Abstract

Kuta Padang village is located in the city of Meulaboh, where the problems that often is flood and inundation caused by the capacity of drainage channels that are not able to accommodate runoff discharge and due to changes in land use into trade areas. The purpose of this study are apply the infiltration wells technique as an effort and strategic for handling inundation and flood by excessive rainwater runoff in drainage channels and as an alternative to groundwater conservation in minimize surface runoff. The results of Permeability test show that the value of the permeability coefficient (k) = 6,283.10-5 m/sec or 22.62 cm/hour with a types of soil in Kuta Padang Village including fine sand soils with a low permeability classification and satisfy the technical requirements of SNI No. 03-2453-2002 in infiltration well planning. At the location of research study, can be implemented planning individual infiltration wells and communal infiltration wells. Individual infiltration wells with a diameter of 1 meter or radius = 0.5 meter and depth of 2 meters. Communal infiltration well with discharge based on the area of the house and yard and planning discharge based on the area of the roof is planned to be 2 meters in diameter well or radius = 1 meter and depth of 2.5 meters. total required of communal infiltration wells is 30 units and 33 units with flood discharge efficiencies > 95%.

Abstract

Fresh water is a basic human need, hence, utilization of water needs was not limited.  PDAM Tirta Meulaboh as local government water management company has not been able to meet the needs offresh water for the community, where the level of service that is produced is not running properly and optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study related to the performance of the freshwater distribution service system, which the study aims to see the real condition of the water distribution network performance and problems of water loss that occurs in PDAM Tirta Meulaboh. The method that applied in this research is survey and quantitative methods which is supported by the primary data and secondary data. Based on the analysis results obtained that the discharge of average usage which is produced is just in 106.92 liters/person/day, where the shortage of fresh water needs of each customer on average >23 liters/person/day. Analysis of the rate of water loss in 2013 obtained that water loss reached 35.07% with water loss 783.967 m3/year or Rp 2.024.202.794/year. Based on the results of the NRW program analysis with ILI method obtained that ILI value of 38,5 with an average pressure of only 0,03 m.  According to theTarget Table Matrix concluded that leakage or loss of water in zone service of Johan Pahlawan of PDAM Tirta Meulaboh belongs to the class D with ILI >16 and the leakage rate of >200 liters/connection/day. From these conditions, water loss that can not be cashed of 403.106 m3/year or 51,42% from  water loss 783.967 m3/year.

Abstract

Saat melakukan suatu kegiatan Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Sumber Daya Air (SDA) terhadap jaringan irigasi tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kegiatan seperti usaha mengatur kebutuhan air, menjaga kondisi bendung dan jaringan irigasi agar tetap pada fungsinya, kegiatan pemeliharaan juga harus dilakukan secara sistematis. Penyusunan Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (AKNOP) ialah langkah perencanaan kegiatan Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (OP)  yang tersusun secara sistematis yang didasarkan pada keadaan infrastruktur saaat ini hingga pengeluarannya bisa dijadikan acuan untuk kegiatan OP. Daerah irigasi Jeuram memiliki luas 12.685 ha, Permasalahan yang akan diidentifikasi adalah seperti apa kinerja dari sistem irigasi Jeuram saat ini dan berapakah rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan operasi dan pemeliharaannya. Studi ini menggunakan metode observasi, Indeks kinerja D.I Jeuram masuk kedalam kategori sedang dengan besaran indeks adalah 69,64%. dengan wawancara melalui Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) operasi dan pemeliharaan pada D.I Jeuram memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp.682.400.000 (Enam Ratus Delapan Puluh Juta Empat Ratus Ribu Rupiah).
