Abstract

This community service aims to provide the residents of Puri Nirwana Pandanwangi Housing with skills, especially women, to be able to apply makeup to support their appearance and career because not all of them can apply makeup well. This training is in collaboration with the Puri Nirwana Pandanwangi Housing Association because the majority of women who are female are career women. Makeup training activities can be used for daily makeup, work, or to attend important events or meetings.Participants take part in this training activity from start to finish even with limited time, and keep their distance during the activity in the context of social restrictions to prevent the Covid 19 virus. The knowledge gained during this training activity is directly applied by the training participants by dressing themselves, and the make-up made by the participants was very satisfying.

Abstract

Small businesses such as home industries have to face various obstacles to expand their product markets. One of the obstacles is the products offered are not well known to the public because there is no brand label attached to the product packaging. Seeing the importance of brand labels on a product, it is important to be able to participate in small businesses to provide additional knowledge of the function and use of brand labels in product marketing. This community service aims to provide direction about the benefits of labels to introduce products to a wider market.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting, tidak hanya sebatas ketika transaksi selesai dilakukan. Pemasaran yang menekankan pentingnya membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan disebut relationship marketing. Salah satu upaya untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan adalah dengan berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan. Periklanan merupakan salah satu cara berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dalam komunikasi pemasaran terintegrasi. Periklanan dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai media baik itu televisi, radio, surat kabar, majalah, internet, maupun melalui sosial media seperti yang populer dilakukan belakangan ini. Usaha kecil dapat beriklan dengan biaya yang relatif lebih terjangkau yaitu dengan beriklan melalui sosial media salah satunya melalui instagram. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengarahan tentang pembuatan feed instagram untuk penerapan relationship marketing. Kata Kunci: Relationship Marketing, Feed Instagram, Usaha Jasa ABSTRACT The activity of establishing relationships with customers is important, not only when the transaction is completed. Marketing that emphasizes the importance of building relationships with customers is called relationship marketing. One of the efforts to build long-term relationships with customers is to communicate with customers. Advertising is one way of communicating with customers in integrated marketing communications. Advertising can be done through various media, like for example, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, the internet, or through social media as is popular lately. Small businesses can advertise at a relatively more affordable cost, namely by advertising through social media, one of which is through Instagram. Abstract

When talking about current business developments, there has been a lot of talk about where 2023 is the year towards a recession situation. This condition will certainly have an impact on all aspects of the main activities of the business sector, which inevitably must be prepared to face heavy burdens not only due to intense competition, but also sluggish conditions which can reduce business turnover. Of course, it's not strange if the end of all business is to get maximum income in which it must be considered as profit. Various efforts need to be made by all business scales, including MSMEs. Even though there is a long story that MSMEs always manage to get through even difficult situations, of course you can't if you just wait for what will happen in the future. One effort that can be done by adjusting all the resources owned by a place of business is to strengthen the business name and promote it more broadly through a business profile (company profile) that can be reached by the whole community as potential customers. A business profile that can highlight various characteristics of a place of business not only enhances a positive image in the eyes of consumers but also can reach some opportunities to bring in investors who can work together to develop the business.

Abstract

Marketing is often interpreted narrowly as the activity of distributing products from producers to consumers, even though in fact it is not just that activity. Advertising is one of the many activities in marketing. All activities in marketing need to be integrated with each other so as to produce a mature marketing concept. Likewise with advertising activities which are one of the communication activities in integrated marketing communications. In small businesses, generally communication activities are carried out separately and have not yet integrated their communication activities. This community service aims to provide guidance on the importance of conducting integrated marketing communications, namely integrating marketing communication activities in the form of sales promotions that have already been carried out by partners with advertising.

Abstract

The research's purpose is to examine the effect of consumers' psychological factors consist of motivation, perception, learning, beliefs, and attitudes toward online purchase decisions. This research focuses on Gen Z in the Malang Raya that have made purchases through the marketplace especially Shopee which is not deeply studied yet on previous research. The sample of this research is 97 respondents by purposive sampling. Data analysis has conducted by multiple linear regression. Finding of this research is a phycological factor has a significant effect on online purchase decisions.

Abstract

Variety seeking behavior is often found in generation Z. This research aims to explore the influence of variety seeking behavior in generation Z on brand switching. This research is an explanatory research type involving 58 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique from the population of students who use fragrance products. The criteria used in selecting respondents were that respondents purchased and used fragrance products of at least two different brands, and respondents were individuals from generation Z. The hypothesis testing technique was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that generation Z's variety seeking behavior has a positive effect on brand switching.

Abstract

Sosial media merupakan salah satu media penghubung informasi dan komunikasi dari produsen ke konsumen di manapun mereka berada dan berapapun jaraknya. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang tepat sebagai media pemasaran di era digital ini. Melihat jangkauan pengguna Instagram yang luas akan menjadi media potensial untuk mengembangkan jangkauan pemasaran, sehingga UKM dapat memanfaatkan lebih optimal. Instagram mempunyai banyak fitur yang dapat membantu UKM untuk mengembangkan pemasarannya. Salah satu fiturnya adalah Instagram Shopping yaitu serangkaian fitur yang memungkinkan orang untuk berbelanja dengan mudah lewat foto dan video merek Anda di seluruh Instagram.yang di dalamnya ada toko dan etalase dengan halaman detail produk. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar pelaku UKM memiliki pengetahuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan Instagram Shopping dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk. fitur-fitur pada Instagram Shooping juga memudahkan berbagai skala usaha untuk menampilkan usahanya yaitu fitur: Instagram Shopping Tag, Katalog Produk, Halaman Detail Produk, Instagram Shopping Ads, Shopping Tag di Akun tertentu dan Product Luanches. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah publikasi jurnal Pengabdian ber-ISSN, publikasi media massa online, adanya penerapan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra.

Abstract

The various products offered by online-based businesses certainly bring challenges to catch consumers' attention. Understanding the importance of a product's appearance (product visual) in high competition opens the eyes of businessmen who want to get involved in online businesses that require thorough preparation, one of which is the aspect of the product's visual appearance displayed on the online platform used. One of the main focuses of this community service is aligned with the needs of partners is to develop the market by trying to expand through the marketplace, so the service team maximizes resources and efforts to be able to help maximize the application of product visuals to strengthen the products offered in the online platform so they can attract the attention of online shopping lovers to look for further product information from the existence of aesthetic product images. The method used in this community service activity is assistance starting from determining the appropriate concept, selecting product variants that are superior products, and consulting with photography experts to get product photos that contain photography/aesthetics aspects. The result of this community service is some photos of the product that are ready to be uploaded on a social media or marketplace platform.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to identify the problems faced by small businesses within the congregation of the AL Islami Mosque, RT. 03 RW. 17 Sudimoro, Mojolangu Sub-district, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, and to provide appropriate solutions to improve knowledge and skills in the areas of Service Quality and customer loyalty. The methods used in this PKM are: observation, to observe ongoing activities, interviews, to explore problems and solutions, and simulations, to find the most appropriate solutions to the problems faced. The technology to be implemented in this PKM can be in the form of lectures, meaning participants are gathered in a specific room and given a lecture on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. It can also take the form of practical guidance and training, discussions of field experiences, or simulations, demonstrating how businesses attract potential customers and ultimately develop loyal customers.
