Abstract

Jasa laundry di sekitar Kelurahan Plombokan Kecamatan Semarang Utara Kota Semarang Provinsi Jawa Tengah saat ini terus meningkat dikarenakan adanya potensi usaha dari laundry di dalam perkembangan aktivitas masyarakat, mengingat letak Kelurahan Plombokan sangat strategis yang berada di dekat Pusat Pemerintahan Kota Semarang dan beberapa sekolah. Pengembangan produk sabun herbal yang ramah lingkungan perlu daya dukung baik sarana, prasarana, organisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia maupun pemasaran sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan wiraistri (wirausaha istri) dalam pembuatan, pembukuan, serta pemasaran sabun herbal ramah lingkungan berbahan kelapa sawit (Elais ginesiss Jacq). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi aktivitas berbasis kelompok yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh sehingga mampu mengakomodir seluruh aspek usaha dari peningkatan mindset wirausaha, tersedianya sarana dan prasarana guna menjalankan usaha dari pengembangan manajemen pemasaran melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan produk sabun herbal. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan wiraistri dalam pembuatan sabun herbal ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of owner's knowledge, business scale, business age on the success of business performance by using accounting information as a moderating variable. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of human life, from health to the economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Blora Regency are one of the industries affected by the pandemic. The population in this study is the perpetrators of MSMEs owners of Blora specialties. Through this research obtained 30 respondents with various kinds of business. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of research and data analysis using multiple linear regression and MRA shows that: (1) the knowledge of the owner has a significant negative effect on the success of business performance; (2) business scale has a significant positive effect on the success of business performance; (3) business age has a significant negative effect on the success of business performance; (4) the use of accounting information is moderated negatively on the relationship of owner knowledge to the success of business performance; (5) the use of accounting information is moderated positively on the relationship between business scale and business performance success; (6) the use of accounting information which is moderated negatively on the relationship between business age and business performance success.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman menuntut setiap individu untuk maju dan berkembang, dalam bidang pekerjaan juga dituntut untuk menggunakan aplikasi pembantu dalam peremcanaan perusahaan. Sistem ERP merupakan sebuah sistem yang lebih baik dalam menjalankan proses bisnis Perum Bulog Kanwil Jateng. Penelitian ini menjadi laporan bahwa sistem yang akan di terapkan harus membutuhkan banyak penyesuaian dan adaptasi secara berkala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan teori terdahulu dengan realita yang telah terjadi di Perum BULOG Kanwil Jateng setelah perusahaan mengimplememtasikan sistem ERP. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menemukan suatu permasalahan tekait pembaruan dan pemberlakuan sistem informasi di Perum BULOG Kanwil Jateng, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakmaksimalan penerapan sistem yang cepat dan efektif. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how digital marketing affects tourism destination promotion. In the increasingly developing digital era, traditional marketing has shifted, where digital marketing plays an increasingly important role in attracting tourists and building the image of tourist destinations. The study's findings demonstrate the substantial impact that digital marketing impact on increasing the exposure and reach of tourism destination promotion. Through social media, sponsored advertising, graphic content, and search engine optimization (SEO), tourist destinations are able to reach a wider and more targeted audience. In addition, digital marketing has also been proven to be able to improve the positive image of destinations through user reviews, influencer involvement, and interesting content. The application of technological tools like augmented reality and virtual tours provides a more interactive experience for potential tourists, thereby increasing the attractiveness of the destination. This study's conclusion is that digital marketing is a very effective tool in promoting tourist destinations, both in terms of costs and results obtained. The implementation of the right digital marketing strategy can help tourist destinations increase the number of visits, strengthen their image, and maintain competitiveness in the global tourism market.

Abstract

Abstrak— This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and dividend policy on firm value in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX during 2019–2023. Firm value is important because it reflects performance and prospects that influence investment decisions. Ownership structure as an internal factor can affect firm value through supervision and incentives, while dividend policy, as measured by the dividend payout ratio (DPR), can be a signal of financial conditions to investors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method and secondary data from annual financial reports. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression, as well as classical assumption tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that managerial and institutional ownership have a significant effect on firm value, but do not have a significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy also does not have a significant effect on firm value. The limitation of this study is the low Adjusted R² value in the dividend policy model. Therefore, it is recommended that further research use a wider object and add financial ratio variables to obtain a more comprehensive understanding
