Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya peralihan kehidupan narapidana ketika masuk ke Lapas menimbulkan masalah-masalah yang akan mempengaruhi seorang narapidana dalam bersikap dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Hal tersebut dirasakan narapidana bagaimana mereka merasakan beratnya menjalani proses hukum yang panjang dan berat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi narapidana di rumah tahanan Direktorat Perawatan Tahanan dan Barang Bukti Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ada 65 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi narapidana di Rumah Tahanan Direktorat Perawatan Tahanan dan Barang Bukti Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji korelasi yang diperoleh dari nilai rs = 0,559 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01).

Abstract

This study aims to examine a relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement mediated by work life balance. The total sample used is 165 members of the Subbagrenmin Ditsamapta Polda Central Java. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The instrument used on the employee engagement variable is based on the theory of Schaufeli and Bakker using a Likert scale, the organizational climate scale is based on the theory of Swift & Campbell, the work life balance scale is based on the theory of Fisher, Bulger & Smith. The results of this study indicate that first; there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and work life balance, Second; there is a positive and significant relationship between work life balance and employee engagement, Third; there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement, Fourth; There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement mediated by work life balance. The implication of this research shows that to increase employee engagement, organizations need to also pay attention to the work life balance factor for their members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap work-life balance anggota polisi wanita di Polres Salatiga. Adapun populasi yang digunakan adalah anggota polwan di Polres Salatiga yang sudah menikah, berjumlah 72 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive  sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 62 orang. Variabel work-life balance dan dukungan sosial keluarga diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan work-life balance anggota polisi wanita di Polres Salatiga ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,00 ( p < 1% ), sedangkan arah hipotesis positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai korelasi  0,642  artinya semakin tinggi dukungan sosial keluarga maka semakin tinggi pula work-life balance yang dimiliki individu sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan sosial keluarga yang dimiliki individu tersebut, maka semakin rendah pula work-life balance yang dimiliki. Besarnya sumbangan efektif yang diberikan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap work-life balance sebesar 41,2 %.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan antara burnout dengan work life balance di Polda Jateng. Hiotesis pada penelitiian ini adalah ada hubungan yang negatif antara Burnout terhadap Work-life Balance pada anggota Kompi 3 Batalyon B Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jateng. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah anggota Kompi 3 dan 4 Batalyon B Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jateng yaitu sebanyak 99 orang responden yang berada di kantor (tidak sedang tugas ke luar). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data pada penelitan ini menggnakan skala work life balance dengan burnout. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data uji korelasi spearman menghasilkan nilai rs = - 0,782 dengan p<0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara burnout terhadap work life balance pada anggota kompi 3 dan 4 Batalyon B Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Jateng. Semakin tinggi Work-life Balance, maka semakin rendah Burnout dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Work-life Balance, maka semakin tinggi Burnout. Sumbangan efektif cukup besar Burnout terhadap work life balance sebesar 58,2 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa keterkaitan antara keharmonisan keluarga terhadap kenakalan remaja di daerah Lokalisasi Sunan Kuning. Subjek penelitian ini adalah remaja di daerah Lokalisasi Sunan Kuning RW 4 Kecamatan Kalibanteng Kulon Semarang Barat yang berjumlah  123 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Kenakalan Remaja dan Skala Keharmonisan Keluarga. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan negatif dan siginifikan antara Keharmonisan keluarga terhadap kenakalan remaja dengan nilai rs = - 0,413 ( p < 1% ). Keharmonisan keluarga juga memberi sumbangan efektif terhadap kenakalan remaja sebesar 19,1% dan sisanya sebesar 80,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-determination and self-adjustment among Youth Non-Commissioned Officers at the Central Java Regional Police Ditsamapta. The population in this study were all members of the Central Java Regional Police Ditsamapta youth non-commissioned officers, totaling 115 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample size was 85 people because 30 were female teenage non-commissioned officers (Polwan). Data analysis in this study used Spearman correlation analysis. This research uses a psychological scale data collection method in the form of a Likert scale which consists of two scales, namely, a 24-item self-determination scale (? = 0.957) and a 24-item self-adjustment scale (? = 0.963). Based on the hypothesis proposed, namely "There is a positive relationship between self-determination and individual self-adjustment", it can be accepted. This is shown by the significance value = 0.000, which means that the self-determination variable has a significant effect on individual self-adjustment, while the positive value of the Spearman coefficient rs = +0.915 indicates that the higher the individual's self-determination, the higher the self-adjustment, conversely, the lower the determination. the self they have, the lower their self-adjustment will be. Meanwhile, the effective contribution value of the self-determination variable to self-adjustment is 85.2%, while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-control felt by members of the Dit Samapta Polda Tengah Jateng Kalisari Semarang. The population in this study were members of the Dit Samapta Polda Kalisari Semarang, Central Java, totaling 140 people. The number of samples used in this research was 120 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This research uses a psychological scale data collection method in the form of a Likert scale which consists of two scales, namely, an emotional intelligence scale of 40 items (? = 0.907) and a self-control scale of 10 items (? = 0.887). Based on the hypothesis proposed in this research, namely: "There is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and self-control in members of the Dit Ssmapta Polda Tengah Kalisari Semarang", indicating that the hypothesis can be accepted. This is shown by the value of rs = 0.740 with p = 0.000 ( p < 1% ) meaning "Emotional intelligence influences self-control in members of the Directorate of Samapta, Central Java Regional Police, Kalisari Semarang Keywords: justice self-control emotional intelligence

Abstract

Job satisfaction for police officers is a very important factor because the satisfaction they obtain also determines a positive attitude towards work and this is influenced by a sense of organizational justice. The aim of this research is to empirically test and analyze the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction variable is measured using a Likert scale which is based on aspects of job satisfaction, namely job security, opportunities for advancement and development, salary, working conditions, and communication. The organizational justice variable is measured using a Likert scale which is based on two aspects of leadership, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice which consists of two components, namely interpersonal justice and information justice. The population in this study was members of the Salatiga Police Samapta Unit, totaling 120 people, using a saturated sampling technique / census technique. The results of this research prove that there is a positive and very significant correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction as shown by the correlation value rs = 0.816 (p < 1%), the coefficient of determination is 59.9% and the remaining 40.1%. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between internal locus of control and Fear of Success among married female police officers in MAPOLDA Central Java. The population in this study were all female police officers who were married and served at the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters, totaling 115 people with a sample of 78 married female police officers at the Central Java Regional Police Headquarters. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling technique. This research uses a psychological scale data collection method in the form of a Likert scale which consists of two scales, namely, the internal locus of control scale with 28 items (? = 0.900) and the Fear of Success scale with 24 items (? = 0.899). Based on the hypothesis proposed in this research, namely: "There is a relationship between internal locus of control and fear of success", indicating that the hypothesis can be accepted. This is shown by the value of rs = - 0.880 with p = 0.000 (p < 5%) meaning "The higher the internal locus of control the individual has, the lower the fear of success in the individual, conversely the lower the internal locus of control the individual has, the The lower the fear of success in the individual." The effective contribution value of the internal locus of control variable to the fear of success is 74.9%, while most of the peace, namely 25.1%, is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of Field Force employees at PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA Semarang. The sample for this research was the PT ANUGRAH ARGON MEDICA field force team in Semarang and its surroundings, namely 91 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses Spearman Correlation. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance as indicated by the correlation value rs = +0.410 with significance = 0.000 (p < 5%). This research also shows that there is no difference in performance between male and female employees as indicated by sig = 0.365 (p > 5%) but on the contrary there is a difference in job satisfaction between male and female employees as indicated by sig = 0.011 (p < 5%) where male employees show higher job satisfaction than female employees, especially in the field force. Apart from that, the results of this study also found that there was no relationship between length of service and employee work placement with the level of performance and job satisfaction felt with sig. > 5%.
