekolah pasti memiliki keinginan untuk bersaing sehingga diperoleh kualitas sekolah yang berkualitas yang dapat dilihat dengan baik oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan demikian, peran manajemen sangat penting dibutuhkan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan agar tercipta kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah salah satu konsep manajemen yang dapat membantu dalam suatu organisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan bagaimana manajemen sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah meliputi: (1) Program yang dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah (2) Perencanaan program yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah (3) Pelaksanaan program sekolah yang dapat meningkatkan manajemen mutu sekolah (4) Evaluasi program dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. SMP Laboratorium UM memiliki berbagai program unggulan yang menjembatani sekolah dengan lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas. Salah satu program tersebut adalah Acara Kreativitas (JANGTAS). Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara serta berbagai literatur lainnya sebagai dasar untuk melakukan penelitian. Diharapkan program yang direncanakan dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract : Supervision is part of school-specific management. The principal's leadership is essential to understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the school. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure and improve the quality of teaching, especially in schools. Ensuring and improving the quality of education cannot be separated from quality management. Improving quality does not have to be public schools, private schools must also improve the quality of their education to support better education in Indonesia. In this case, quality control measures are always needed. The weak commitment of principals, teachers and lecturers to the implementation of quality assurance and the limited number of competent employees make the school quality assurance system ineffective. Currently, school counseling can be done not only offline, but also online through digital media. The use of digital media requires employees who manage digital media. The purpose of this study is to find out how human resources can be prepared to improve the quality of education with the help of digital counseling in schools.  Abstrak : Pengawasan merupakan bagian dari manajemen khusus sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk memastikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, khususnya di sekolah. Menjamin dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tidak lepas dari manajemen mutu. Meningkatkan kualitas tidak harus sekolah negeri, sekolah swasta juga harus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya untuk mendukung pendidikan yang lebih baik di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, tindakan pengendalian mutu selalu diperlukan. Lemahnya komitmen kepala sekolah, guru dan dosen terhadap pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu serta terbatasnya jumlah pegawai yang kompeten membuat sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah tidak efektif. Saat ini konseling sekolah dapat dilakukan tidak hanya secara offline, tetapi juga secara online melalui media digital. Penggunaan media digital membutuhkan karyawan yang mengelola media digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang dapat disiapkan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan dengan bantuan penyuluhan digital di sekolah.

Abstract

Diharapkan dalam program yang telah direncanakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta mutu pendidikan pada sekolah.
