Abstract

Bracing is a reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures so that the main components can work optimally and become one unit when receiving earthquake loads. Bracing has been widely applied as an effort to strengthen the building structure. Bracing also consists of various elements ranging from reinforced concrete, steel, and others. The object of research is a 6-story campus building located in the Babarsari area of Yogyakarta. This campus building is considered vulnerable because the distance from the Opak fault is only approximately 6 km, not only that the campus building is also not far from the Mataram Ditch with a distance of about 1 km. This ditch stretches from north to south Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the deviation between the use of type V and Λ bracing in the campus building. The method used in this engineering refers to the regulations of SNI 1726:2019 “Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung”, SNI 1727:2020 “Beban Minimum Untuk Perancangan Gedung dan Struktur Lain”, and SNI 2847:2019 “Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk bangunan Gedung”, The analysis was carried out with the help of ETABS V.19 software. The results obtained are the value of the decrease in deviation between floors in the X and Y axes. The average value of the type V bracing deviation is 5.40 in the X direction and 5.63 in the Y direction, and the average value of the type Λ bracing deviation is 39.27 in the X direction and 24.23 in the direction Y, so if an earthquake occurs in the campus building, it will reduce structural damage, so that the building can be said to be safe.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut pelaku bisnis untuk memiliki strategi bisnis yang baik untuk bertahan dan mampu bersaing. Aplikasi merupakan salah satu hal yang mutlak dimiliki oleh pelaku bisnis untuk membantu kegiatan bisnis dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Laundry Q Pontianak memerlukan aplikasi pelayanan jasa dan persediaan bahan baku guna memastikan kegiatan bisnis yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai database, WampServer sebagai server dan Crystal Report sebagai aplikasi yang membantu cetakan laporan.Kata Kunci : Strategi Bisnis, Aplikasi, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL

Abstract

Bangunan condotel merupakan salah satu fasilitas publik yang harus diperhatikan baik segi keamanan maupun kenyamanannya.Berbagai bentuk bangunan condotel di desainsedemikian rupa agar terlihat artistik sehingga menarik para pelancong untuk menginap. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam sepuluh tahun belakangan mulai ramai pembangunan gedung bertingkat banyak termasuk berbagai apartemen, hotel, condotel, bahkan mall. Berada di lokasi wilayah gempa sedang, maka Awana Condotel Yogyakarta menjadi objek penelitian kali ini. Berbagai peraturan terkait keamanan bangunan Gedung telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, hal ini guna menjamin mutu baik kualitas maupun kuantitas dari bangunan tersebut.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yang pertama adalah mengevaluasi kinerja tahanan gempa Awana Condotel Yogyakartabaik dari arah x maupun dari arah y, yang kedua adalah bagaimana pola keruntuhan yang terjadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah analisis pushover dengan bantuan software SAP2000v.14untuk menghitungperformance based designberdasarkan peraturanApplied Technology Council (ATC-40). Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka, didapatkan nilai performance point untuk arah x danarah y sebesar 0,002. Hasil evaluasi performance based design menunjukkan bahwa, Gedung Awana Condotel Yogyakarta masuk ke dalam kinerja IO yaitu Immediate Occupancy. Kinerja Immediate Occupancy memiliki definisi yaitu, ketika terjadi gempa maka elemen struktural bangunan tetap berdiri kokoh, dan non-struktur juga tidak mengalami kerusakan, sehingga bangunan dapat langsung digunakan kembali untuk beraktivitas. Kata kunci :  Condotel, Non-Linier, Performance, Pushover, ATC 40

Abstract

Ground acceleration data plays an important role in obtaining accurate dynamic analysis results. This data is difficult to find in Indonesia. There is a need for a comprehensive study related to ground motion prediction by considering the condition of the soil that is able to change the acceleration which can significantly affect the building damage. The latest earthquake events and soil tests data need to be collected. Probabilistic analysis was performed to obtain the target spectra. The deaggregation analysis are used as a reference for collecting earthquake recording data. The spectral matching process is carried out according to the target spectra. Earthquake records with small errors to the target spectra are selected. Only ground motion that has the smallest deviations of acceleration, velocity, displacement, directivity and arias intensity to the original earthquake recording is used in non-linear site response analysis. Surface ground motion is obtained from the analysis of wave propagation from the bedrock to surface by considering the influence of onlinear parameters of the soil. The spectral response analysis at bedrock shows the acceleration value at 0.2 seconds period is 1.326g and 1 second period is 0.447g. Each year, the hazard is dominated with earthquakes magnitude from 6.97 to 7.23 Mw which occur in the range of 89 to 111 km with 22.20% percentage. Darfield, New Zealand ground motion from spectral matching results is the best ground motion recording that is most suitable when used at research area. Surface ground motion tends to amplify about 1.2 times.

Abstract

The definition of mining and quarrying is constructed as an activity that includes research, management, and exploitation. Sand mining is part of non-metal mining business activities that aim to produce its associated minerals. This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the feasibility of heavy equipment investment in Excavators based on calculations using the NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), BEP (Break Event Point) and PP (Payback Period). This research was conducted surveys, observations and interviews to obtain data. The results of this study Investment in the procurement of heavy equipment Excavator is feasible to run because the Net Present Value (NPV) value is positive (+) which means it is good and acceptable while the resulting NPV value is Rp1,944,640,086.47. Then analyze the calculation of the feasibility of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained 26%. Thus IRR> MARR = 26%> 15.5% or according to the calculation of IRR this investment is RIGHT to run. Furthermore, from the analysis of the calculation of the Break Even Point (BEP), the calculation results obtained are 5.2153 years or BEP occurs when the break-even point occurs when PM - PK = Rp 5.006.705.873. In the Payback Period (PP) research, the investment turning point occurred in year 5.6856 at a value of Rp 4.009.690.743,31. It can be interpreted that for investment within a period of 10 years is FAIR.
